My browser seems to crash quite a lot and Ive noticed a lot of you tube videos dont play back correctly and have a green bar across the screen

Ive had the browser a couple of days now and I've noticed it crashes occasionally. Ive also noticed it doesn't play back videos off you-tube correctly and there is a green band going across them as they play. I think this may be an issue with adobe flash player. If i play the video via the popout button, it seems ok.
I don't know if the crashing and playback issues are related.

I disabled acceleration in the flash player by linking to http://kb.mozillazine.org/Flash#Troubleshooting and scrolling to the line that specifically outlined my problem - split horizontal screen with green line - clicked on the flash link then right clicked the flash icon and ticked disable acceleration.
I also uninstalled and reinstalled more programs then I probably need to.
We will see how long it lasts* site explains it may not be permanent

Since using BI 7 my Bex seems to crash quite often (I hear the same complaints from other users) . Lately it seems to be even worse. it normally happens when I am trying to update the variable selection screen The system freezes and I get a fatal excel error. (guess it may be a widespread issue with Bi7) Does anyone meet the similar problem and do you have any suggestion for this.

we experience similar problems - but: and this is very annoying: the problem occours very sporadicaly and seems not to be reproduceable.
There seems not to be any client-side log or error-message in the most cases. The client just crashes. The server-logs state that obviously the client just disappeared and hence the connection was broken.
It seems as if the crash would occour often in the context of opening the variables-screen.
We're at SPS18 - which is currently the latest service-pack-stack-level.
So if you should have any hints how to get more information about the problem, please let me know.

Why is Firefox crashing when I am playing You Tube favorites playlists and other You Tube videos?

Lately within the last 2-3 weeks I have had a lot of crashes on my computer when I am running Firefox version 3.6.3 and trying to watch You Tube videos. It seems to only crash when I am on You Tube. It crashes even quicker when I am on Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. I have installed the latest version of Adobe Flashplayer recently. I never had trouble watching You Tube videos until recently. The You Tube site will open, I sign in, and then I go to my subscriptions or favorites and select a video. It will begin to play, get a minute or so in, and then I get the error message that it's crashed.

I am not sure I did this right. This is what I did: right-mouse clicked on the desktop, whent to properties, went to display properties, went to settings, clicked on advanced tab, and then clicked on troubleshooting tab. There I drug the hardware acceleration slider to the left to disable it, clicked ok twice as directed, restarted the computer and then I couldn't get firefox to open at all, but I went to internet explorer and got on you tube and tried to watch a video, but it crashed again.
So I don't think that worked. I couldn't figure out how to disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin, but did it on the desktop instead. Are there different steps I need to take to accomplish this?

You tube videos crash after few seconds in Firefox

I have got the latest flash version and Firefox. You tube videos keep crashing after a couple of seconds. Very occasionally the same one that crashes will play . I have been trying everything for about 2 days including reinstalling firefox with new profile, uninstalling flash with Adobe's uninstall program and every other suggestion I have found on the internet but nothing seems to make any difference. I am thinking of using Chrome which does work but I do not want to. Previously it worked fine in Firefox with hardware acceleration. I hope someone can find a solution before I tear all my hair out. I have just tried again and it is still crashing most of the time. I have also installed Google Chrome and cannot get it to crash at all with hardware acceleration on. The latest crash was after about 1/2 second

How are you trying to play them, in the iTunes store or the Music and Videos apps ? Downloaded and synced music and videos should be in the Music and Videos apps, and you can stop content that is only in the cloud from showing in them via Settings > iTunes & App Store > Music and Videos 'off' (under the 'show all' heading).
If you don't have your music and films/TV shows in those two apps then you should be able to download them into those apps via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app.

Firefox crashing when playing You Tube videos

Just another crash report I got concerning the many crashes I have had lately while using Firefox 3.6.3 to watch You Tube videos. It crashes on several different You Tube channel videos, and it crashes when I attempt to watch playlists that I have created. It also crashes even faster when I am watching on Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.

Could you paste additional crash ID's in this thread? The report you submitted is nonspecific, so having more would help.
There are a few things you can try that might fix it:

Muse and You Tube videos- now crashing

I've been successful in embedding/placing 6 You Tube videos, however, after attempting to embed more, the application crashes continually. I'm hoping to find some answeres here. TIA

I have an Ipad mini but the screen seems to have a sticking problem around the O&P DELETE area if in Landscape mode which results in the continual typing of these if in Keyboard mode or the selecting of whichever app is in that area despite me not actually touching it. Wow that is so unlucky. If I was you I would try talking to someone at the Apple Store, explain your situation and don't be shy to shed a tear or too. Its just a shame 3 weeks after your phone getting hardware problems. I know people will say, oh buy Apple Care but I feel ya and I know adding that extra money in the beginning feels pointless and expensive.
Worst case scenarion like I said you will have to pay Apple 269 for them to swap phones. Or if you have any nerd friends have them fix it for you. Its a tedious repair the way the power button has some weird hinge that needs to snap on and ribbons are so thin. I do not advise for you to attempt to fix your self unless you don't care if you break it completely.
Alternatively you could just turn on Assisitive touch on accessibility and use that. That way you wont need to pay anything to fix your phone and wont need to take it apart either.

Iphone 5s. Does it come out with a sort of film protection? My brand new Ipohne 5s seems to have a film protection on the screen.

I am just wondering about my brand new Iphone display. Normally, when you firstly take it out from tha box, you would remove these plastic films used to protect the front/back of th iphone.
This is very common.
My question is that I have notice that the screen seems to be protected by an extra film. Jut like the one you apply aftermarket to protect the screen. The only difference is that this si very well set. YOu can fell it if you try to remove with your nails but it does not come out.
Now, am I the only one noticed this? If Apple put a film to protect the screen, I should not remove it, should not I?
