My cloud email not downloading

I am trying to downlad my @me.com emails and its not working

Have you added yout email account to the iPad? (Settings, Mail Contacts Calendars, Accounts, Add New Account).
If so, you need to go to your account in Outlook on your PC and change the settings so as to leave a copy of your email on your providers server for a certain number of days (say 25) in order to receive copies of them on your iPad. Each time your iPad connects with the server in due course (as with your PC) it will download any emails not previously downloaded.

    This happens to me too from time to time.  Seems to be connected to the size of the download attached to the mail and the fact that you are using the mobile data network. Try to use Wi-Fi instead, this works for me.

    I'm having sues with my email on iPad. If I download my email to my outlook on my pc , and then later use my ipad the new message which i downloaded don't appear.  I'm sure it's just a setting change but can anyone help.

    I click download and the instruction popup appears>nothing happens>click retry>nothing happens. Any suggestions?

  • No matter what I do, InDesign AND Creative Cloud will NOT download.

    Please someone help me.  I have an emergency here..I'm not joking.  My software was working last night just fine but now it doesn't.  I've been trying for the last couple hours trying to get it back.  While opening InDesign, I got a pop-up saying that the Application Manager was damaged or removed.  It told me to install a new copy.  I did, or tried and it will NOT download, NOR will InDesign.  Help me please!

  • Agent EMail not downloading the mail-IPCCX

    IPCCX-7.0(1)SR05_Build504
    I have configured the system but still i am unable to retrieve the mail.
    I can see the mail in the toolbar. The email status bar shows- Draft.
    When i click on the email it shows downloading email, but nothing appears on the Agent Email window.
    I have reinstalled the software and update also happened.
    No idea why the mail is not getting downloaded.

    After reinstalling the CAD its showing the state of Email ready and not ready but i cannot change the status ;(
    Before, atleast i could change the status and email was showing in the status bar.

  • I have tried several times to download Creative Cloud Trial.  I have disabled my anti-virus.  I am running as administrator.  Yest the cloud will not download.  It says it is donloading, but it never does.  I get no error message, nothingg, no icon to ope

    I have no idea ahow to fix this.  I read the troubleshooting tips, but I do not understand it at all.  I am 68 years old and i am elf tought o computers, so much of that stuff is greek to me.  I really need help here please!  thanks

    last download was yesterday.  able to send email.  I have new email as I've seen it on iPhone. 

    You're welcome (I guess ) I figured as much. Doesn't always. Password update through web I presume. Browser & other devices are unaffected. The only other actions you can take are:
    Wait - if it is like what happened back in January, it takes action by Yahoo on the account - Yahoo has had a systematic program to do what they do sonce that time - it may be that something they do caused your issue & it takes a 2nd step, I am ignorant of their program other than they are doing it.
    Contact YMail support (good luck - I have tried on another issue & was unsatisfied)
    If you MUST have your email on that device, set up a Filter on YMailWeb to Forward to another email account - another YMail MAY be adequate - this should not affect your other devices since you are Forwarding and leaving the originals alone
    It may sound basic, but have you tried reset/restart? Restore to factory? (Back up firstI)

  • Pop3 email not downloading after being read by IMAP on another device

    I have Thunderbird 24.6.0 running on windows 8.
    I use a number of email accounts setup using pop3. They all access different accounts hosted on the same server.
    I also access these accounts using IMAP on mobile devices to keep an eye on email while out of the office.
    In the past few weeks I have noticed that emails I have read on IMAP have not been collected by the POP3 on Thunderbird.
    Initially, this seemed to be with only one account, so I deleted that account from thunderbird, cleared all the .msf files, disabled all the plugins, deleted all emails left on the server (pop3 is set to leave them for 14 days) and then re-setup that account.
    It then seemed to behave for a week.
    Now, I am seeing that problem across a couple of accounts.
    Firstly, I don't know if the problem is Thunderbird, the mail server, or the IMAP client that I am running on Android (Aqua-Mail) but if I read an email in Aqua-Mail, if i then look at webmail it is still set as UNSEEN on webmail, which surely means that Thunderbird should pick it up...
    How would I start investigating.?

    Is the email still in the Inbox in webmail?
    Pop mail accounts access the Inbox only and download anything that has not been previously downloaded. So the email must still be in the webmail account Inbox for Pop mail account to see it.
    However, please check settings.
    Tools > Options > Advanced > General tab
    or
    menu icon > Options > Options > Advnaced > General tab
    click on 'Confog Editor' button
    it will tell you to be careful :)
    In top search type: unread
    look for lines:
    mail.server.server1.downloadUnreadOnly; Value = false
    mail.server.server1.keepUnreadOnly; Value = false
    there may be other similar lines where the server number is different.
    Is the Value: 'false' or 'true' ?
    If it is 'true' double click on line to toggle to 'false'
    close config editor - top right X
    click on OK to save changes.
    Click on 'Get all new messages' from the 'Get Messages' drop down selection.

    One thing bothers me, though - when I go into the Adobe Creative Cloud App in my Applications folder it says both the Creative Cloud and Uninstall Creative Cloud are aliases. Would this be right? I seem to be able to download fonts, access the Community and Assets on my desktop window.
    Still, today, I can access no apps. I can reach the apps area on the CC website but they only allow me to download trial versions of the programs i want to use. I have attempted to download a few times and I have let it run for over 5 hours. I use a modem with ADSL connection. From the CC website download calculations this is WAY to long to wait.
    I want complete access to full programs. Is this not what I have paid for?! I am a sole trader design studio. Give me some help here. please. If this is NOT what I have paid for, please let me know what I need to do.

    Dont understand, I can see my emails in my account in Webmail, I receive my emails on my iphone and Ipad, just not in outlook on my computer. This is where I need them to print bills for payment. What is going on????

    This is a forum for Exchange Server and Yahoo! Mail is not an Exchange server.
    Although this question should have been posted in the Outlook forum, I'll answer it and request a moderator move it to the correct place.
    The behavior you describe is by design.  The POP protocol is very old, dumb and simple and knows nothing of a Spam folder.  It can only download what the server tells it about, and that's usually just the Inbox.  There's nothing you can do
    with Outlook.
    Check with AT&T to see if they support IMAP, a protocol that's capable of handling different folders.
