My contacts mix with other iPhone.

Last year I had synced my Uncle's iPhone into my computer and the Contacts were saved on to the Address Book. This year i connected my iPhone to add some music from iTunes but the automatic sync had been on and it synced all the contacts on to my iPhone. The problem is that when me or my uncle add/delete/rename/whatever a contact it happens into both phones. For example, i saved my cousins number as 'Cousin (name)' and when i checked again it had been changed to 'Name (Brother-in-Law's Son)' because of what my uncle saved it as.
Can someone help please?

Syncing contacts with both iPhones is being done with iTunes on your computer?
If no, the only way contacts can be synced between the two iPhones is by accessing an email account on both that supports syncing contacts over the air such as with an Apple iCloud account.

Problem:
I tried to synchronized my iMac contact list with my iPhone
- and my calendar from my iPhone with my calendar on my iMac
However both apps mentioned above don't change their content.
Setting by iTunes: - Option: automatic synchronied, if iPhone is connected
What I did:
1.     connecting iPhone via USB with my iMac
         iTunes started
          synchronized
          I checked my contact list on my iPhone - no changes at all
          (no changes regarding new groups and deleted one as well as no changes with the added and deleted addresses)
          I checkt my calendar on my iMac also no changes - the additional appointments didn't show
2.     tried to synchronied three or four times
         used a different USB
         started the iMac new
3.      also synchronied over WLAN
=>     always the same result.
The last time I synchronized my iMac with my iPhone without problems was before I installed Maverick on my iMac.
I am now at the end of my wits
and the last two times I god so much friendly and helpful advice
so I hope someone might have an idea, what might be wrong
BTW
I did some checks on my hard-drive with mac own software regarding the access rights
It showed always problems with the iTunes access rights and even if I did repair it
and check then, the same problems were/are still there
BUT this problem was always there and despite of it, the synchronization worked always fine
so my guess the problem might be caused due my upgrade to Maverick

I solved my question
If someone has the same problem.
The syncronisation is only possible over iCloud.
You need an active iCloud account for your mac and your iPhone.
In Settings on your iPhone you can choose which app you want to syncronise.
then you can syncronise your choosen apps over iTunes.

Album artwork mixed with other artwork

my album artwork has been mixed with other album artwork of songs that I have removed off my phone. the mixed up artwork is only in the purchased songs. any suggestions on how to fix this? I am not looking to download apps or jailbreak my phone to fix this problem.

I have the same problem and this is how I get it to work.
Although the artwork in iTunes seems correct, you still need to check individual Artwork on each Album. (The new iTunes seems to mass them up.)
Go to iTunes Music and right click "get info -> artwork" on each of your song.
Make sure the artwork shows up.
In my case, some of the artwork is missing and some of them looks strange. Reset any artwork that is missing.
Uncheck the music sync so the existing music in your ipod is removed.
Before resync, go to your ipod to make sure all the music files are actually removed.
Resync.

I updated itunes, shut the phone off and on, it still didn't give me blue bubbles. Kept following the suggestions on the page ... I didn't know there was an IMessaging switch, but, shoot, it was OFF. Anyway, I toggled it on and now the text bubbles are blue again.

Thanks for the question. For Privacy, you must be the original owner of the calendar to share with others. Because you are simply subscribed to the calendar, you do not see the option for sharing. To resolve your issue, have the owner of the calendar “share” it with the recipient, or have the recipient subscribe to the calendar just as you have done (if you have access to the public subscription link).

I have this problem too, but it is intermittent. Sometimes the lock/unlock volume will drop to barely-audible, even though in settings the volume slider hasn't changed. If I then move the volume slider, it fixes the problem and the lock sounds jump back to normal, but then later on the problem will happen again.

Found out I was using Outlook 2000. Syncing won't work unless you use Outlook 2003 or higher. I got around this by going into Outlook contacts and did the following steps under the file tab I:
1-Export to file
2-Comma Separated Values (Windows)
3-Named file
4-Saved file to desktop
Then I copied the contacts file to mobile thumb and imported them to Windows Address on another computer. From there I synced with my IPhone.
I found out Windows Address mirrors anything under Outlook. Because my Outlook is old and in the wrong format using my Windows Address will do the same thing thus I needed to copy info to another computer in order to use Windows Address. I will upgrade Outlook and see how that works but for now I have a temporary fix to problem.

You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option which is revealed in the iTunes app on your iOS device by tapping the more button at the bottom of the screen.
Alternatively enable settings > videos > show all videos.

The two devices are using the same iCloud ID, hence they are syncing the contacts, as the system is designed to do.
BTY, I'm not sure what your intention was to install the Find My iPhone app, but if you are trying to start that service, the app won't help. It is intended to locate OTHER devices. To start the Find My iPhone service, you do it via the settings.
