My computer stops working completely and the screen goes crazy

I don't know which is the Safari version I am using, but I am pretty sure it is the latest one. And I use this same version for a long time and have never experienced any problems. However know everytime I start my Safari, it works perfectly for a few seconds and then the computer stops completely. Nothing works! The mouse arrow moves, but the clicks have no effect. The keyboard keys do not work. The only thing left is turn de computer off using the power button.
I have also noticed that the screen starts becomes pink, but not whole pink but many pink lines show up in front of the screen. At first I thought it was a hardware problem, probably in the Video Board, but it only occurs when using Safari. I did not make many tests, because I was affraid it could damage even more the computer. Therefore, I am not really sure it is a Safari problem.
What can it be and how can I fix it???

Unfortunately, it doesn't.
First, I bought my Mac Book Pro earlier then the specified period. Second, I am not really experiecing a lack of video or a distortion, but another kind of problem. It is more like a complete breakdown, because even the computer stops working, not only the screen. Furthermore, the screen gives signs that a problem occurred, but it doesn't become distorted, it only starts showing many pink lines.

I upgraded my RAM from 4GB to 8GB a couple months ago. Ever since then, my MacBook would freeze and the screen would get all weird and distorted, and then it continues to sound off three longish beeps. I can't do anything except hold down the power button until it shuts off. This only happens every couple of days. This sequence will repeat seemingly forever unless I shut it down manually.
I upgraded to Yosemite from Mountain Lion a couple months ago, skipping Maverick completely, and I've done any associated updates that Apple told me about. I don't recall which version of Yosemite I have, but I'm sure it is the "latest and greatest".
I've tried re-starting in Safe Mode / Safe Boot and that does the same thing as described above except without the endless restarts. Instead of restarting at some point, SafeBoot proceeds to the white screen and then it hangs until I restart it manually. (I've waited as long os 20-30 minutes with no response).
When I tried the option-command-p-r key combo I never get any chimes or other noises besides the original 1 time boot sound that you would expect to get when starting up a macbook pro.
I was using the mac quite normally (meaning I was doing work I normally do on it and there was no indication of anything wrong) immediately prior to this happening.
The machine is BootCamp(ed) with Windows 8.1 which I use from a VMWare virtual machine instead of natively so that I can have both OSes running at the same time. I also think this is unrelated to my problem. I have been using this setup for more than 2 years.
My upgrade to Yosemite was uneventful and I thought it went well and was very smooth. I don't want to lead attention away from Yosemite, but at this point my problem does not seem related to the upgrade.
Any help is appreciated.

Install or Reinstall OS X from Scratch
Be sure you backup your files to an external drive or second internal drive because the following procedure will remove everything from the hard drive.
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Erase the hard drive:
1. Select Disk Utility from the main menu and click on the Continue button.
2. After DU loads select your startup volume (usually Macintosh HD) from the
      left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
3. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Optionally, click on
      the Security button and set the Zero Data option to one-pass. Click on
      the Erase button and wait until the process has completed.
4. Quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall OS X: Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Install button.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible
           because it is three times faster than wireless.

* "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Reinstall Snow Leopard without erasing the drive
1. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions

After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the installer.
If DU reports errors it cannot fix, then you will need Disk Warrior and/or Tech Tool Pro to repair the drive. If you don't have either of them or if neither of them can fix the drive, then you will need to reformat the drive and reinstall OS X.
2. Reinstall Snow Leopard
If the drive is OK then quit DU and return to the installer. Proceed with reinstalling OS X. Note that the Snow Leopard installer will not erase your drive or disturb your files. After installing a fresh copy of OS X the installer will move your Home folder, third-party applications, support items, and network preferences into the newly installed system.
Download and install Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo v1.1.

My ipod touch is flashing white on and off, I hold the buttons down, and the screen goes black- but the apple logo does not come on. What do I do?

So I have had this problem before, and know that you hold down the top Power button and the Home button, at the same time, for roughly 10 seconds, or until the apple logo comes on.
The problem is, when I press the buttons and the screen goes black, like it's supposed to before the logo pops up, the apple logo isn't appearing.
I was wondering if that's because my I pod touch was drained when I plugged it in to charge, and I tried to turn it on when it was still charging?
What can I do?

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

after a restart it works for a time, but always slow. I went to the Applestore this afternoon and the made a check and said it would be the logicboard and they would have to change it for CHF 600 and it would be ready in 10 - 15 days

Before you do anything else, try charging via a wall outlet for a while, since its off. Then try turning it back on.
When you put the device into recovery mode it allows you to restore the device when no other options work. You do risk losing everything currently strored on the ipad itself. Hopefully you've performed regular backups either via itunes, icloud or both. Evern if you have synced content to either of those, you may not lose everything. All previous purchases have been saved in the itunes and app stores, so you can dowload them again.
while the ipad is off, press and hold the home button and plug the usb cord into the ipad. You should see a message pop up on the itunes window on your compoter screen that state it has discoverd an ipad in recovery mode.
