Have you tried the redeem option?
Simply click the Redeem link that can be found on the right hand side of theiTunes Store home page in iTunes on your computer, tap the redeem button at the bottom of the featured tab.
Once you’re on the Redeem page, paste the promo code into the field provided and click Redeem.

Are you talking about using iTunes music for a slide show? If so you need to go to iTunes, file, library, reorganize files and then it will work.

Expanding on what The Fiend said, the license to play music from a CD is tied to and stays with the CD. So if you sell or give away the CDs, the license to play the music goes with them, at which point you legally no longer have the right to the tracks. You need to keep the CDs if you want to keep the music.
As for transferring the tracks from your iPhone back to your computer so you don't have to re-import all your CDs, check out this post from Zevoneer for some iPod/iPhone media recovery options:

I purchased Acrobat Pro for Mac on Amazon. When I try to register with the registration code they give me, it doesn't work. (It has letters and the registration boxes won't accept letters.) How do I get this to work?
If you don't have original install disks for your Mac, you can order replacements disks directly from Apple at a nominal cost. The original install DVDs are required to reset the password.
If you have no data on your drive that you want to keep, you can boot up from the OSX Snow Leopard disk and install OSX SL.
Insert the Snow Leopard DVD and hold the C key during startup. The Mac should boot from the CD/DVD drive into the installer.
Follow the prompts, erase the disk and install OSX Snow Leopard. -
I connected my friends ipod to my laptop whilst I was playing some songs and closed whatever came up on the screen from itunes. Next thing I know his ipod has been wiped and we can't find his music. How do we get his music back? He hasn't got his laptop anymore so the only music he has was on his ipod.
Hasn't he got a backup of his content on external drives and/or CDs or DVDs ?

Which operating system are you using?
Have you tried Help>Updates from within photoshop cs6 to get either camera raw 8.3 or 8.7.1, which should enable photoshop cs6 to open the canon 5D Mark III files.
(version of camera raw depends on your operating system)

When you say that you lost iTunes do you just mean the program or your content ? Have you checked to see if the content is still on your computer but not in iTunes ?
If not then do you not have a backup of your purchases on, for example, external drives or CDs or DVDs ? If you have then you can copy that onto your computer and add it back into iTunes. If you havn't then if they are still available in the iTunes store (and content is occasionally removed so you should make/maintain your own backups and not rely on re-downloading) and if you use the same iTunes account as you originally used to purchase them, then you should be able to re-download apps and ibooks, and if you are in the US music and TV shows, for free : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519 . On one of my "older" laptops, I'm runninig OS 10.4.11 and I can't find a version of iTunes that will run. Where can I locate the correct version?
Apple has a couple of published but still somewhat hidden links to various versions that represent the last version that runs on particular platforms. The Roger Wilmut1's link to 9.1.1 is one of them, for Tiger OS.
However, there are many, many versions still available on servers (at least the last time I tried) but the URLs are not easy to find (I have a list of about 20 versions). They are still on the official Apple server, just no links pointing to them from Apple's pages.
Even though I have Tiger OS I still use iTunes 7.5 Most of the bells and whistles in the newer versions seemed to be for marketing the iTunes Store (which has nothing I want and I prefer the CD at the same price) and garnering data about your music tastes (Genius) but the Store won't work with iTunes 9 anyway. If you're interested in a particular version let me know, otherwise 9.1.1 is the latest for Tiger. -

Music and other purchased media doesn't sync to your Mac from iCloud, it must be downloaded to your iTunes library, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519.
If they are on an iOS device, they can also be transferred to your iTunes library by opening iTunes on your Mac, authorizing iTunes for all Apple IDs used to purchase the media in Store>Authorize This Computer, then connecting your device to your computer and going to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases.
