My connection with itunes is not working

Please HELP I have done everything from flushing, firewall exceptions and reintstalling the download of itunes....My connection is not working. Have spoken with two men from India and with no help from them.....

Dear Fourms,
Look at how many postings there are for the same error. thousands on google and more on here. We all have tried everything even seeking each others advice in forums. i have also never seen an answer from APPLE that will resolve the issue. i think they need to check their server settings, their product (itunes), and work directly with us to resolve the issue. if you post in the fourm then make sure you also summit feedback maybe this will let them know this is a HUGE and FUSTRATING problem. Again another wast of money.

THEN THE ISSUES CAME
We turned off our firewalls
opened every port
tried reinstalling
cleared our temp and dns cache a million times
setup new accounts to try again
spent probably a total of a month at one consecutive time trying to fix this issue.
Update a thousand times.
Ran that darn network diagnostic in itunes and windows
Bought new routers
Disabled, updated, uninstalled and reinstalled our drivers
Pinged, ran trace routs and everything to verify we connect to the server
But is it really still OUR problem to come up to a solution?
this is all in my own opinion.
But if anyone finally gets a resolution, maybe apple?, then let ALL these people on the web and in these forums have a real and truthful resolution and reason it is happening.

    *I just spoke with two different senior advisors from Apple one whose name was Matt and the other whose name was Zachary. They both were extremely rude and were not helpful at all. I explained the same exact scenario to them about how I just updated to iTunes 9.1.1 and that now my iPhone will not sync.*
    The ONLY help they could give me was to purchase a plan for either 29.99 or 69.99
    The reason no one from Apple will help us is because this company is based on greed. I am sure they knew about this bug that prevents thousands of users from syncing but I am also sure they assumed that we would pay the 29.99 or 69.99 for them to fix the problem. I honestly feel as though this is a scam to make more profit off of us.
    There is absolutely NOTHING they can do to help they said except for me to purchase one of those two plans they offer. My question is WHY THE **** SHOULD I PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT I AM NOT AT FAULT FOR? It should be there moral duty and responsibility to fix this bug yet because they know they will profit from it they have no intentions on doing so. The only thing I can really suggest is calling Apple and telling them how you feel. The more people who voice there opinions the better (just be prepared for them to tell you the ONLY thing they can do to fix the problem THEY created is by making YOU pay more money to fix it).
    I am extremely disappointed as a loyal Apple customer and this has seriously made me reconsider ever buying another Apple product.
    This company is morally and ethically wrong.

  • 7.1 Speakers with iTunes 7 not working

    With my old iTunes, my speakers worked fine. However as soon as I upgraded, the only speakers that work are 2.1. The other 5 of my speakers do not produce any sound. I've done a search and nothing has been productive so far.

    Go to Start....then Run...and type in DxDiag...
    From there, go to "Sound"...on the Direct Sound or Direct X turn the acceleration down to basic....
    It should work after that...
    Then go to Ouicktime, Edit...Quicktime Preferences and set your surround to 5.1....
    Should work

    I updated my Iphone 4s with Itunes and then a few minutes after it went completly black, i can hear siri trying to work but it does't !! I tried to charge the battery but nothing happens. Help please.!!

    Try resetting your iPhone.  Hold the power on/off and the home buttons together for 6 or 7 seconds till the Apple logo appears.  Then see what happens.  Hopefully things will be better.

    in fact you are more using a reverse-proxy than a proxy since it is on the server part..
    You have to put all the SSL server part on the reserve-proxy itself and not on the final RSS feed. Then, the reverse-proxy will authenticate your client and gets its certificate. After that, either this proxy will open a plain connection (no ssl) towards the RSS, or you can also open a ssl connection but this means you must create a client certificate for the proxy. It just depends on the security level you need, and I used this solution many times in professional hosting.

  • IPad will not start. Reset DOES NOT work. Connecting to iTunes DOES NOT work

    My iPad went dead and sat for a few days before I plugged it in. Now it will not start. It has been plugged in for 2+ days now with OEM charger. The apple logo will show for a couple seconds and it turns off. Reset DOES NOT do anything. If I unplug it, nothing happens, no apple logo, no reset, nothing. Plugged into iTunes it will not do anything. The only time I get it to show activity is plugged into charger and like I said, as soon as the logo appears it shuts down and repeats this over and over until I unplug.

    See if you can have any success with recovery mode.

    Hi I recently upgraed to iOS 6.1 on my Iphone 5. After the upgrade, it was all good. Over the weekend I went Austria for Ski. While taking the photos, I simply locked the phone and kept it my pocket as I had to go. After sometime when I opened my phone, I could hardly see anything. I tried to unlock with pin and tried restarting with great difficulty. But nothing worked. Coming back home today, I have tried restore the software and still no luck. I have tried restore almost 5 to 6 times, but the screen is still blank. I dont know if what state it is in and I can not do anything to fix it. I am very annoyed with the support service as they can not be reached on Sunday evening.
    I could manage to book a call tomorrow but I have lot of work over next few days at work. Can someone please help how to fix this issue now? Any suggestions will be much apperciated.

  • Bluetooth connection with Samsung u740 not working quite right?

    I have a new Samsung u740 cell phone and I set it up to sync my contacts b/w the computer and the phone. I also set it up so when someone calls me it pops up on my computer who's calling, but when someone calls it just says "unknown caller". I have synced the contacts on both devices. Does anyone have any advice on what to do?

    Ive got the same problem, just got my iphone unlocked, and they told me to sync it to itunes to get it permently unlocked, well everytime i plug my iphone in it says; it wont work as it needs up dating to 10.6.3, which i have already updated, but still doesnt work, so how can i get my phone unlocked?

    Have you tried using the iPod with another user account or computer, to help narrow down whether the problem lies with the computer, account, or the iPod itself?
    Maybe try reformatting it, using the tools provided by Windows. Instructions on how to reformat your iPod can be found in this article.
