My contacts book will not open so I reset to factory settings but I still have the same problem what can I try next?

The address book on my iPad2 will not open although it did before I downloaded iCloud. Following the manual instructions, I reset the iPad to network settings but the address book will still not open. I would be grateful for any advice on what to do next.

Have you an iCloud email address? Try deleting it temporarily.

You can disable autoupdate by following these steps:
Go to main menu > Tools > Options > click on Advanced tab > click on Update tab and then click on the round radio button that says ''Never check for updates (not recommended: security risk)''

Try going into the control panel, add/remove programs. Uninstall iTUnes, Apple mobile device service, apple application support. Then redownload and reinstall iTunes and see if it'll work
If the computer sees your iPad you know the cable and connection is good, so the issue has to be software.

From my limited knowledge the iPod Nano has no support for iCloud or wireless transfers- therefore the only means of downloading songs is by hooking it up to the computer by the white cable.

TS4268 How do I find what apple ID I listed my phone number to? I do not have my Iphone, but I still have the same number.

My phone got stolen, and instead of getting a new Iphone, I went to droid. After about a week I realized that I wasn't able to recieve texts from anyone with an Iphone due to my Imessage still being "active" on the servers. Heres the hard part.... Mozilla hangs (not responding)message. I have loaded the latest version and still have the same problem, why?

Firefox hangs (not Responding message) I tried refreshing Firefox. I tried deleting history. I deleted Firefox and reinstalled the latest version which I already had running before and the same problem occurs. It starts hanging after a few minute when I start the computer mostly on my email page or ebay page and continues to hang for about 5 to 10 minutes then it starts to function normally. It is most annoying and I cannot figure what is causing the problem? Please help if you can?

If I was unclear I am sorry, I can not start Firefox normally after starting the computer in safe mode with or without the network because my USB internet modem will not allow me access to the internet in the safe mode. the USB modem will not work when the computer is in safe mode. The only thing I can do is start the computer normally then enter Firefox in the safe mode by holding down the shift key and pressing the icon for Foxfire at the same time. This will put Foxfire in the safe mode but the computer is operating in the normal mode Because I can not get access to the internet when I use the computer in the safe mode The USB modem will not connect to the internet when the computer is in the safe mode.

Did you delete all receipts with iDVD in the file name with either a .PKG or .BOM extension that reside in the HD/Library/Receipts folder and from the /var/db/receipts/ folder before installing the new copy? If not then do so and delete the new application also.

I have an iPhone 4S and have updated it to IOS 6.1. All of the music on my itunes will no longer sync, it skips songs and not everything appears. I have tried restoring it and I still have the same problem.

The songs are checked (selected) in iTunes but when i have synced it to my iPhone 4S they are not on there or they skip through them when playing them. Please help!

No, it does not. It transfers purchases from the iDevice to the computer. The computer must be authorized for the Apple ID that the content was acquired with.

HT201321 Numbers pad 4 5 6 and the up down arrow key quit working. I swithched keybouards (Both are Apple, and still have the same problem, its not hardware.)

Firefox works fine until after lunch. Then it will not open, unless I reboot. Am at work, & I shouldnt have to do that, NEED a fix.

Everyday its the same thing. By midafternoon, Firefox will not open unless I reboot. I am at work, and have too many things open all day to stop and reboot for a browser, when I also have IE. I prefer Firefox, it is set as my default, and have many passwords saved there that are not saved in IE. Surely there is a fix for this? I have removed it, downloaded it again, followed other suggestions from your site, but still have the same problem. If I leave a window open all day long, it will still work for me, and thats what I try to do. However, invariably, there will come that accidental second that I hit the red X at the top and totally regret it! Please help!

I had tried this before, but went ahead and tried this again.
I clicked on "reset Firefox". Firefox closed, but did not come back up. When I tried to open it again, I did receive a message that said Firefox is running but is not responding, that I couldn't open another window without stopping the processes on the other page.
I never got a window that showed me the information that was imported, or a place to click finish.
Since I don't believe this completed, I don't believe my problem will be solved.
