My BT not working again

Could not get into my online account earlier.
Now I can but My BT only shows my bills. My Products blank.
Why are BT so incompetent in their IT provision? Why do they continually make changes to online accounts without fully testing the changes first? Or are they using customers to test changes and wait for us to comment on problems?

Why is my video cam NOT working again after it had been sent in to get fixed already

I had my computer sent to get the video cam working... they sent it back and it worked for about 2-3wks and is not working again also when I call someone elses computer I can hear and see them but they can no longer see or hear me. Cant see due to video not working again again on my part but they used to be able to at least hear me.. Now neither works. I have written plenty of messages to HP (at least 3 that I remember) but with no reply. Not a happy camper right now about this. When I bought this computer It had everything I thought I needed and more for my basic use. I chat on facebook Play their game and browse the web.. watch my netflix. I never really needed a video cam but now since family life has changed and I live so far away from them I specifically ordered this computer cuz of its high quality in video plus I liked the fact it played Blue-Ray. I used to have a Dell that lasted me a good 5yrs of usage. I have had this less than 3mnths and twice the cam has gone out on me.

I'm avoiding buying anything else to use my iMac and had the same problem. I have PC headset with mic and headphones and also a Motorola bluetooth headset, neither worked how they should, no mic function:
I can use the pc headphones that I already had (just didn't input the mic jack part), and the iMac built-in mic together as I chat.
Just go to System Preferences and make the Sound settings for Output to built-in Headpones and Input to Internal Microphone -select "Use ambient noise reduction.
Its a get-around, but it works.

Battery changed,but click wheel not working again

i was changed the new battery for my ipod mini 4G 1 st gen, however the click wheel not working again. the ipod is chargeble, and can lock and unlock, but when the switch turn back to unlock, the ipod is restarting. does anyone who knows what problem i have, and how to fix it? thank you so much

very likely it is a hardware issue, if after restore to factory setting does not solve.
it could be caused by poor contact or the faulty click wheel of the iPod, just like mine

NFL Redzone = NOT WORKING AGAIN?

Is NFL Redzone not working again this week?? Last week it took over 2 hours to finally work, and this week it looks like the same problem. I tried to activate it through my remote, but it comes up with an error messaging saying unable to process your request. And of course when I call, I'm hold for 10 mins like usual. HELP

The widget must be active for you to receive alerts. Next week, while RedZone is broadcasting, make sure you launch the FiOS Football Widget and remain in the widget to receive alerts.
While in the widget, press the FiOS TV button (LIVE TV on some remotes) to toggle between full-screen and widget modes, and switch to your game by inputting the channel number for your game. While in widget mode, or while an alert is on screen, pressing C will take you to the NFL RedZone channel, however to get back to your game, you must input the appropriate channel number (the LAST button will not work--Verizon PLZFIX!!!)

My widgets are not working as well, i looked on forms and it seams that the 10.5 update fix there problems. I also did an archive and install from 10.4... One of the major reasons i purchased the upgrade was to use widgets to clip parts of safari, i'am totaly bummed because all forums i find end with the question un answered. i'am a little bummed becuase there are a couple of things that worked with 10.4 that are not working in 10.5 (like some meg moives not playing.
i do not wish to create a new account because i do not want to reinstall all my software, photoshop, final cut, dvd studio pro.. etc.
i hope to find the fix some how.
I have opened up the console application and when i select widgets load or delete them i see no activity in the console. I'am not familiar with the console app. or command lines.
is there any more info on this matter? is there any support from apple?

There are a number of other threads from people reporting a problem with a blank Updates tab in the App Store app - it looks like there is a problem at Apple's end which they need to fix.
Some posts are suggesting that you if you go into the Purchased tab in the App Store app you might be able to update the apps from there, though you will need to scroll through the list to find those with updates and individually update them.

Alarm not working again??

Hmpf! Hoping someone can help me please!
As per details in previous threads, not long after I got my phone, the alarm started being temperamental - not going off all the time, going off at wrong times, then not working at all. After checking & rechecking everything, installing an alternative alarm to try to resolve it, updating software, etc, I was told to wipe my phone.
Well I think it's been maybe a couple of weeks since I 'wiped' my phone & the alarm was working again, but as of yesterday, it's quit on me again!! Actually the alarm that was already installed when the phone was new is currently still working, but the 'My Alarm' app that I installed has stopped.
Haven't changed anything in the phone in the last week, except that I changed carriers & had to get my phone reactivated to go online, message bank, etc. When I wiped the phone, it wiped the service books & my original carrier couldn't help me(not BB specific plan).
And also, since wiping, the sms icon that comes up on my homescreen with a number to let me know when there are new sms's was visible with '1', regardless of whether there were new sms's or how many. Now, since activating the phone with the carrier, it shows '4' or '5' all the time!(??)
If you're wondering, I have asked my carrier, but their Indian call centre is shocking - I've spent around 4 hrs on hold in the last week & a lot of time repeating myself & having them repeat themselves because we can't understand eachother! When I finally got thru to them yesterday about this, they said general tech support couldn't help & they'd put me thru to the BB specific team, which would be another 25 mins wait on hold.... I went mad & they promised to have them call me back instead, within 2 hrs, which they failed to deliver on.

Proxi sensor not working - AGAIN !!

I know with the 5800, when u put the phoneto your ear the screen is supposed to go of thanks to the proxi sensor, mine didnt do this until i updated to 31.0.101 a few weeks ago. Now again the sensor isnt turning the screen off when making calls >>>

It will sometimes work, and then after I shut it down, and then it does not work again. It says it is the proxy server.

Password not working, reset and not working again ...

Hi I have had nothing but problems today I think my account has been hacked. Couldn't log in to Skype on PC or iPad kept saying my password was incorrect, though same password I have always had. I changed my password by having Skype send me a new one to my email. I activated it and created new password and all good. IN the middle of a call it shut down suddenly and when I tried to log on again, it said it didn't recognise the password I only just created that had worked already. Kept trying and still nothing. So I went to create a THIRD password and now skype is saying my email address doesn't exist. I have had this account for years and they only just sent me a new password to that email address so it certainly does exist. Left for a few hours and now tried again and it says i have tried too many times today. I have actually tried to create new account to be able to use skype. Can anyone explain what is happening? I am currently scanning for viruses but i really want to be able to use my old account with all my contacts on it rather than start from scratch! My mother in law is having the same problem with her account so I wonder if it's a virus?? At the same time I have started receiving a bunch of emails from 'skype' in Chinese so I assume this is connected somehow? Please any ideas on how to fix this?!

ICloud /Mail not working again!

Having problems with iCloud again.
Using my Mac and also iPhone and kept prompting me for the password. Put in the correct password & after several attmepts it rejected it and told me I had to reset the password, which I did.
The new one has been accepted, but whilst I can access iCloud via the Safari Browser I can't get into Mail as it keeps coming up with an error message.
Also mail on my Mac, iPhone and iPad not working. Anyone else having the same problem, looks like this one keeps happening with Apple every few months!

Right I have just tried a couple of things and I have just been able to pick up email.
In Thunderbird I have always had under:
>Tools >Account
Select 'server settings'
my full email address for account
e.g. [email protected]
for my old mac account.
I just went and removed the @mac.com bit and I can now connect and download email.
Now I have not changed anything on my laptop/ Thunderbird and I don't allow automatica updates to Thunderbird etc so something must have changed at Apples end.
I have also made this change to my other apple id which is only an icloud account as it is a new one and this works too.
So come on Apple something must have changed.

tell people to use their @me.com address for the username.
I have never used this so something must have changed this month. I have just gone back and edited one of my accounts again and put in the @me.com address for user name and get the same login error.
Crikey I don't mind if things going wrong, its only flipping email, but don't you monitor the discussion boards a bit as I think a few people are having an issue and it does waste a lot of peoples time.

My phone line is down again.... I'm not prepared to phone on my mobile as I have just been informed that there is a 20 minute wait it's all good and well giving a contact number free of charge for sky talk customers but how are you supposed to access it if your phone line is not working could somebody please look into why my phone line has gone down again . Try deleting the app, rebooting your iPhone and then installing the app again.

Isight not working AGAIN?!

I bought my Macbook Pro in Japan in October of 2007. Much later I discovered the isight was not working because I kept receiving the message that photobooth was in use by another application and it would not work on skype or ichat. I had it repaired summer of 2008. About 2 weeks ago I could turn on my mac and hear sounds but the screen was completely black. I took it to the apple store, had it repaired, and it appeared fine. But today I attempt to use skype and my camera is not working. I went to utilities and it does not appear under the usb highspeed bus. Do I really have to take it back to the "geniuses" AGAIN?

I would say if it's not showing up in your System Profiler, it's probably hardware-related and would need to be looked at again.
Try resetting your SMC first.
