Tell Apple:
Launch Maps.
Tap the page curl at the bottom right.
Tap the text that says Report a Problem above the Print button, middle right.
Tap the type of problem you want to report.
Tap Next.
Choose the search result, street label, etc. that's giving you the problem.
Tap Next.
Add any comments, if asked.
Tap Send.

Hi everyone,
I just upgraded my rMBP (2014) to 10.10. The features I was looking forward to most are currently not working for me. Maybe you can help or report similar issues.
1) When using spotlight, it does not show any results from the web, no Bing search results, no Wikipedia entries. It also doesn't show any places via the maps application. Notably, the spotlight settings panel does not show an option to search wikipedia or maps, it does, however, have an entry for bing web search results. I tried unchecking everything except bing results, but still couldn't get spotlight to show anything. Is this a known problem or is something wrong at my end?
2) I started composing an email on my IPhone (6, running 8.0.2) and was happy to see the handoff icon appear in the dock. Clicking it, however, resulted in Mail opening a new message composition window which first started to load (forever) before eventually crashing (Application stopped responding). This issue can be replicated (in fact I have run into it every single time I tried).
Having seen 6(?) beta versions and still having major, feature breaking bugs in the final product is quite disappointing. The argument "hey, it's free, what do you expect?" doesn't count.
Your suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Most probably web/wikipedia searches in spotlight are only available in select countries. Doesn't work here in India.

Airplay doesn't show up on any Apple Devices!!!

I'm pretty desespered.
I have an Apple TV 3, 5.2.1; and it doesn't work the airplay on any of my Apple devices.
In my home we have iPhone's, iPad's and Macbooks; and since I got the 5.2.1 release, the airplay icon doesn`t appear on any of them.
I tried everything (restarting the apple tv, and even restoring it... and nothing!)

My wifi network was working on an specific channell. I changed to "multi-channel" and Airplay is working again!

Keyboard doesn't show to type id apple password!!

Whenever I need to type my password from id apple (to update or buy app on app store) the keyboard doesn't appear. I can't submit my password and update my apps on ipad1. Any ideas?

Do you happen to have a wireless bluetooth keyboard? When one is connected to the iPad, the iPad's keyboard does not appear.
You may need to go to Settings-General-Bluetooth, click the blue arrow at the right side of the Keyboard entry, and choose "Forget this Device".
Or setting Bluetooth to OFF may be sufficient.

Yes I worked previously but it's now not working. I did double click home botton and terminate the maps many time but still not working.
The standard maps just not show any route only the blue dot (my location.) I really don't know what to do. Btw, I used to live in SF but now I'm traveling to Thailand. One of my friend is using iPhone 4S as well but his maps is working. So I guess it is about its application on my phone...

Places doesn't show the map

I recently did the operator system update, and i put all my iphoto folder in an external hard drive. After passing everything back to my MBP, iphoto doesn't show the map in places. I do not know wht I did wrong.

I have the same problem as Samuel. I updated a few pics from iphoto to Aperture3. The first day I was able to set around 5 pics with no problem. But on the second day the map appeared blank. I do not have VPN, I checked my Lan and wireless, and tested in two different places but with no luck. I reinstall aperture3 and upgraded twice to 3.0.1 patch but still without solving.
Am I missing anything? I looked all the menus but I do not see any configuration for places section.

You could adjust the mailnews.tcptimeout preference, as explained in the 2nd point in [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Can_not_send_large_attachments this article]. Also, make sure there's no security program scanning outgoing mail attachments.

Check if BP is created for that user and you have mapped to satellie system (identification tab)
e.g TRXN BP create business partner for that user and in identification tab maintain
ID type identification number
CRM001 <SID> <inst number> <CLNT> <User> (satellite system details)

Music is on the shuffle but doesn't show in iTunes

Okay. I've never had this problem before; I've got a 160GB iPod video and an old pink mini, both of which work fine with my computer(s) and iTunes.
My problem is the shuffle. I got the 2GB one brand new, straight from Apple. I keep all of my music on an external drive. When I first hooked up the shuffle along with the external drive it had a major freak out and one would disconnect the other one every time I tried to use both at once. So I googled, read that sometimes you can't have other things plugged in at the same time as the shuffle. Ended up hooking both to a USB hub and they worked perfectly together.
Plugged the shuffle back in today and there was no music listed on the shuffle in iTunes, however, it said that I had used up however many megabytes, with 71 songs on the shuffle. (You know the little bar down at the bottom?) Ejected it, hit play, and the music is all there. Reconnected, added one song, and it wiped out everything on the shuffle. So I readded everything I had on there, ejected, made sure I didn't have any playback problems, reconnected, and now the same thing is happening again. The bar shows that I've used the space but doesn't list any of my music. I haven't tried to add any more songs because I don't want to go through readding all of that stuff again right now.
So, any thoughts? I disabled automatic syncing for all of my iPods, and I don't use the autofill option. I've only used one of my computers to add music so far, and haven't had any problems adding purchased content.
Any help would be greeeatly appreciated. And if anyone is in need of a visual for what I'm talking about, screen caps are here:

Per the article above, you don't start with changing the drive letter of your iPod. You start by changing the drive letter of your networked volume (usually, an external drive).

Lightroom 3.3 doesn't show all images of a folder

I have used Lightroom since version 1.0 and at the moment I am using v3.3.
Now I have following problem and I can't find a solution for it:
In the Navigator I have synchronized my complete folder where I store all of my photos. This folder contains more than 50000 photos already in many subfolders. But now I found some subfolders not showing all their content. I can see in the Navigator e.g. 216 pictures beside the folder name but in the preview I can see only 3 pictures! And I found some more folders which doesn't show their full content.
I tried to sychronize the single folder again but Lightroom says there were no new pictures and also no missing pictures to remove from the folder. If I open the folder by the Windows Explorer then I can see that all the files for the 216 pictures are there! So there must be a problem with the lightroom database!
But now I don't know what to do to get the pictures displayed in the library again.
I would appreciate any idea regarding this problem.

Ok, when the uploads are finished then you will have my current database, a screenshot of Lightroom which show no pictures in the library (and the preview) of a folder (all filters off, tried to synchronize already,) but it shows clearly that there are 31 pictures in the folder normally.
I also uploaded some of the pictures of this folder.
In past I could see the pictures in Lightroom - I can remember that.

EPMA to eBS using ERPI doesn't show Ledger

Hi All,
I have installed and configured the ERPi adapter using ODI and EPMA.
The configuration works quite succesfull since we can map the calendars and see the source system. Unfortunately when i want to define the dimensions is that i can see the source system in a pull down menu but no Legders are shown.
There are ledgers available in the source system. We use EBS 12. The strange thing is that we also see 2 calendars in the source system menu both with the same name but the first one doesn't show any values in the pull down menu. The second one works fine..
Any suggestions?

Are you sure you didn't skip the step where you have to "Select Source Account Entity"?
Keep in mind that you only use one COA (Chart of Accounts) at a time. So if you have 10 ledgers, but they all have the same COA, you can only create 1 metadata rule.
Also the ledgers are "Language" specific based on the settings of your browser. So if your web browser is Danish, but your ledgers are US english, they will not show up for you.

If you mean that it doesn't show the Settings > General > Software Update option then that only appears when you have iOS 5+ installed, with iOS 4 you will need to do the update via your computer's iTunes.
Connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes and copy any purchases off the iPad to your computer via File > Transfer Purchases. You may also want to copy photos and any important documents off the iPad as well e.g. via the file sharing section at the bottom of the device's apps tab when connected to iTunes, via wifi, email, dropbox etc - they should be included in the backup, but it's best to have a copy of them outside of the backup just in case. You can then force a backup of the iPad by right-clicking the iPad 'Device' on the left-hand side of iTunes and selecting 'Backup'.
Then start the update by selecting the iPad on the left-hand side of iTunes, and on the Summary tab on the right-hand side clicking the Check For Updates button

Your iPad should be updated to iOS 6.0.1 (which is the only version that is 'signed' by Apple), so you will lose the built-in YouTube app and the Maps app will change - but google have app versions in the store.
