My contacts keep being automatically deleted from my iPhone5. How do I stop this from happening?

yesterday i noticed my contacts were deleted after i took a phone call. i tried to manually re-add but they keep getting automatically deleted after a couple minutes. i restarted, resetted the device to no avail. i even restored from icloud and within an hour most of my contacts were deleted again. please help. i am beginning to get very frustrated.

On your iOS devices, go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Sync (in the Calendars section) and set this to All Events.
Not sure about your Mac. Try going to icloud.com, opening your calendar, clicking on the gear icon on the lower left and choose preferences, then on the Advanced tab make sure you haven't checked Hide Events next to Old Events.

I guess he/she open Notes in Gmail settings. This archives (one way sync) notes in gmail account under notes label that is invisible if you are using the standard gmail setup on your iPhone. You can see it on desktop browser, Safari or gmail app in iDevice. Am I wrong?

Do you have separate apple Ids? If not, set up a new Id for one of you. Ios 6 uses the apple Id to send messages across devices, that may be the issue you are having.

Basically what has happened my password was disabled for "security reasons" on sunday (21/10/12), so i tried to reset it, but for some reason i couldnt get into my old email (probably because i havent used it for 2 years), so i read on here i could swap it to a new email that i currently use (which is what i have done) ive swapped everythin over to it (facetime, iCloud etc) but keeps coming up with old email and asking for password

This is true of course, but doesn't cover the situation where some files are in the iTunes Media folder and others are on an external drive. In my case I keep my music in the Media folder and all my films on an external drive (there are too many to have on the internal drive). In iTunes 11, and before, it was easy to add those external files by holding down the alt/opt key while dragging to the sidebar. In iTunes 12 this is no longer possible. There are several workarounds: use TuneSpan to move the file after it's been added; delete the file from the Media folder and empty the trash then use iTunes Get Info which will report the file is missing and allow you to locate it; constantly switch the Add to iTunes toggle on and off as required. All of these require a lot more work than just holding down the alt/opt key while adding.

This post has already been answered. Why are you plugging your own site with an answer that has already been given? Not to mention that the information you are handing out is incorrect. There is no bug, there is no patch, and no one needs to delete any email addresses. If you take the time to read the posts with the correct answers, you will see that the solution is totally different than the erroneous one you have posted.

I would strongly advise you not to let it sit in the Inbox.
When you see this happening, try right-click on the affected folder, select '''Properties''' then '''Repair Folder'''.
Large folders (actually, a folder in Thunderbird is stored as a file, so it is sensitive to file size limits set by the underlying file system) can be problematic. This is one reason not to let messages collect in one folder. I use Thunderbird's Archive folders so that accumulated mails over several years can happily coexist because they are effectively stored in many small folders. No single mail store folder then exceeds the 2GB or 4GB sizes that have been known to stress the OS. Archives are searchable, and a Saved Search folder can give you a virtual composite folder allowing access to the entire Archive.

However, I DID discover yesterday that if I press COMMAND-T (the command to Free Transform an image) I can then move the image where I want in the window. On the device that you don't want the apps to be downloaded on, go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Automatic Downloads. Once you turn that off, your problem will be fixed.

The way I sync mine is to have an 'master' folder on my computer, and underneath it I have separate folders for the photos that I want to sync to the iPad - I then select the master folder in iTunes and the folders underneath it are synced to the iPad, each getting their own album.
