Hello Nahuali
The music will be there once you sign in with your Apple ID that used for purchases. Check out the article below to know the steps on how to make that happen.
Downloading past purchases from the iTunes Store, App Store, and iBooks Store

I cannot access movies which I have previously rented but did not watch? The rented tab no longer appears next to purchased.
I'm having the same issue - rented movie, did not watch it - I chose to exist as soon as it started to try to enable Close Caption (which does not exist btw) - I can't go back to the movie, it just says goto Settings and select Downloads ,but that option does not exist

The apple store has changed my I broken Iphone to a new one. But when I got it, i did not have all my purchased songs and apps in it.
You will need to plug it into your computer and re-sync them from iTunes. The iPhone is meant to be synced/backed up to iTunes on your computer on a regular basis. It is NOT a primary or backup storage device.

My other computer died and have my bookmark synced with Firefox sync, however, I no longer have access to sync key and I do not want to generate a new key and erase my old bookmarks. How do I retrieve them?
Sorry, without the Sync Key you can't use Sync to recover your personal data. If you have another device that was connected that Sync account, you can recover your Sync Key from that other device in the Password Manager on non-mobile devices. See - [https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/how-do-i-manage-my-firefox-sync-account?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=where-can-i-find-my-firefox-sync-key#w_where-can-i-find-my-recovery-key this].
''Firefox Sync wasn't intended to be a "backup" medium, it was made to keep certain data synchronized between multiple devices.'' That "key" is used to encrypt your data before being uploaded to the Sync server and decrypt the data as it is downloaded to one of your devices. Only you have access to that "key", to maintain security over your data no one else knows that "key".
If you still have that old PC or the hard drive from that old PC, you can connect it to the new PC via USB with a USB enclosure, and you should be able to recover that data if the hard drive didn't fail.<br />

DeeSo basically you are saying you have a New Computer and you do not have access to your Old Computer and you did not Create and Maintain a Backup of iTunes... Correct.?
And you want to Sync your iPhone to the New Computer... and your New Computer is Authorised...?
See these 2 Links...
Recovering your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device

After you get this issue resolved... suggest you Create and Maintain a Backup of iTunes and any other Precious / Important Content you cannot afford to lose. -
I have a very old (by computer standards) MacBook Pro, and a newer one. I've been using the old one mostly for iTunes, into which I have only CD entries. For a long time, years, the old MacBook pro ceased entering the song titles. This is very time consuming for me, so I finally investigated a bit further.
I discovered how to enter the track titles onto my newer MacBook Pro, and was so pleased! But when I tried to do the same with the other laptop, it failed.
What I did, basically, was what the Apple Help suggested--choose iTunes General Preferences, etc.etc. And yes, I did upgrade the old laptop to the newest iTunes version.
Am I just wasting my time here? Is there some reason why an older Mac Pro will not do what the newer one will, with regard to iTunes?
My older laptop is a 2.6 GHz Core Duo; it has 36 GB of "memory available." The newer one a 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7. It has 284 GB of memory available.
Both are using the same version of Snow Leopard--10.6.8.I have a very old (by computer standards) MacBook Pro, and a newer one. I have 2 itunes accounts. I can no longer use my first one for purchases so I had to start a new one and it will not sync from my new one without deleting everything on my same ipod from my previous account. How do I sync between both accounts?

The CS.com service account has long been closed. I cannot get it to respond to my years ago password for that account. So I ask them to send me a new password and of course it goes to my years ago email number.
Don't have it send email.

My computer has had a new operating system put on (Windows 7) but I did not de-authorise my old computer which was Windows Vista and now I cannot sync my Ipod Classic as it keeps saying I have exceeded my maximum of 5 computers being authororized. I tried doing this via my account in the Itunes Store but it still won't allow me to do this. Can anyone help?
Contact Apple customer support, they can reset your authorizations.

I have a subscription to Photoshop CC and use it on two different computers at different times. On one computer Photoshop CC updated to Photoshop CC 2014 and on the other it did not update
CC 2014 is not an update to CC. It is a separate install. Simply go into your Creative Cloud software and download the CC 2014 version.

My first genteration ipad will not power on after update. I have tried connecting to the authorized computer which won't recognize it - does not acknowledge a device is plugged in. I have pushed top and circle buttons at same time. It had a battery charge before it died. I tried to stop the upload midway and am afraid it 'crashed'
Try putting it into recovery mode.
Connect iPad to your computer via USB while it's turned on.
Open iTunes
Hold the iPad's Sleep/Wake switch (power button on the top of the iPad) down until the "power off" slider appears.
Power off the iPad completely (wait for the progress spinner to disappear).
Hold the Sleep/Wake switch AND the Home button down for a full 10 seconds.
After 10 seconds (the second time you'll see the Apple logo on the screen) release the Sleep/Wake switch while still holding the Home button.
Continue to hold the Home button for another 10 seconds until the USB connection image appears on the iPad's screen, then release the Home button.
A pop-up message will appear on iTunes saying it has detected an iPad in recovery mode, you must restore...
Click on the "Restore" button and the process will begin. -
When I download itunes my computer tells me there was an error in the download and I need to re-download. It tried three times to re-download and got the same error. Any help for this? My computer is brand new.
Go START/ALL PROGRAMS/APPLE SOFTWARE UPDATE"
If it offers you a newer version of Apple Software Update, do it but "Deselect" any other software offered at the same time.
Once done, try another iTunes download -
As noted a month ago I called apple to fix my iTunes account. Now when I buy songs or music I cant watch, listen, or even download them onto my computer. It keeps giving me this pop-up when I try.
"This computer is already associated with an Apple ID."
"You can download past purchases on this computer with just one Apple ID every 90 days. This computer can be used with a different Apple ID in 52 days."
I know this computer is associated with an Apple ID, because it's mine, so why can't I watch, listen or download them onto my computer?
They had me reset alot of crap when I called them, so if anyone knows how to possibly fix this before I call Apple and freak out, please tell me!
Thank you,Check the required specs for the latest version of iTunes and iOS. What kind of Mac computer do you have and what OS does it have on it. Also, what kind of processor do you have, Intel?

Hi, just upgraded my iphone 4s to ios6. all of my playlists are gone and if i create a new one, i does not appear on my phone. itunes match is activated. can someone help me?
You should be syncing your contacts with an app on your computer or cloud service (iCloud, Gmail, Yahoo, etc), and not relying on a backup. If you haven't been doing this, start now and then restore your old backup. You will then be able to sync the new contacts back into the phone. However, you will lose all messages, etc newer thant the backup.

Any way to tap into USB internally in a Mac Pro?
I have a 2008 quad-core (not a 8-core, mine's a "CTO") Mac-Pro. An outfit called Koutech Systems makes 8-port RS-232 PCI-e cards. Problem is, it needs to tap into a USB header-pin connector on the mother board, or plug into an internal USB port. I th
