My BT shows an old account - and can't see "My Ext...
Hi community members.
I have just returned to BT after previously having using them for telephone until Oct 2012. I had a separate broadband provider. Now I have gone back to BT and ordered Infinity.
As a first step, my phone account was changed over. The Infinity order went through separately.
I got an email relating to Infinity telling me that I need to sign in using "the email address that I had provided with the order". It so happened that this was also the email address I used when I previously had an account with BT, so I used it and it was recognised (after a password reset).
So now my phone and broadband are working, but when I go to the My BT page, it shows the details of my account as at October last year, and some error message which prevent me going to the "My Extras" page as below.
I tried live chat for help but they just said that it is a "website problem" and to wait 48 hours. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, did it fix itself?

I have the newest version of the iPad and can not see it under devices in my iTunes account on my PC. I can however see my iPod touch under devices and sync it. My old nternet account was cancelled and with it my emails. I updated my apple id and password in all my devices (ipad, iphone, imac, except for my moms iphone. I am trying to log out from my old account and set her up with her own apple ID and iCloud etc but it does not let me log out. I have a notebook with all my passwords in it so I know for a fact the password for the old ID/ email is correct yet a window keeps popping up that it is incorrect. I have spent hours reading and trying to fix it myself and nothing is working, same window keeps popping up. Any ideas on what to do? I have an iphone 4S, all software up to date and I made sure my moms phone is also updated. Thank you, any help is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you did a good job editing your Apple ID and primary email address, but you didn’t sign out of iCloud on your iOS device before hand. What you may need to do in this situation is go back to the Apple ID website and edit your Apple ID and primary email address back to the email address that is signed in with iCloud (there is no need to verify the account after editing it back to the old account, just changing it back is enough). Once your Apple ID is back to the original account, delete the iCloud account from the iOS device and be sure to keep all info on the device when prompted. After you delete the iCloud account, go back to the website and edit your Apple ID and primary email address back to the new address. Once it is back to the account you would like, you can sign into the iCloud on the iOS device with that new account and merge all of the data when prompted. Please use the following article as a reference.

Change your Apple ID temporarily
If signing out and back in to iMessage or FaceTime didn't help, try these steps:
Change your Apple ID to the Apple ID you used previously. You shouldn't need to verify the email address.
Go to Settings > iCloud. Complete these steps only if the Find My [Device] setting is turned on:
Scroll down and tap Delete Account, then tap Delete to confirm.
Tap “Keep on My [Device]” or “Delete from My [Device].” In either case, your data remains in iCloud and will be updated on your device when you sign in to iCloud again.
Enter the password for your previous Apple ID.
Change your Apple ID to the new email address that you want to use. You'll need to verify the email address.
Return to Settings > iCloud and sign in with your new Apple ID.

I channged my Appleid at appleid.com and now the phone stills shows my old id and will not let apps that require id/password prompts work.
Just scroll to the bottom of the screen in the store, log out and then login with the new ID.
As long as you changed it from the manage account option at https://appleid.apple.com/ (ie. replaced the primary email address with a new one), then all your old purchases should be fine. -

No, "My Number" was not listed in my Phone menu, I had to manually type it it. Is there a way for that number to automatically be listed in that "My Number" spot? iTunes purchases cannot be transferred between accounts. If you no longer wish to use the old account at all, you should delete those apps and repurchase them with the new account.

I recently got hacked and I had my primary email password different from the password for the email. Now, I tried to change my primary email on the old account and it seemed to work, until I tried to sign in again and it didn't. I made a new Apple ID and it won't let me get past the option of not having to put in my credit card, now I had messaged Apple Support team and they said they put a hold on my card for if any unauthorized purchases be made it wouldn't be from me.
So now I go and ask them to simply remove my credit card from the old account so I can put it into my new one and they say you need to contact the Apple Security Team, they provide a number which doesn't work because I live in Lebanon, and there is no number in another country to get a hold of someone to talk to. OK, now they're not replying back to my emails because I need to talk to someone who is from the Apple Security Team.
I really just want this done and need help because it's been a month since this has happened, and I can't rescue my emails at all because the hacker changed the passwords to both accounts. If anyone can please help, I'm really really frustrated about this and to think they'd be very concerned about there 'valued' customer.

I had an old iPod nano with my content saved on it and was stolen. As well, I can't find and access my old account that I had with it. I bought an iPod touch and made a new account so that I could use the iTouch. Anyone know how to find the old account and how to transfer data from the old one to the new account?

Your contacts and messages as well as any paid apps purchased in BlackBerry World are all associated with your BlackBerry ID. Because you deleted it, it looks like you might have lost those things. That's part of the security of a BlackBerry, making sure that just anybody can't sign in to your BB ID and have access to everything.
Unless you can gain access to that old ID, I'm not sure there's much you can do.

I have set up two email accounts on my iphone4, one with tiscali, my ISP, and the other on gmail. I am able to receive emails on both accounts, and can send emails from my gmail account, but am "Unable to Send Email" from my tiscali (talktalk) account. I get the error message "A copy has been placed in your Outbox. The sender address "name"@tiscali.co.uk was rejected by the server".

iCloud doesn't have anything to do with texts or phone calls. Those are both tied to your phone number and SIM, not to an iCloud account.
