My contacts sync on my iPhone and iPad but my calendars don't m?..

My contacts sync with my iPhone and iPad I cannot get my calendars to sync??

I don't know how you have your sync set up configured but ....
Connect your iPad to the PC and launch iTunes if it doesn't start on it's own.
If you auto sync, let the sync process complete but do not disconnect the iPad when it's done syncing.
Click on your iPad name on the left sidebar under the Devices heading
Click on the Info Tab at the top on the right side of the iTunes window
Click on Sync ... Calendars.
Click on All Calendars or choose the ones that you want to sync.
Click Apply in the lower right corner of the iTunes Window.
This article should provide more insight on some other possibilites as well.

  • ITunes 11 won't sync with my iPhone and iPad, but will with my iPod!

Why won't my iPhone 4S and iPad 2 sync with iTunes 11? My iPod Classic syncs fine, but iTunes 11 does not even recognize my iPhone 4S and iPad 2. Both are visible in My Computer so I know it's not a USB or connection problem.

Just guessing here as I don't have an Iphone or Ipad.
Try to enable Show Side Bar (Menu Bar - View - Click Show Side Bar) (Keyboard Short Cut Ctrl + S)
Can you see them now ?
Edit: // Some suggestions you can try from other discussions
verified that all the itunes services are running
apple mobile device, bonjour service &  ipod service?
Finally tried to update driver and it said I had the latest driver for Windows 7. I then disabled it, hard reset on iPad (original iPad) and when it was back on it installed the driver on my computer. Enabled driver and GLORY! It finally works normal.

  • How can I sync email on iPhone and iPad but NOT PC laptop?

It's a COX POP email and I keep more on my laptop and  in folders than I want on my phone or iPad.

POP mail is not synced. POP mail is picked up individually by each email client. If you want to pick up less on one device than the other, set the one device you want to master the account with to delete mail from the server after you pick it up. That way, it would not be available to the other mail clients. Otherwise, you would need to delete whatever mail you do not want on the individual devices. You can also keep in on whatever devices you want and it will not affect the other devices.

  • Contacts sync on iphone and ipad but not on Macbook

Hi guys, maybe someone can help me out wit this this problem.
I have the iPhone 4s, Ipad3 and a PC, iCloud was working operfectly bewteen all devices. I recentlky bought the new Macbook air and when I turned iCloud on all my contacts cam in automaticaly.
My surprise came later when I realized that not all contacts where in my Mac. I checked my iPhone and Ipad and all where there. I then checked iCloud.com and not all my contacts where there. So this is very strange. I cloud transferred the contacs bewteen my iphone and Ipad but not into iCloud.com and to my Mac.
I did a test with one of the contacts and deleted and create it again and then this was transferred to iCloud and to my Mac, but I really do not want to do this with all my contacts.
Anyone can help me out with this???
    Thanks,
    Michel

  • How can I delete apps in iTunes and have that sync to my iPhone and iPad?

How can I delete apps in iTunes and have that sync to my iPhone and iPad? I don't want to delete 3 separate times for each item. I just carefully chose 30-35 apps to get rid of via iTunes, hoping it would sync to my devices, only to find I have to repeat the process on my iPad, take notes, then repeat it on my iPhone. It wasn't always so tedious was it?
Here's the "Help" I got from Apple. They even quoted my question back to me then proceeded to answer with something very different and completely missing the point.
I understand that you would like to delete the Apps. I know how eager you are to get the required information and I will be happy to assist you.
You can remove individual songs, audiobooks, and videos from your iPod, iPhone, or iPad. Removing an item from your device doesn't delete it from your iTunes library.
To remove items from a device other than an iPod shuffle, first make sure that iTunes is set up to manually manage items.
    1. Connect your iPod, iPhone, or iPad to your computer.
    2. When the iPod, iPhone, or iPad icon appears in iTunes, select it.
    3. Unless your device is an iPod shuffle, click the Summary tab and make sure "Manually manage music and videos" or "Manually manage music" is selected.
    4. If the disclosure triangle to the left of your iPod, iPhone, or iPad (below Devices) is closed, click the triangle so that you can see the device's contents.
    5. Select the item you want to delete and press the Delete key.
This was not helpful in any way and I am still unable to delete apps on my devices in a global, iTunes based way. Each device still requires its own independent process.

Match was off.  I made all of the changes and then went through the "Turn on iTunes Match" option.  I now have deleted some tracks, edited the Metadata in CDDA, and then added it back.  This worked fine, but it is not a good solution.
I just tried making some edits and use the "Update iTunes Match" and that seemed to work.  It looks like the real answer is that Match must be up and operational, then you can make changes and run the Update to incorporate the changes.  However, if Match has a problem then Signing Out and back in to your store account and going through the process of Turning On Match (were you get the questions, "Add this Computer to Match" will overwrite any changes.
Since this relies on the stability of iTunes, I won't be making a lot of changes between updates.

  • How to sync iCal to iPhone and iPad and back to MacBook pro.

I understand how to sync my MacBooks calendar to both my iPhone and iPad, but I want new entries from either device to transfer back into my computer, then get copied to the other device when I hook it up. Is there any way to do this without MobileMe?

Go to your calendar on icloud.com from your computer, then add a test event on both your iPhone calendar and your iPad calendar.  Do they both appear on icloud.com?  If not, which one doesn't appear?

  • Sync Apps to iPhone and iPad?

In the case of apps that will run on both iPhone and iPad (even if they don't use the full iPad screen), will iTunes (and the app developers) allow me to run the same app on both machines, or do I have to buy each such app a second time (i.e., one license for each machine)?

app licenses are tied to the iTunes account. You can use them on as many devices as you wish so long as the device and the computer you use to sync it are authorized for your account as well.

  • Why cant my imessages sync across both iphone and ipad

why cant my imessages sync across both iphone and ipad same with face time

I looked into your question and believe I may have a solution for you.
Your iMessages likely aren't syncing because of a bug in iOS 5. Syncing iMessages between iOS devices is supposed to happen automatically, but sometimes it does not.
You could likely manually activate syncing by navigating to Setttings --> Messages --> Receive At --> Caller ID on both your iPad and iPhone and selecting your Apple ID.

You don't sync the MM calendar anymore, you subscribe to it in iCal,
    iCal>Preferences>Accounts, enter the details here.
MM should be the default calendar on all clients.

You can disable the Adobe Reader plugin in Firefox (Tools > Add-ons > Plugins) and use the external Adobe Reader application or Preview application instead.
*Firefox > Preferences > Applications > Adobe PDF document : Use Adobe Reader
