My computer crashed, is it possible to get another download to put on my new computer?

I Purchased the cd for Photoshop about 4 years ago and my computer has crashed and I can no longer use it, it is possible to open up one more down load for the new computer I have?

I just downloaded both files. Here's how it went.
1. I clicked on "File 1 of 2"
2. Windows Explorer opened so I could pick a destination folder
3. I clicked "Save" and the download began
4. Then I did the same for "File 2 of 2"
This is what the files look like in Windows Explorer
The next step would be to double-click the exe file and proceed from there.

there is no easy way... people need to realize that appleTV is not a backup drive and with all the valuable, irreplaceable things on your computer you need to have a backup strategy... can you really afford to lose everything on your computer? don't buy one hard drive, buy two... one to replace the dead one and one for a backup drive or buy a hard drive and a time capsule (with time capsule you can do wireless backups from your macbook).
getting the files off would involve breaking your warrantee...
1) taking the appleTV apart (not an easy task, but you can find instructions online), removing the hard drive, hooking it up to your computer... by putting it into a USB enclosure or eSATA or internally
2) hacking your appleTV (instructions online) SSHing to it and getting the files off that way...

Usb flash boot drive with mavericks is damaged cannot get another download from apple

I successfully downloaded Mavericks 10.9 onto my Macbook Pro and clean installed, when I went to carry out the same procedure on the Mac Mini the USB flash boot drive with the downloaded Mavericks was damaged. I cannot get another copy of Mavericks as Apple do not have downloads available. I do no wish to upgrade to Yosemite just yet. How can I get a copy of Mavericks, I did looked at my account and Mavericks is there any suggestions would be appreciated.

I've set up the family sharing and it works really well. My kids have to get my permission to download anything.
The problem I have is that I don't always have access to my personal apple device, which is my iPad, but always have access to my work one, which is my iPhone.
As I can't put my personal apple id on my iPhone I was wondering if it was possible to set the requests to come via email?

Is it possible to get a download of Snow Leopard?

I am having some kind of problem with my OS when it is first turned on following a normal end of day closure (properly shut down). The symptoms were place on a this community several day ago with no replies to date as to possible causes/remedies. I have come to the conclusion that the probable only way to correct the problem is a complete reinstall of Snow Leopard along with its associated upgrades (8 at the present time) but have been unable to find my original disks (DVDs). What would be the procedure to obtain a download of the OS for reinstallation?

Sorry, but there is no download available of the complete Snow Leopard installer. If you can't find your original disks, you'll need to call Apple tech support and order a new set, or (depending on what model of iMac you have) go to an Apple Store and purchase a retail copy of Snow Leopard. You'll need to confirm that the retail disk has a version of Mac OS X that will boot your iMac; the latest release of the retail disk I've seen has only Mac OS X 10.6.3 which will not boot the most recent systems.

You are not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user technical support forum. If you are having warranty issues with the phone, a copy of the bill is not necessary for Apple to check and evaluate the phone. If there is a manufacturer defect, they will deal with it.
What is "not working properly" on the phone. Maybe someone can help and it not be necessasry to be replaced.

Possible to create or download a driver for a new roll-up usb piano?

Someone just gave me a Roll-Up keyboard with USB out.The local Apple store said any kind of class compliant USB input should be recognized by GB in the preferences pane but it does not.
Maybe I got a bad unit but until I can check this out on a friends Windows box (XP Software came with it), does anybody have any ideas about a driver or otherwise interfacing this portable little usb piano keyboard which is powered from USB?
Of course I could always upgrade to an Intel MacBook Pro and utilize the windows compatible software but I appeal to other users who might want to pack a small roll up device in their backpacks and needs this compatibility.

I call lot to Russia now, and my current 60 min + 15 min is too little, so I uploaded some Saldo to account and this is now over. Is there really no possible to get another 60 min Russia package to mobile phones? So I could use my 75 minutes I paid for these and when this all over, another 60 min I would pay every month with your month fee to this as long as I need more voice than 75 min. My previous package was 120 min + 30 min free as year sub, but when it was over I called a lot less and now my call needs are more. Is there really no way to add another package to SAME country or update my current to 120 min + 30 min free?
Let me explain, I dont want new account for another sub as it is hard for me to change accounts. I need two packages right now to my account to the same country, is this possible? When I try to get another package to Russia, it tels me that there is already 75 min package to Russia and if I want to get this 60 min one, it will avtivate AFTER my current is over and that's a long wait, as it ends after next summer.

If you purchase same amount of voice, it activates only when your subsription is over. If you get another amount of voice, different one, it activates as soon as your current month minutes are over. So you can have for example for Russia 60 min + 15 min if year sub and 120 min package by month.
