You can download and install Acrobat 10 from : http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html
and then use the purchased serial number to activate the software.

Please download Acrobat X Pro from the link below.

Install the software and when prompted for the previous version qualifying product, select Acrobat 9 and enter the serial key of Acrobat 9.
This should install and activate Acrobat X Pro on the machine.

I bought a Macbook Pro a month ago and all of a sudden my computer has been malfunctioning. I went to the apple store and they said that my RAM is not working correctly and now I have to pay $200 for a new one. Do I have to pay for it or should my 1 Year Warranty cover the cost?
I agree with you that Apple should cover it, and that if they're initially unwilling to, then a complaint should be raised. However, the poster remarked that he went to an Apple store, Apple diagnosed the problem as being faulty RAM, and then the poster said that he has to pay $200 for "a new one" (new RAM, I presume). No matter what you or I say on here, if the representative that the poster spoke to brought up a $200 charge, then what is he going to do? "Some users on the internet told me it should be free, so I'm not going to pay that - just fix it for free"?
Or maybe I'm having trouble following what happened. It seems to me that if the poster went to an Apple store and had a system that was within warranty, if Apple found a problem, they would replace it for free. In that case, where did the poster get the number for the $200 charge, and why is it even necessary to ask if it's covered? Either he encountered an Apple Genius who didn't handle the case properly, or there's more to the story that he's not revealing (water damage, or so on). -
Lately my Ipod 5th generatioon charger hasnt been working very well. I wanted to know if this is a problem in where if i go to apple they will give me a new charger in which i need to pay for or will i go to apple and they will give me a new one for free. I've already had to pay for 2 new chargers somewhere else so i really hope someone can give me an honest answer because to be honest i really dont want to pay for a new charger! Hurry please
If this is an Apple charger less than a year old, Apple will replace it under warranty.

Hi, I have a Mac running 10.4.11. I recently updated my FF and noticed my games ran faster and videos worked better. I had some problems accessing the net today and had to restart my computer. Suddenly my games all went into super slow mode. This is the third time this has happened. It appears that my restart (my computer) does something to override whatever has made my computer faster and better. What can I do, except wait for the next update? I have tried reinstalling it, but no, it doesn't work.
Well now FF just closes on many applications. Is there a Mac & FF compatibility problem?

it has almost been 6 yrs since i 'converted' to mac, leaving the horrible micro$oft world...
but now i get the impression that Apple is a lot more greedy now...
i want to buy an iPod Touch too, but i find this 'not logical' to sell the 2.0 update....
in a way, Apple is saying: "don't be the first ones to buy our things (be it iPod or iPhone) cuz u'll end up paying more than the ones who 'll buy later on at a better price"
this is something i 've learned through these 6 yrs of my Mac-life...
Apple should encourage people to be the first ones to buy their products by 'not' practicing these marketing/pricing practices....
ps: im though happy to still be a proud mac user, and that the OS X is 'cheaper' than Window$...

After my first iPhone had broken due to the home button refused to work and a smashed up screen, I took it to apple for a replacement.
After I got my new phone it worked perfectly fine until a few months later my screen broke again, so I took it to a phone shop for repairing and they had done it dodgy.
The screen wasn't in properly and it had difficulties charging, and again the screen had broken and the charging got worse, I want to take it back to apple but will I have to pay to replace again because I've already taken it to apple?You can forget about taking it back to Apple. Once a third-party touched it, you voided all warranty & support, as well as the right to an out of warranty replacement. They'll just hand it back to you.
Don't bother going to Apple, you'll just be wasting your time. -

The Apple store charged me for replacing the USB cable. It would work but if I move the cord it would connect, but then disconnect again. I got with my iPhone 5 6 months ago. It has a warranty and I had the Apple Plus Care that I paid extra for. It was in no way my fault that it broke.
If the Apple store refused replacement under warranty they clearly found
evidence of damage which would void the warranty -
I am locked out of starting itunes on my computer. Just did this for the first time. the message said I had a locked itdb file on a locked disk. Any ideas?

Apple is not in the lost device recovery service just like a car dealer will not help find a lost/stolen car.
