My computer crashes a lot, but every time I bring it back up-I ALWAYS have the "session restore" option. This last time, the option was not there ANYWHERE

Also, I already viewed the answer to the same question, but I don't understand how to find that "profile" folder. Can anyone please explain this further. I tried all options of trying to restore, but every one of them is 'grayed' out and will not let me. I have never had this problem! I had several important tabs open that I needed to work on!!

You can use this button to go to the currently used Firefox profile folder:
*Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)

You may have to restore a previous version of the sessionstore.js file.
