  • Why? Creative Cloud always says I've signed out. Doesn't like my password. Won't let me change it.

Second go around on this. Once upon a time no problem: Click icon and CC opens and I can see updates, etc. All of a sudden icon opens CC "You've Been Signed out" message. I can sign on to Adobe with my password, but can't change it.

  • I created a new Apple ID for iCloud on my iPhone, but I can't seem to find a way to "sign out" or "log out" of that Apple ID (for iCloud) to sign in with another Apple ID. The only account login I could change was the Store. How do I "log out"

I created a new Apple ID for iCloud on my iPhone, but I can't seem to find a way to "sign out" or "log out" of that Apple ID (for iCloud) to sign in with another Apple ID. The only account login I could change was the Store.
How do I "log out" or "sign out" of iCloud on my iPhone? There is an option to delete the account, but I just want to log off. I want to keep the account name for future use.

It looks like the article below has the information you are looking for.
    iCloud: Change iCloud feature settings
    http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2613
    Turn off iCloud completely
Depending on whether you want to stop using iCloud on all or only some devices, do one or more of the following:
On your iOS device’s Home screen, go to Settings > iCloud, then at the bottom of the screen, tap Delete Account.
Note:   If you delete your iCloud account, iCloud will no longer back up your iOS data. You can still back up your device in iTunes (for more information, open iTunes and choose iTunes > Help).
On your Mac, open iCloud preferences, then click Sign Out.
If your Mac has OS X v10.7.5 and you turn off iCloud, your calendar information and reminders aren’t stored locally in iCal. If you want to retain your calendar and reminder information, you need to back it up before turning off iCloud. For more information, see the Apple Support article iCloud: Calendar & reminder data removed from Calendar and Reminders or iCal when disabling iCloud Calendar.
On your Windows computer, open the iCloud Control Panel, then click Sign Out.
Note:   If you turned on automatic download of music, app, or book purchases (in iTunes preferences or in Settings on your iOS device), your iTunes purchases are still downloaded to your devices.
Set up iCloud on your devices

  • Creative Cloud Desktop issue: "you've been signed out" when trying to sign in

    Hi,
Following the resolution guide for this issue on the adobe site, I have deleted the opm.db file from the oobe folder.  But the issue still remains.
    Steps carried out
    Quit the app
    Deleted opm.db file
    launched the app
    signed in
    same error
I have also done a restart after deleting the file.
    I also reinstalled the application.
Is this issue due to the maintenance?  My Colleague has the same issue.
Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi All,
    Issue:
When you launch the Creative Cloud desktop app, a "You've been signed out" message appears.
    Troubleshoot points of note.
    Mac Mavericks OS
This is happening on two Macs – regardless of user credentials used
This works using the user’s credentials from a PC using the windows Creative Cloud Desktop App
Creative Cloud Desktop successful downloaded one app on the 16/06/2014 to the Mac
    Adobe’s Resolution
    https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/unable-login-creative-cloud-248.html
Also tried renaming another folder – AAMupdater in the Adobe folder, as suggested on an Adobe Forum
Deleted OOBE folder in a second location (location that differs from that in the guide above)
Also used the Creative Cloud Cleaner to tidy up installation files
This issue is still on going and I have submitted a log to Adobe Tech for analysis on User: Daniel above.
If anyone has a solution please let me know.

  • Adobe Creative Cloud - How Do You Login/Sign Out of an account

Im trying to sign out of my old account because I deleted it a few month back. The Creative Cloud Program tells me to verify my email [ which is no longer active]. The two options are Resend email or Continue and Check again. I've tried deleting Adobe launcher and reinstalling. Sadly, nothing seem to work.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
    From that thread:
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and trash it.
    I don't have a file opm.db
I tried to rename the OOBE Folder and uninstall CC desktop application and it wouldn't let me.
So I'm still here with the same issue and I've probably spent 3 hours in total trying to troubleshoot.  I need to resolve this ASAP.
    Thanks,
    Kat

  • Windows 8 Creative Cloud says You've been signed out, I can sign in online but not on Creative Cloud Desktop App???

My work has 5 seats of CC, I know all are signed out of. I have a new PC and logged in, downloaded CC Desktop app, and it signs me out right away. Not letting me sign in. Same thing with Outlook 2013, it will not pickup my credentials or server. I have installed it over 100 times. Wanted to mention this in case it was a security setting or something???
    Any help. Greatly appreciated!

  • Creative Cloud Signing Out When I Sign In??

When I opend the creative cloud app on my desktop, it prompts me to sign into my creative cloud account. I'll put in my username and password and it will then tell me that I've been signed out. I've tried downloading the Creative Cloud app again and that did nothing. I'm confused and I haven't been able to find anything on the forums. I will admit though that it's been a busy day at the office and I haven't been able to do too much searching on the matter. If anyone has any ideas, please help.

    Hi Pkloveless,
Please try these steps and let us know if it works.
Rename OOBE Folder to OOBE.old from this location.
    C:\Users\(Your Username)\AppData\Local\Adobe
Rename SLStore and SLCache to .old from this location
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
Once done please try launching the applications and it will ask you to accept the license agreement and Sign in option again.

  • Having sign-in (creative cloud wont update/open/forever signed out) issues? look here! (win7/8)

First download the latest version of creative cloud desktop here: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud (you will need to sign in with your adobe id and pw),
Run the installer, itll get about 50% done and say you need to close a running instance of creative cloud,
    Press "control+alt+delete", click task manager,
In applications tab close adobe creative cloud (**don't close the cc setup that you have just ran to 50%**),
In processes tab close anything related to adobe except the setup process, for me this was "core sync" and "adobe CEF helper" and "adobe CEP service manager" (they should be labeled as being adobe in the descritpion),
Close task manager, bring up the installer window that should still be at 50% and click "retry", it should now take a minute or two and finish installing to 100%,
Creative cloud will open automatically after install, I personally didnt need to login, it remembered my details and auto signed in .
Confirmed working on Win8 and was able to update my photoshop and illustrator without issue and its staying signed in! The process should be more or less identical on Win7. Hope that helps some people!

  • Msn keeps loading after I sign out of hotmail. How do I stop this happening

Every time I sign out of my Hotmail account MSN loads it's news page or front page. How do I stop this happening. I want to go direct to my home page (google) immediately after I sign out of Hotmail

hello, yes that's the deafult option of the script - you can also change the page that will be shown at logout manually. go to firefox/tools > addons > user scripts & click "options" next to the "no msn..." script, then select "edit this user script". the first time greasemonkey will ask you to specify an editor - the easiest way is to navigate to C:\Windows\ & select notepad.exe. instead of www.hotmail.com you can then specify any custom page and save the file afterwards...

  • Why does it tell me I'm signed out when I try to log in?

    Hi.
So, I'm trying to log in to the Adobe programs- Ilustrator,Photoshop and Creative Cloud. First I was having issues signing into them because it was asking for a serial number which I did not have because I have a student membership. Now it redirects me to log in and every time I do, the same box pops up and tells me I signed out.Over, and over again. I uninstalled all three programs yesterday and now I downloaded them again but same problem.
    SOMEONE HELP ME.
    Thanks!
