My contacts deleted... but I can see them on iCloud? ... Help!

My contact list deleted out of the blue... I think something happened when I logged into iMessage on my computer (??!??). I can see my contact list when I log into iCloud... how do I get it back onto the phone?

Have you checked that contact syncing is still enabled on your device, (settings > iCloud > contacts).

Have you upgraded to iPhoto 9.6 for compatibility with Yosemite? If not, try that first.
It looks like iPhoto has lost the connection between the thumbnails and the original image files.
This can be caused by a corrupted iPhoto library, or the originals have been deleted or moved.
Try first to rebuild your iPhoto Library:
If you do not have a current backup of the iPhoto library, make a copy of the library, but do not overwrite any previous backup.
Launch iPhoto with the ⌥⌘-key combination (option-command) held down.
Select "rebuild" from the first aid panel. This may take a while for a large library.
Can you now see your photos again?
If not, rebuild the library with iPhoto Library manager as described by Old Toad: Re: iphoto crashed

Videos not showing in ituness library but I can see them in itunes folder on my mac

I just bought an apple tv and am trying to learn how to upload vidoes to itunes so i can see them on my apple tv. I have addes 3 file and can see them on my apple tv, however I can only see one of them in the itunes library? I can see all three files in users/music/itunesmedia/homevideos.
Any tips would really help understanding this

If i go to the music folder in windows explorer and click on the song there it willo then show up in itunes.
I really dont want to do this for my entire library, any thoughts on how to fix this issue?

You can download your documents from icloud.com and go to the Pages app. From there, select the document and click on the settings icon that looks like a gear and you will have an option to download your document with a few different options like Pages and Microsoft Word. Can't find photo library but I can see them in photo editing apps???

When I go to my photo app on my ipad I can see some photos but not all of them. When I tried to open one of the photo editing apps I have all of my pictures are there. Why can't I see them in the other photo app where they use to be. To my knowledge nothing has been changed on the ipad, I just noticed it one day. Thank you!!

you do not say which photo app you can only see some of them in.
if you are looking "Photos" with the rainbow flower icon, then this is only your camera roll, not all of your photos. So any new photo you take will appear in your camera roll, and you can upload old photos into your camera roll, but it is not meant to have all your photos there. Think of it like a roll of film in a camera, you use it for a while, then you take it out and put a new roll in.

I want to upload pictures but I can see them very small

I want to post an announce and attach some pictures. I open the folder but the picture are very small and can't resize in order to see them bigger. The only option I have is '' quick view''
The same problem is with the pictures attached in mail.

Two movies i purchased are no longer on my itunes but i can see them in my purchase history. How can i get them back?

I purchased two movies for my iphone 4. I sold the iphone 4 but i still had the movies on my itunes. Recently i had to reset my itunes password and when i did all my itunes library was gone. I can see everything in my purchase history but i cant seem to get it back and i have just bought a new ipad i wanted the movies for that.

Why can't I see my hotmail folders when using Mail on my Mac, but I can see them when I use Mail on my iPhone, weird?

I've set up Mail on my new Mac, but the folders I have set up in my Hotmail are not visible. Funny, coz I can see the folders when using Mail on my Iphone. Have I set the connection between Hotmail and my Mac incorrectly? It was very automated so I don't know what I did incorrectly. Can anyone out there give me a tip?

"None of your preferred networks are available" but I can see them!

Occasionally when I start up my MacBook I get a window saying "None of your preferred networks are available," even though my network is listed among those located. If I try to connect via network preferences it tries, but then tells me the connection timed out. I am connecting via wifi. The only thing that works is to turn the router off and restart it. As soon as it has started up again and has a network connection, I can go to the AirPort icon and connect to the network.
I have tried re-entering the network password, restarting the computer, turning AirPort off and on, removing and changing firewalls, but nothing has helped.
Any ideas?

It might help to reset the connection settings on your Mac using these steps one at a time until the problem is resolved, recognizing that, depending on your problem, not all of these steps will make sense:
1) Use the AirPort menu bar item to turn AirPort off, then on again.
2) Try to select your Wi-Fi network from the AirPort menu.
3) In the Network panel of System Preferences delete the AirPort item from the left column, then add it back.
4) In the same panel as (3), define a new location and see if you can make that work.
5) In the same panel, select the AirPort connection item, click the "Advanced" button, select the "TCP/IP" tab, then click "Renew DHCP Lease".
6) In the folder /Library/Preferences ( not <yourhomefolder>/Library/Preferences), move the folder SystemConfiguration onto the Desktop, then restart your computer. See if you can now make your AirPort connection work.
These steps may not help, but they'll only take a couple of minutes to try. Before you try these, if you have any special network settings on your Mac for things like DSL credentials, note all your network settings, because the latter steps will destroy them. If you got all the way to the last step, if things don't work any worse than before, you can trash the saved SystemConfiguration folder.

On my iPhone 5 (since activating with iTunes Match), I CAN NOT see all my music. There are artists that I can not see, nor their songs. BUT I can see them on the iPad3 and on iTunes on my PC.

NOTHING. Tunes and artists are still NOT SHOWING on my iPhone5\
BUYING another copy makes it available on te iPhone, but at double the price
However, some show as PURCHASED, so I can't get another copy on the iPhone
There are MAJOR PROBLEMS with iTUNES MATCH!
This problems is ONLY on the iPhone 5

It might take a while (30 minutes or more) for the initial sync to finish.
When it finishes, here's how to see all you desktop bookmarks:
# Press the "Search" button on your Android phone, or tap in the Firefox address bar.
# Press the "Bookmarks" button (with a star icon).
# Tap the "Desktop Bookmarks" folder.
