My computer crashed and need to transfer ipad to new laptop

My hard drive crashed on my Acer laptop. I did not have a back up and I am very sad. I had paid for a ton of training mp3 files and had them on my iPad2 as well. They are still on my iPad2 however, I am afraid I will lose them all once I sync to my new laptop. What can I do to get my music/training onto my new laptop. I have backed up to iCloud and I have turned on iTumes Match but only after the fact. Any help you all could give me would be so appreciated. I am so sad and so bummed. Please help.

I am not sure there is a MAC version there, but that is the first place to go. If it is the proper version, then please back it up to CD and/or portable HD, not the system HD.

You can activate your software on two computers. If you need to install it on a third machine (because one of the first two crashed), then you need to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html to reset your activation count.
If you just want to reinstall it on one of the first two machines, then just reinstall and re-activate it with your serial number.

Do you have the iCloud set up? If you don't you need to buy a third party software that will do it for you when you plug your phone into the new computer. You can google: iPad/iPhone/iPod to Computer Transfer. You have to pay for the software but it's really a life saver and you get free updates for life. It'll save you a lot of pain and suffering in the future. I've used it many times.

Unfortunately, in your case, there isn't really a way to separate them as far as I can think.
You could try restoring from a backup, and choosing an older backup perhaps

So you have all your music on your iPod still? If so, you should be able to copy the music from your iPod to iTunes.

There are several ways you can pull the music off your iPod and onto iTunes.
There is a very direct method, which I personally prefer, but there are also numerous third party applications, which will help you accomplish the task as well. The link below provides step-by-step instructions for the direct method as well as a few third party applications if you choose to go that route instead. You can also do a simple google search for "copy music from iPod to computer" and you should receive a number of sites that can help you out.
When you plug it in, make sure to hit cancel if it opens up iTunes and asks you if you would like to transfer purchses, or erase and sync.

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion.
Use your backup copy of your computer to put everything on the new one.
It sounds like you have failed to do this, which is not good at all.
You will have to transfer your itunes purchases from your iphone. Authorize your computer for your itunes account
About iTunes Store authorization and deauthorization
Open itunes, plug in iphone, do NOT sync, click File>Transfer Purchases
When you do sync you will lose your pics ( photo library - synced from your old computer), your itunes content ( music, apps, videos,etc) , your contacts and your calendars. So do NOT sync yet. This is why a backup copy is so important.
Enter one unique contact and calendar entry on your computer.
When you first sync, you should get the option to merger the data. Choose it.
If you want your pics, then you will need to e-mail them to yourself before you sync. They will not be of the original quality as they are reduced when synced to iphone.
When all is as goos as it can be, then backup your computer, and always maintain the backup.
