My computer wont read my newly purchased Adobe Elements 10. It says it is a blank disc.

I took it back to where I purchased it from and it works on there computer so they will not help me.
I dont have this issue with any other software and when I called Adobe they could not think of anything other than faulty dics.
Can anyone help me please??

To get going, you could downlaod a trial version from Adobe.com and then enter the serial number that you received with the DVD. Visit http://www.adobe.com/go/tryphotoshop_elements_and_premiere_elements/
Let's wait for other folks to respond to figure out why your computer is not reading the disc. Are you on a Mac or Windows? What version?

Computer wont read zen

when i plug in my zen it charges but my computer wont read it. it says when i plug it in new hardward found creative zen , mtp device. then it says thier is probelm with the hardware during installation. i have service pack 2 so thats not the probelm and im not sure anyone got ideas?

Friends:
I purchased an $1100 Nikon camera and the deal included OEM PS Premiere Elements 10.
Legit purchase with a CD and legit Serial #.
Can't install because what is Adobe's fault, not the camera vendor's and certainly not mine.
Adobe's own published notice:
"The 64-bit version of Adobe Premiere Elements 10 only installs on Windows 7 64 bit. If you have Windows XP 64 bit or Vista 64 bit, it's necessary to install the 32-bit version. Because the Adobe Download Assistant automatically downloads the 64-bit version in error, it's necessary to download the 32-bit version manually through alternate means."
The problem is that the same holds true for installing on XP Pro SP3 and Adobe makes no mention of it in the above admission.
Then, Adobe's own Solutions 1, 2 & 3 for manual download all fail, even after fussing for days over it.
Even Solution 3, the last ditch option, fails perhaps because Elements 11 is out and Adobe has killed the 10 download Ftp sites.
Files I am unable to download from Adobe (without entrapment by so called Free Dowload sites) are:

I must mention in this context my own (and thousands of others') sad experience with Flash updates. Just follow
my own (and others') posts in Adobe forums. Plus, just read the Internet posts along these lines:
"It's impossible to download anything from Adobe. I have given up and I have given up on Adobe products."
Not that I want to, but I am forced into echoing the same sentiment.

The ...7z file is 1.37 Gb long. I have super high speed Fibre Optic Internet connection with Bell. I rarely have the ocassion to download files of this size. After downloading more than 1 Gb, the transfer hung - either at the Client end, or at the Server end. Bell is sending tech Thursday to mitigate some line noise they detected. Hopefully, the stars will fall into the right place before long.

How can this unsightly watermark be removed. It has severely hampered my timeline to start and finish this project. Why would a purchase software product purport to be a "trial" version?

This indicator will appear when you have not registered your product or typed in the serial number for the product.
Once you've added the serial number, any future products will not display this indicator.
To remove this this indicator from videos created before you added the serial number, you'll need to delete the rendered files.

How can I successfully install a newly purhcased Adobe Photoshop CS 6? I've tried many, many times but always run into something which seems not to work the way it's supposed to. I can't tell you what I've done, it's been too many things. I want to start at the beginning. I need a step by step, preferable over the phone, talk through the process.

Which operating system? Cloud or disk version or download version?
Any error messages? what do they say?
Download or disk: It should be a case of double click the installer, enter your serial and let the installer finish.

. All of my album art is the same and its driving me crazy. How do i change the album art???Not an easy answer for this one without knowing more about how you are setting the album art.
There are two types of album art embedding.
One is where the album art is embedded directly in the tags of every Mp3 file. (a bit waste of space)? The second option (which is the more common method) is where each file has embeded information pointing to an external image for the album art. This is more efficient on space, and is often the one that end up with people having the same art on every song.
Usually what happens is people put the songs in a common directory and not in subdirectories such as Artist/Album/mysong.mp3. With all the files in one flat directory often the album art (depending on software) gets saved with the same filename such at album.jpg.
And he album.jpg file gets overwritten, and since all the songs think "their" album art is in the album.jpg file they all end up with the same art being displayed.
Easiest solution is to copy the files into folders to organize them by album, and then reapply the album art.
Since doing that on my ZVM I haven't had any problems with art getting lost or duplicated in ways I did not want. ?2. Is the battery in the Vision M removable???Unfortunatly it isn't.

Why can't I download my newly purchased Elements 13? I can download the 7 zip files but when the download begins for the Elements 13 a pop up message says the files are missing!

you need both the exe and the 7z files. put both in the same directory and then double click the exe.

Purchased Photoshop Elements, now it says it's a trial version

I recently purchased Photoshop Elements 12 and installed it (yes, I put in the serial number) and now it says that my "Trial Version" has expired. I did not install the trial version. I uninstalled it, cleared out my temp files, and reinstalled it. It still says my trial version expired. Is there any way to resolve this? I am running Windows 8.

What wording identifies the number you are using that you call the "registration code"? Is this for Photoshop or Premiere Elements?

This a user forum. Nothing can be done here.
You should be able to contack Adobe Support and get a roll back of the number of installs for each paid for license. You should have two.
If you have no record of the download, the serial number or anything else, you may be in for a purchase!

Why won't my newly purchased Adobe CreatePDF convert scanned document?

I just purchased the Adobe Create PDF and I'm completely regretting it! Every document that I've scanned and need converted to PDF says "convert fail". SERIOUSLY??!! What the heck did I pay for? It doesn't matter if I scan to TIF, TIFF, JPEG etc. it won't convert. If there is no fix for this I definitely want a refund. PLEASE HELP.

3) Choose to download the Desktop tool as shown in the screenshot below and then try with it.
