To transfer the license from one pc to another the step you have to follow is to 'Deactivate' the license first from the older machine.
To accomplish this you need to Launch Acrobat, go to the 'Help' menu and select 'Deactivate'
On the new machine you can install Acrobat and then use the serial number to 'Activate' the software and this will complete the license transfer.

Whenever I try to download Adobe Acrobat, The following error message come up. Don't what to make of it . Please help. It only happens in one specific computer.

Old computer crashed; loaded iTunes to new computer, won't sync my iPod

The computer I initially set up my 60g iPod video crashed (windows based). I loaded iTunes on my new computer (also windows based) and even entered my iPod serial number. When I plug it into the USB port, iTunes recognizes the iPod (with my name) and even shows all the songs and videos on the screen, but they are in faded gray and I can't highlight them or upload them into iTunes. When the iPod is first plugged in, I get the message about the iPod being authorized on another computer and can set it up on the new one, but then it would remove the entire contents and update with the new library which has nothing in it.
Is there any way to upload my iPod contents into the newly loaded iTunes on my new computer? I got an iTouch for X-Mas and I am hoping that when I load that software, it will recognize my older iPod's music library and upload it. Of course, this won't matter if I can't get my old stuff into me new iTunes.

My old computer crashed. Fortunately I had Carbonite and was able to restore my data to a new computer, but I have not been able to import or restore or transfer my bookmarks.
I went Bookmarks/Show All Bookmarks/Import & Backup, then tried both "Restore." The Restore showed several dated backups but in spite of the message "This will replace all your current bookmarks" it did not. Next time around I tried: "Import Bookmarks from HTML." But I could not find where the the bookmark folder was located.

The reason behind the above questions is that, if you started Firefox before restoring your backup, you probably have a differently named settings folder (Firefox profile folder).
I'm going to assume for the moment that your Carbonite restore used the same folder paths you had on your old Windows 7/Windows Vista computer. If it was a Windows XP computer, the following won't lead you to the right place.
To find other settings folders, try the following. From within Firefox:
Help > Troubleshooting Information > "Show Folder" button
This is your currently active folder. Navigate up a level to the Profiles folder. Do you see other folders? Do any of them have recent .json backups in their bookmarkbackups folders? This would be where to point the Restore dialog to get your bookmarks.

Computer crashed, ipod synced to new computer, purchased songs are gone.

My computer crashed. I used EphPod to download my ipod mini onto the new computer. It looked like all the songs were transfered so when I went to resync it in Itunes, I clicked "erase and resync". Then a window popped up saying that some songs wouldn't be transfered because the computer was authorized to play them. I clicked resync anyway since I have no way to deauthorize the computer that crashed. I thought EphPod had downloaded the purchased songs. It didn't. Is there any way I can retreve my purchased songs? Are they stored in my Itunes account or something?

The policy on lost purchases is that you have to pay to download them again:
"Once a Product is purchased and you receive the Product, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage the Product, and Apple shall be without liability to you in the event of any loss, destruction, or damage."
You could try contacting the iTunes Music Store Customer Service and you might be able to persuade them to sanction a second free download. There have been occasional reports in the iTunes forum of this happening, however just be aware that they are not under any obligation to do so. Wait until you are sure the iPod has mounted, and that it will not auto sync and then you can let the keys go. Is it possible for me to transfer my ipod to a new itunes without losing all the data I have recorded in my applications? My old computer fried and I was able to save my iTunes by loading a backup onto my new computer, so all my old music and playlists are back, but I know as soon as I connect it, it is going to ask me to delete everything on the ipod and reload. When I do this, I assume I will also lose my app data. Is there a way to save it?

Launch iTunes.
From the menu bar (top of your screen) click Store > Authorize This Computer
Now sync your iTunes media. Connect the iPhone. Select the iPhone under Devices left side of the iTunes window under Devices.
Select the content you want synced from the tabs, ie., Photos, Apps, Music, etc.
For Contacts, Calendars, Mail, Bookmarks and Notes select the Info tab.
