Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

    Make sure that you haven't saved Uppercase and Lowercase versions of that name and password.

    Try to reset the device:
    Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
    1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
    2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
    3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.

  • IOS 8 8.0.2 has completely turned off LTE.

    iPhone 5 Model MD638LL/A is having issues with LTE and 4G. Since updating the iOS 8 to 8.0.2 the phones LTE has stopped working. I've tried resetting network settings. Reset All Settings, nothing changed as far as LTE showing up. I don't know what else to do other than wait for another update or revert to iOS 7?

    Before iOS 8, I could toggle LTE on and off without losing service. Now it often goes to 'No Service' after switching from 3G to LTE. It's gotten a lot less reliable when LTE is weak or not available. The 8.0.2 update has fixed some of the LTE problems but not all.

    The battery could have died...
    Plug it in to the Wall Charger for 20 to 30 Minutes, then unplug it and try this...
    Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
    Wait for the Apple logo to Appear and then Disappear...
    Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
    Release the Buttons...
    Turn the Phone On...
    If still no joy, it may need a New Battery, or it could be time to consider a New Phone...
    If nothing works, take it to your nearest Apple Store and they will check it for you...

    The red iTunes icon is now the default color for iTunes 12. When getting "Error 13001" when syncing, the following Knowledge Base article provides some great steps to follow for troubleshooting:
    iTunes: "Error 13001" when syncing - Apple Support
    iTunes for Mac
    Determine if content causes this issue
    Try to sync one type of content at a time, such as apps, music, podcasts, or photos, and determine if a specific type content causes the issue. If the syncing issue is isolated to a specific type of content such as purchased music, try syncing imported music instead. If this resolves the issue, replace the bad content with copies from a recent backup.
    If the sync issue occurs while syncing photos, try to sync from a newly created folder with undamaged photos in it. You can use your default Desktop Pictures folder that is included with Mac OS X:
    Copy the Desktop Pictures folder to your Desktop. This folder is located in  /Library/Desktop Pictures/.
    In iTunes, choose to sync the copied Desktop Pictures folder to your iPhone/iPod.
    If the sync issue occurs while syncing music, podcasts, or apps from iTunes, try to sync after rebuilding the iTunes library by following steps in How to re-create your iTunes library and playlists.
    If the issue only occurs while syncing with iPhoto, try syncing after rebuilding the iPhoto library by following steps in Rebuilding the iPhoto library.

    Attempt to sync your iPhone/iPod in iTunes.
    If the issue is resolved while logged in to your new user, use Activity Monitor to compare what processes are running in the older user that are not active in the new user.  It may help you compare what is running in each user by sorting the processes with the My Processes filter. To quit a process, click to highlight the process and then click the Quit Process stop sign in the toolbar.
    If the issue is not resolved, try syncing while connected to a different, known good computer. If the device syncs on another computer, then the issue is system specific and further troubleshooting will be required to resolve the issue. If the issue is reproduced with a known good computer, then the device has an issue, not the computer. Preserve your latest backup (see iPhone and iPod touch: About backups), and restore the device being sure to choose "Set up as new" after restoring.

    Open iTunes on your computer, plug the USB power cord in your computer, hold the Home button down on the iPod and plug the cord in the iPod. Does iTunes see it? If not, or you don't see the battery on the screen signaling you to recharge, you may have a bad battery.

    Try this  - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.   • My Touch Id has completely gone away!

    Had the new 5s for a few days and phone stated to no turn on when pressing the home button or top button.  Would take an average of 45-75 seconds to turn on then would freeze for another 30 secs. After it unlocked it worked fine untill it locks back up and u try to open up again.  Reset Iphone twice with no prevail then i restored it completly. Now i dont even have the option for the touch id!! just passcode only!!!!  What gives!?!?!?
