i am using windows 7 and i cant find this found everyone say to delete all i want to do is download the photoshop trial and i hae become annoyed with this,

  • Mac Book Pro keeps signing me out of university wifi

    I am having a slight problem that my mac keeps signing me out of the university wifi. When on other wifi networks I am having no problems at all and for the previous year have never had a problem with it on the university wifi either.  It is currently running on mavericks.
    Any help would be appreciated before it goes out the window.

    As I hinted.. dropouts of wireless are not unusual at all on the AC model.. and AFAIK there is not much in the way of a fix.
    The ipad might be using 2.4ghz which will work better than 5ghz.
    Do a full factory reset of the TC.
    Give it all short names, no spaces and pure alphanumeric.
    Including a different name for the 5ghz band. I want to try and force bands to see if it is only 5ghz giving trouble.
    Then set channels for the 2.4ghz.. try in turn, 11, 6, 1 in that order.
    Setting bands for 5ghz does nothing apparently..
    Join the MBP to the 2.4ghz and see if it suffers the same problems.. if so that is not it..
    Then I think you might need to check the MBP as it might have issues.. did you upgrade install Mavericks? Did the issue exist before mavericks if you did upgrade?

  • Why does Creative cloud keeps signing me out?

    On my desktop Windows 8 Creative cloud keeps singing me out every time I log in, but I have no problem on my laptop Windows 8. What is up with that? I have red some other forums some other solutions ... well I have no OOBE folder to delete opm.db and yes all hidden files are viable and searchable. This was fine a week ago, I uninstalled and re-installed creative cloud that did not work. My yearly subscription has just renewed maybe that has something to do with it? The programs see to be working fine. I can live without Creative cloud update manually but I would like to you it.

  • Skype keeps signing me out and back in

     This problem has been happening to me for about two weeks.Everytime i log into skype the blue circle keeps on spinning. and about every 10 second i go online and then offline. I've already tried deleting the program and redownloading skype  and the same problem happens. i keep signing out and signing in. This problem started happening when i downloaded skype on my Phone (android smartphone). I only used skype on my phone once and after that I deleted it ever since then it hasn't been working.  

    It's possible that this may be a connection problem; I've had problems like this before, and they stopped after I changed internet connections. Try using this site to test your internet speed. Skype needs about 30kps for regular calls, so I'd assume if it's even slower than that, it may be your connection. You can try using a friend's wifi or some sort of public wifi to test this theory.

    I believe you are getting the error message: 'You've been signed out'.
    Please refer to the threads below where this issue has been addressed:
    1.  "You've been signed out" error every time I try to sign into Creative Cloud desktop application.
    2. How I fixed: You have been signed out problem in 2 minutes!

  • IPhone 5 keeps signing me out of apps

    iPhone 5 signs me out of apps, especially Fitbit and LoseIt.com. Often also on Google. Of course, these are all read in Safari.
    It's a PITA to sign in several times a day to these apps as I use them a lot.  This doesn't happen in my other iPhones, just the new one and it's annoying enough that I'm considering returning the new 5 and reverting to my old iPhones.
    I can't tell if I'm doing something wrong--in which case PLEASE tell me what I can do to fix this--or if it's a quirk within the iOS or the iPhone 5.  It uses the latest version, 6.1.4 I think.
    Anything I should do to fix this?

    I have the same issue. Although at times I can sms and email and sometimes get to the phone. But leave an app up and it will just kick me out.

    When I sign in with Skype, I get signed in for just a few second. (Mostly) I see the list names of my Skype Contacts (so it's really my account) and then Skype signs my out automatically and I get a Skype screen telling me that I'm signed out.
    I tried to sign in on my laptop with Windows 7, my desktop PC with Windows 8, on a PC with Linux and on my tablet with Android 4.4 KitKat. They all have the latest version of Skype installed.
    It doesn't make any difference if I try to sign in with my Skype Name and password or with my Facebook-account.
    However I can sign into my account with a web-browser on the Skype website with my Skype Name and password.
    Can there be something wrong with my Skype Account?

    This problem is solved by doing this (earier post from Akyll):
    Please unlink your Microsoft account to your Skype account.
    To unlink your Skype and Microsoft or Facebook accounts:
    Sign in to your account.
    In the Account details section, click Account settings.
    In the Linked accounts section, click Unlink next to your Microsoft or Facebook account ID.
    An information window opens.
    If you had a previous Skype account, read the information and, if you agree, select Continue to unlink your Skype and Microsoft or Facebook accounts.

    I do all the updates.  It signs me out, but why does it take up to 5 times to sign back in.  I am VERY precise in typing the password in.  No mistakes, just signs me out, and does not work right away.

    Open iTunes then click the iTunes > Preferences from the menu bar then select the Advanced tab.
    Click:  Reset warnings and Reset cache
    Click:  OK.
    Restart your Mac.
