I think you mean Photoshop CS2. Photoshop 2 is from around 1992. The old Adobe activation servers were taken down. CS2 is about a decade old Adobe made a new download for old customers that legal customers can download and install. Download Acrobat 7 and CS2 products

Thank you for posting your question. At this time there is a known issue that we are working on a fix for. The Outlook link is not working for Outlook 2013 email addresses.

I'm pretty sure I know how this is working, but I'm kinda scared to try it, because my library is like 240gb, and i really don't want to mess it up, ha ha

Since you don't have a startup disc you haven't done ALL of the tips on this page http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2570
I don't know what you've done but you need to follow the tips listed and that could include possibly erasing and reinstalling the OS. Older model iMac does nothing to help us understand what you're working with. You can call Apple and provide them with your serial number and for a fee they'll ship you a set of original install discs or you could possibly use Snow Leopard which you can get for $20 here http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC573/mac-os-x-106-snow-leopard

If you have purchased songs from the iTunes Music Store, then those are pretty easy to transfer to your computer. You'll just need to follow [this instructions|http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=305465].
All your other songs (for example, those ripped from your CD's), you'll need to use any 3rd party program to transfer them to your iTunes library!
Some can also transfer your playlists, videos, ratings, podcast...

Ipad screen stuck on Apple logo and empty progress bar.

Hello,
My iPad screen is stuck on the Apple logo and empty progress bar. I have tried rebooting the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds but the screen doesn't change.
The problem arose after I tried to reset the sttings on the iPad after an app wouldn't open.
Any help would be appreciated.

Untill this moring my Nano Ipod has been working perfectly. This morning Itunes say it detecs an I pod but can't identify properly. Ihave remove Itunes and reinstalled. I have reset the Ipod but the same message comes up.

Trying to play videos on my MacBook- All I get is grey screen!

My MacBook will not play videos I have bought from the iTunes store. None of my T.V. shows or Movies will play, but music will. When I select the video, all I get is a grey screen with no audio. The time meter goes, but I don't hear or see anything.
Strangely, my downloaded videos from YouTube are all working fine. I have a Dashboard Widget that allows me to get YouTube videos on iTunes, which go in the "Movies" section, and they all play properly.
I can also play the videos on my iPod, a black 30GB Video.
Does anyone know what's wrong, and how can I fix it?

I too have exactly the same problem. I don't know if it is related to the recent upgrade to 7.6.3 of iTunes since I don't watch my movies too often but I suspect it is. I have tried to change to previous libraries that contain the movies but to no avail.
Please, if there is anyone out there who has any clue as to what may be the problem, respond.
It's very frustrating since I bought and paid for these movies and TV shows I would like to view them occasionally now and in the future and since I would like to purchase some full length movies from the iTunes store butr whats the point if they don't show up?.

I have recently bought a Mac PC and wish to have my music for my windows laptop show up on the mac (all that shows are my purchased songs) do i have to manually add my cds somehow?

Do i have to manually load the cd's onto my Mac via a portable media unit? Or will that not work? I do not want to have to purchase all my favourite music again

Only purchases appear because they are coming Apple's own copy keeps on the Internet when it sees you have connected a computer without the purchases. Anything else has to be transferred by you.
Moving an entire library: Quick answer if you use iTunes' default preferences settings: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its sub-folders and files) intact to the other drive. Hold down the option (alt) key (shift on Windows) and open iTunes. At the prompt to create or choose a library choose the copied iTunes folder.
When this is to a new computer put the copied iTunes folder in the default location of Macintosh HD > Users > *User Name* > Music then you don't even need to start with the option key held down, iTunes will automatically look for it there. (Make sure there isn't anything already in the iTunes folder there that you want to keep since you will be replacing it with the one you are moving.)

Your iPod is designed to sync with only one iTunes library at a time. It will recognize the iTunes library on the Mac as a new library. If you sync the iPod with this new library, all content will be erased from the iPod and replaced with what is in the new library. So what you will want to do is copy everything from the iPod to your new iTunes library on your Mac first.

What ever you are working on stops after about 2 minutes the screen freezes and after another few moments you are required to put you password in again. It only started this morning and had been working perfectly until today. I purchased from eBay three weeks ago. If watching bbc new you can only watch for 2 minutes and same for video and games. Spilled water without flavorings and especially without sugar is something from which your computer may recover. The best thing to do is to shut off as quickly as possible and remove the battery pack. Place the computer in a sunny window with the lid open to promote evaporation of the water. On top of a refrigerator is also a warm perch that'll promote drying. It is difficult to say exactly how long it takes to dry the computer; that depends on ambient temperature and humidity, and how how water is in there.
The biggest threat from the water is corrosion of metal parts, so drying quickly is a must. Also, water can form mineral salt deposits that can grow conductive dendrites between adjacent traces on printed circuit boards. The formation of dendrites is aggravated if you apply power before the machine is dried out. The worst damage would be if water managed to get in the breather hole of the hard drive - luckily, the way the drive is mounted, that would be fairly unlikely.

Hi,Im looking into geting the ipod touch,but I have read that the ipod touch does not work well with windows vista. I know the new itunes 7.5 just came out. Has that version fixed the problems with the ipod? Also what are the problems the ipod touch is haveing with vista. I have windows vista 32 bit OS. Thank you very much for your help.

Hey, yeah I have major problems syncing to Vista. The album artwork is assigned to the wrong songs or sometimes a chunk of the picture is not in the right place, some of my songs stop half way through the song then the iPod skips to the next song on the list. My movies periodically decide to crash and the only way to get past these spots is to skip ahead (which is very difficult on the iPod touch especially when the movie is long cause you dont want to miss too much) but yeah just letting you know that there ARE some issues with it not saying that yours will do the same but it might.
