My computer crashed and I dont know which of the multiple serial number on our account will reactivate my adobe acrobat. Please advise
We have multiple serial numbers for our company account and I dont know which serial number was on our computer that crashed. How do I reactivate without buying another subscription? There is no telephone customer support for this product and I need this ASAP.
That's nothing anyone can find out. The activations are anonymous in such a manner that Adobe never knows which machine they were used on, only that they have been used and the serial number was valid. Your only option is to deactivate all installs, draw up a list and then reactivate one at a time and have support reset everything on their end.

I recently had my school computer crash. right after i set up my sync account. I do not know where I saved my sync key but I do not know it. And I would like to get my freakin bookmarks back for school and whatnot. I am kinda pissed that I couldnt just download them and save them like I have ALWAYS been able to do in the past.

Unfortunately there's no way to recover your bookmarks without the Sync key. Your bookmarks are encrypted with it and it's not possible to read the information without the key.
For privacy reasons, Mozilla doesn't store a copy of any Sync Key so we are unable to provide you a copy of yours. Take in count the primary goal of Sync is to have your browsing information synched in all your devices and not to be a back-up system.
As you say, I would encourage you to have a back up of your bookmarks and of your Sync Key in a secure place. -
My computer crashed and I dont know why.
Im not sure how to explain this. When i play games such as minecraft and league of legends during random times my laptop will crash. Im not sure why and how to fix it. What seems to happen is my screen turns blank but for some reason the button lights stay on. However, they are nonfunctional. I am not sure what to attach. This has been happening after i installed windows 8 and i checked and i have all of my drivers installed. I am displeased with windows beacuse there is no error message and there is no user friendly help. All of the solutions are very difficult for me to understand or outdated. PLEASE HELP

don't forget that, in fact, your photos were not "contained" in photoshop, but on the hard disk of your ( now crashed ? ) computer. Tell us something about that crashed machine: do you still have it , did someone try to retrieve some info out of it, what was the diagnostic of repairmen, etc...Did you have a backup of these photos ? -
my daughter received an ipod and an itunes card for christmas and began multiple apple id's with a few different email addresses. she entered the itunes card code into one of these. i have all the card info and receipt. is there anyway she can still use this card?
As long as you are signed into the account which she registered the card with, you will be able to use it. I'm guessing you just don't know which account that is. Logging into all of them would be the only way to find that out. Hope that helps :)

Help! ol computer crashed and don't know how to move ipod music
My old dell computer just crashed and I wasn't able to recover anything. The only thing saved were my songs that are now on my ipod. I just got a new computer and downloaded itunes again, but it won't let me put my songs from my ipod onto the itunes because it has already been synced with my old itunes. does anybody have any idea of what i can do??? I really don't want to delete all the songs off my ipod!
Connect your iPod to your new computer. When you get the message that it is linked to a different library and asking if you want to link to this one and replace all your songs etc, press "Cancel". Pressing "Erase and Sync" will irretrievably remove all the songs from your iPod. Your iPod should appear in the iTunes source list from where you can change the update setting to manual and use your iPod without the risk of accidentally erasing it. Also when using most of the utilities listed below your iPod needs to be enabled for disc use, changing to manual update will do this by default. Check the "manually manage music and videos" box in Summary then press the Apply button: Managing content manually on iPod
Once you are safely connected there are a few things you can do to restore your iTunes from the iPod. If you have any iTunes Music Store purchases the transfer of purchased content from the iPod to authorised computers was introduced with iTunes 7. There is also a manual method of accessing the iPod's hard drive and copying songs back to iTunes on Windows or a Mac. The procedure is a bit involved and won't recover playlists but if you're interested it's available at this link: Two-way Street: Moving Music Off the iPod
Whichever of these retrieval methods you choose, keep your iPod in manual mode until you have reloaded your iTunes and you are happy with your playlists etc then it will be safe to return it auto-sync. I would also advise that you get yourself an external hard drive and back your stuff up, relying on an iPod as your sole backup is not a good idea and external drives are comparatively inexpensive these days, you can get loads of storage for a reasonable outlay. -
My firefox keeps crashing and I dont know what to do?
My firefox web browser keeps crashing and it just doesnt turn on. It crashes when i try to turn it on. It dosent work in Safety mode or after reseting it. I have uninstalled and installed it, it worked once but now it is crashing again.

Creative Suite stop working after backing up the program from Time Machine. Adobe is treating people with total disrespect and does not even have a phone number where we could call. I will move soon to other software. I paid for the software and it is totally abusive this behavior from Adobe.

Firefox keeps crashing and I dont know why...
So as the title says, Firefox has been crashing a lot lately. It has gotten so bad that I can hardly use it. As such I have turned to you guys for help. I just tried uninstalling it, doing a registry clean with CCleaner and reinstalling it again with no luck.

Thanks!10.4.11 is Tiger, not Leopard. Your machine will probably take Leopard (10.5) - make sure it meets the minimum requirements. If it does, go buy yourself a Leopard install DVD (you can probably get one on ebay, or you could buy it new from Apple), plug it into the drive, restart your computer from the DVD (restart and hold down the C key after the chime), and follow the instructions. You should think about whether you want to do a clean install or try to preserve your current user accounts before you start, and you should surely make sure that you have a backup of any important files first.

They will not magically appear on another computer.
Your music will only be where you put it.
Copy it from the old computer or your backup copy of the old computer.
You buy one and only one download. It is your responsibility to move/copy/backup your music.
