My computer broke downn, and I would like to copy the libary from the old to the new. It that possible??

My old computer is dead. My iTunes library is stores there. Are there any solution to transfer it to a new computer?

Depends how it died. It may be possible to extract the hard drive from the old computer, mount it in an external drive bay, then copy the iTunes folder across. If you have an iPod or iOS device see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device, if not see Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store.
