My computer is having possible soft wear issues
A lot of the letters on my Bluetooth keyboard won't work and when I'm on the computer looking through menues the cursor is all over the place going crazy... I don't know how to fix this issue. It's probably software.. Also I think my computer randomly installed the new mavericks update. Or something but I'm not sure! Please help me :(
If you have automatic updates switched on (system preferences > app store), then the update from 10.9.0 to 10.9.1 will have been done automatically (not "randomly"). The update to Mavericks from an earlier version of OSX would not happen without your active involvement.
Re. Keyboard and mouse, I suggest you try deleting the Bluetooth pairings and re-pair them. If this doesn't work, try PRAM and SMC resets

We have about 200 users that connect to three terminal servers. On the servers we have Office 2013 installed. Several users are stating that when they attempt to search for templates or insert Online Pictures, they are getting error messages of "Sorry,
we are having some temporary server issues. You can work off line if you plan to insert pictures from your computer"
Remember, they are connecting to a terminal server, all have roaming profiles, and for some users this works fine.
We've Googled the error message and found no help. A lot of responses was to reset the IE settings, which we've tried to no avail.
Also as a test, we took one of the users that was having the issue and deleted their profile. When they logged back on the server, the same problem occurred again.
We're currently at a loss as to why it works for some users and not others?

i bought this ipod off a friend its second hand but it worked before,, my friend cleared it out so my son can put his own stuff in it ,, but when i turn it on its shows only a usb conneting to itunes and when i connect it to itunes it says soft wear not reconignised and that i should reninstall itunes which i have done 3 times and still it wont connect to itunes,,
ok try this out:
turn the ipod off, than hold the home button and than connect it with your computer, keep holding the home button, if it work fine itunes will give you a message that it found a device in recovery mode and you can try to restore it

I just recently updated to the OS X soft wear and every time I go on iPhoto or iMessage my computer shuts down. This problem doesn't occur when I log into my laptop as a guest. I have a Mac book pro made in 2010.

Something software related prevented me from being able to boot up my iMAC. The remedy was to wipe the computer of all soft wear and re-inatall everything via my time capsule. All good there.. but now I cannot open Ai and a box stating"Licensing for this product has stopped working" and to reference error code 150:30. How do I get my Ai to open?

I'm having numbers and iCloud issues
Does anyone know how I can get numbers on my iPad and numbers on my iPhone to sync? I keep trying to turn on iCloud on my iPhone and it is on for about a minute then automatically shuts off. Any help would be appreciated
Are you having problems or performance issues?
I'd really not worry about what that utility states, if your computer is running well. OSX manages memory exceedingly well and it cleans up RAM whenever it needs too. Some times it doesn't release all the memory from a program because the library may be used again and it will be quicker to keep it there. Another potential issue is some applications including apple's have memory leaks. memory that isn't released but is "lost" this is caused by bugs in the software, safari for instance keeps grabbing ram but not releasing it. Closing the application typically resolves this problem.
I've not heard of the utility that you referenced and to be honest, I'd not really worry about. It is possible that the utility is not correctly reporting back memory consumption. Take a look at the activity monitor found in applications->utilities. It will give you a fairly good picture of the memory is being managed. -

Having the exact same issue. Also, on right click, many apps freeze/beachball and must force close. Additionally, uTorrent and Transmission are not operating correctly-uTorrent constantly beachballing and unresponsive. Right-click freezes with everything from Word to iMovie. Takes way too much time to do anything, and lots of cursor freezing, here is a sys log excerpt:

disk2s1 (disk2s1) <not mounted>: 209.7 MBI'm having the same issue - started a few months ago and had to forcibly shut down the Mac. That killed the hard drive, so I got a new hard drive and had the Apple Store install Lion on it, then used Migration Assistant to bring files over. Since then I've upgraded to Mountain Lion and have been experiencing lots of beach balls, freezes, etc. They're so bad that I've had to forcibly shut down 3 times, and each time can't restart. Each time I've erased and done a clean install of Mountain Lion from a USB, then used migration assistant and time machine to bring files back. Just did this last night and am still getting tons of beach balls and freezes. Help please! Here's what Etresoft says.

Is anyone else having Config error 16 issue when trying to start PSE 12 or Premier Elements 12 after the Mac upgrade to OS X Yosemite 10.10 on iMac. I have had a number of issues with software and things after upgrading to OS X Yosemite 10.10 and even 10.10.1. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both PSE 12 and Premier Elements 12 a number of times and everything goes fine until its ready to launch and then you get an error message. Numerous uninstalled and reinstalls don't removing the problem. Strangely enough PSE 11 still appears to boot up and I never owned Premier Elements 11 so I don't know if it will start. I thought with Apple dropping its Apeture software and greater integration of iPhoto and Apeture files into Lightroom 5.7 all would be harmonious between these two players. Im not sure where Adobe wants us to go it recently removed the plugin to allow you to update files from LR to Adobe Revel, whats up with that. I now own two version of Adobe software that no longer work with my Mac and now way of uploading pictures from Lightroom to Revel. Needless to say I am pretty reluctant to sign on to a subscription of Creative Cloud with long term financial obligations when I can't even get my current Adobe software to work independently much less integrate with Lightroom. Frustrated with it all!
Get rid of 'put disks to sleep when possible' and you may see a dramatic improvement (not necessarily a cure).
That specific problem is a multiple-Processor (including graphics processor) problem, where one of the processors lost track of whether it should be responding to interrupts. You may have a Hardware problem. -
I'm having a lot of issues with firefox and cannot figure out how to get help. It began when I updated to 13. I get all kinds of ad popups, I cannot play one game on FaceBook called Farm Town at all, and I keep getting an AVG popup about cookies that I cannot get rid of. These issues are causing me to use Chrome very often even though I like Fox better. I've searched and searched how to get help and cannot find anything. How does one get personal technical help?? You need to create a user account for your wife (or yourself depending on who has the current user account). When syncing, each of you should sign in as a separate user, login to iTunes and then sync. I had this problem when my sister got an iPhone. When we did her initial sync, everything on my iPhone showed up on hers. Apple gave me this solution.
