My BT Vision details not showing in My Products

I upgraded from the old unlimited TV package to the new entertainment package with Sky Movies this was in October. Since this product change the BT Vision details section is blanked out, with a error message "we can't find your TV plan details view your bill to see what package you are on" I have contacted BT on two occasions and on both calls they stated the problem has been fixed and the details will be available to view within 24-48 hours. This has never happened. Also I have been getting the error message when trying to see my broadband usage this has been on going for 4-6 months again not rectified after calls to BT. Could one of the technical help persons look at these two issue to get them resolved. Thanks

I asked again for a fix (actually via Twitter over the w/end) got a phone call yesterday asking for a screenshot - beats me why a simple explanation wont suffice! - anyways, sent it off and today ...
'MYBT' page is even more broken !
It does now show an entry under 'MYTV' of 'ESSENTIAL' - which is wrong, and when 'more details' is clicked it just goes to the top of the page.
When 'Show Phone Details' is clicked it results in this error message:-
Error 404--Not Found
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1: 10.4.5 404 Not FoundThe server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.
.... and when 'Show Broadband details' is clicked, it does nothing !
In addition, 'MY EXTRAS' is NOT shown at all !!
For goodness sake !

I have checked the order details and everything seems to be fine from our end . if you have already downloaded the software, i would request you to kindly launch the software and then click on License this software and sign in with the Email ID that you used while placing the order . This should activate the product on your machine .
If you need to download the product ,you can simply navigate over to Creative.Adobe.com and sign in with the same id and download .

Fields for selection in FPCJ : Bank details not showing for Postal Order

Hi Sap Gurus,
I have a requirement in which while recieving the payment from FPCJ of type postal order i am not able to enter the bank details.
which are available for Cheque payments.
In our system the fields to determine the bank account and bank details fields are not showing in FPCJ for PO type payments.
Kindly help me as to our client wants to put in the details of the bank in the FPCJ screen.

Hi Ankit,
I don't think there is a configuration to make the fields available for postal order in FPCJ. It needs to be customized.

Payment Details not showing up

When I go to my supscription status it says my account will automatically renew. I want to cancel because I don't want to get charged again. My payment details will not show up and there is no cancel button anywhere.

I'm having the same problem and it's really getting on my nerves. Once I get it sorted spotify is going bye bye.

Server details not showing in ST06/OS06

we are having one PRD and 4 application server as app1 -app4 , when v hit ST06/OS06 -> Detail analysis menu -> Compare all servers, it show only 3 servers ie App1 app2 & app4. where as app4 is not showing. i checked SAPOSCOL its running .
Kindly suggest wat would be the problem.

Check the saposcol service and see the path where it is getting the saposcol.exe file. Also do check whether it is not located at 2 different directories.
Stop the service and make sure the updated version is in the correct path then restart the service.
Also--go into your Widows services and check the path to executable for your SAPOSCOL service. stop it and update SAPOSCOL.exe from the kernel directory to the saposcol directory where the service runs
Also have you scheduled the background job COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFORMANCEMONITOR
this job should be scheduled on hourly basis... do it in SM37 from client 000 ?

Fonts details not showing correctly in Acrobat XI

Hi,
Previous i used Acrobat 8, there is no issues when i select character to check font name, but now i upgrade the Acrobat to XI, there is some issues when check fonts, its not showing its accurate Font name like
In Acrobat 8, Its showing correctly "MyriadPro-Light". I checked in Enfocus Pitstop Professional also.
But in Acrobat XI, it's showing as "MyriadPro" only. Its really critical issue in my working area. So please anybody try solve this issue.

Is this only with one file and if so can you share it? I can't reproduce what you're describing; the Acrobat XI document properties dialog reports the Postscript name of each font just as it always has done. Here's a demo in Acrobat XI Pro:

IDCS3 - Mac: Plugins do not show up on production machines

I have converted a series of plugins on my Mac from CS2 to CS3 and have made their release versions available to our production people. I can see them fine on my box, but when the plugins are installed on Macs other than my own the plugins do not show up inside of InDesign. I have verified that the plugins are installed in the appropriate location on the hard drive. Has anyone else had similar problems and if they did, how did they solve it?

Sorry about my confusing message. "CFShow(CFSTR("your message"));" is a way to output text from your code to the Console in runtime. You may be able to determine the flow of your code.

Once you issue goods(GI) to order then only you can see actaul cost in cost analysis in Production order.
if you are looking for target cost in cost analysis,you have to post goods receipt(GR) from order to inventory.

FTP folder location is not showing in the production server but exist in the development server.

a wired glitch in my SSIS 2005 package in production server where the FTP folder location is not showing but its existing in my laptop version
EX: - t01/app/_res folder
When i open the package from the production server "_res" is not showing within the remote path in the file transfer task.
but "_res" folder is shown in my development environment.
I tried with winscp FTP software in the production sever , and was able to access the "_res" location through the FTP software. What could this be? a BIDS sofitware version issue???

When you open the package on the production server, do you mean opening it with your Windows account from BIDS on that server? Ff the ftp connection in the package has a password it will have been stored in your laptop when you designed the package. when
you deployed the pacakge on the server as a file and open it with BIDS then the password will be gone. You would have to go into the package ftp connection properties, reassign your password and save the connection and the package again.

When I log into my Adobe ID, it does not show that I have purchased Photoshop CS5, when I indeed did. How do I change this?

"What's New?" App Update Details Not Showing

Hi,
Is anyone else having this same problem with 12.0.1?
When app updates appear in the list and I click on then it opens a larger detail section but it only shows version number, date and size. The details of what's new in this version no longer appear like they do in iTunes 11, iOS or within the app store view of the app.
I tried reinstalling iTunes over this version but that did not help.
Very odd. Any suggestions?

Details not showing

I right clicked or somthing but when ever I put my curser over somthing and detail like in games or on somthing els should show up they dont unless i click it.

I called apple support and got the problem solved for people reading this. They told me to shutdown my computer unplug it. (its a desktop) while its unpluged to hold the power for five seconds then wait 15 sec to plug it back in. With my right and hold Comand Option P and turn it on with my left and and quickly hold R and to hold that untill i here the noise it make while first starting up

LDAP user details not showing in Portal UME

We have implemented kerberos single sign on using the kerberos xml datasource file and have the corporate LDAP as our UME source.
However certain user details that are maintained in LDAP (such as department, street etc) are not being pulled through to the portal UME.
We know the connection to the LDAP is OK as we can create new users and they appear in portal UME - its just that it seems to be missing several user attributes.
Is this related to the settings in the xml file?
And if so, what needs changing??

all the attributes that are available in your LDAP can be made available in the UME via the dataSourceConfiguration. The default files does not include every attribute since these may vary from directory to directory. Need immediate help: Idocs not showing up in productive PI

Hi gurus,
we are trying to go productive today with our pi 7.0 server. now we are facing the problem, that the idocs from our productive system don't get into the pi. in the productive erp system we can see them leaving with green status, but in sxmb_moni they don't show up. can anyone please help?

tRFC calls which transfer IDocs use the function module IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS at reception
If an IDoc in the sending system has been passed to tRFC (IDoc status "03"), but has not yet been input in the receiving system, this means that the tRFC call has not yet been executed.
To check the status of the tRFC calls, choose
Tools -> IDoc Interface/ALE-> Administration -> Monitoring->ｮ Troubleshooting -> RFC Queue (SM58) and specify any additional selection criteria.
basically The program RSARFCEX restarts unsuccessful tRFC calls.

MS Captcha not showing image in production.

I am using MsCaptcha for validation on my website but captcha image is not always displayed when website is hosted on cloud.It displayes a blank image with a red cross on left side of image ,if I right click on image and choose the option show picture
then the image is displayed but I have to do this 2-3 times in order to see the image.Please help me out with it.

Which MsCaptcha version did you use? I used .net framework 4.0 and download the mscaptcha4 . I did a test on this website (http://testcaptcha.azurewebsites.net/ ) you could try it.
