Somehow My Mozilla got lost. (Break in someone deleted it?) Please give me a clickable mozilla that will do a download. All I find is you, with 80 choices before I foind a "click here to download Mozilla'. Waiting 3 hours on a modem powered unit is bad enough. TG that IE is around and will let me talk to you about why I can't download you!
Tried requesting a new password, and you haven't delivered yet! What can I expect, some volunteers are better than others. Help to responses to : TYVM Ted

Was Firefox uninstalled or did the icon just go missing for some reason?
You can check for Firefox using the Start menu, Run, type this and click OK/Go/Run (I can't remember XP very well):
firefox.exe
If that works, you could check your Recycle Bin for the missing icon. Or you create a fresh shortcut as follows:
Open this folder:
C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\
right-click '''firefox.exe''' and choose Send To > Desktop (create shortcut)

I think what loaded was a firefox for google pack. But I'm not sure about that. Tried to use Yahoo, it said to try to clear my browser, or clear my cookies, or several other suggestions I can't remember. My AVG something or other has been disabled because it is incompatible with whatever firefox loaded.

OS X thinks computer is running off UPS when it's not
When I plug the USB cable from an APC Back-UPS Pro 500 uninterruptible power supply into my new iMac, I immediately get the warning from OS X that my computer is running off the UPS and that I need to save my work and shut down. The status bar icon also lists "UPS" as the power source. This leads in short order to the computer shutting down.
OS X is clearly recognizing the UPS (the selector drop-down box in Energy Saver appears when I connect the USB cord), but isn't seeing that the UPS is running fine off of normal power. It's not a problem with the cord (I've switched it out), nor with the connection (I've plugged it both into a hub and into the iMac itself), nor with the UPS (it worked fine with a PC yesterday.
What ought I to do?if you are relying strictly on what you see on Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Manage Storage - and to do not use iTunes with your iPad - you might not be seeing something critical that can be using up the storage space on your device. It may be that "other" data is taking up all of the storage and you can only see that when the iPad is connected to your comouter's iTunes.

You cannot get rid of all of it and you don't want to get rid of it all because it is data that you need. It should never be a large amount like 10 GB. If it grows too large, that usually indicates something has gone corrupt on the device and sometimes the only way to bring it back down to where it should be is to restore as new. -
I plugged my iPod into the computer and it says that my iPod is synced with another iTunes library, but it's not. So all my music and apps are gone. What can I do to remind the computer its the right iTunes library and get all my stuff back?
Same as you would if you bought a pc; copy everything from your old computer to your new one. Then you can just sync everything from the new computer, as you did with the old one.

For iTunes purchases, you can transfer them back to iTunes by plugging your iPod into her iTunes library and choosing File -> Transfer Purchases.

There is no such thing as a "sub-account." Also, you probably mean iTunes library, when you say "account." Your "account" in iTunes is your Apple ID, which is what you use to sign in to the iTunes Store to make purchases. iPods are associated with an iTunes library, not with an Apple ID (iTunes Store account). You'll need to clarify...
So, this is what I think you are saying. You previously shared an iTunes library on a computer with your friend. Your old iPod was synced to that iTunes library.
You got an iPhone, and at that time, you set up your own iTunes library. Is that on a different computer? How does the iPhone affect your question about the iPod?
You got a new iPod. What is your "old iTunes"? Is that the iTunes library you shared with your friend? -

It's a risk if you're using POP3 mail. You can archive mailboxes to another location for safe keeping.
Or, just try adding new versions of the accounts without deleting the old ones (you can have duplicates, name them different so that you can tell them apart). If the new ones work, then you can just drag the mail folders from the old to the new and then delete the old. -
My ical is showing "on my mac" "iCloud" and "yahoo" calendars. I just want one calendar that will sync up to my iPhone. How can I get rid of all these Calendars??
'On My Mac' and Yahoo calendars won't sync to iCloud. You can move them to iCloud, but then Yahoo will lose contact with its calendars. if you are happy to sync onlly with iCloud, and thus to your iPhone, you can move the calendars: you will have to do it one at a time, and the process is just a trifle convoluted - it's described in the first set of numbered instructions here:

I bought a new album off of iTunes the wifi wasn't strong so I left my computer on as it was downloading and went to sleep. This morning I went to listen to the songs and some of the songs will only play the first 50 sec or the first minute? How do i fix it or refresh them so i can listen to them fully?

The message to restart your computer, in multiple languages, is a kernel panic. This is usually, but not always, caused by hardware, with memory being the leading cause.
You might want to run the Apple hardware test, which is on the original gray-faced OS X disks that came with the mini. FInd the one that says 'AHT Version x.x' in small print on the label, insert and reboot holding the alt/option key down. Choose the Apple hardware test, and when prompted, choose the extended test. You can also download Rember from http://kelleycomputing.net/rember/ if you want to really test the memory. Set it up and let it run over night.
