My contract has ended. Can I preorder an iPhone 6 and switch over to the $60/2GB per month single line plan?
When attempting to upgrade my phone on the website, there is no option to select the single line plan during checkout. When syncing the iPhone and iPad with iTunes on your computer that is logged in with the Apple ID you plan on using on all three, the Apple ID should be transferred to the iPhone and iPad for the iTunes & App Stores on each device. If not, you'll need to sign out of the existing Apple ID on the iPhone and iPad followed by signing in with the Apple ID you want to use on both.
Keep in mind that all 3rd party apps include DRM protection which is tied to the iTunes account or Apple ID that was used to download the apps. With an app installed on your iPad and iPhone that was downloaded with a different Apple ID from the one you will be using now, you will need to use that Apple ID and password to install app updates for those apps. Not possible to transfer apps purchased with one Apple ID to another or to merge Apple IDs. -

In order to get the trade in deal you would need to trade in the device and then you would get a Verizon Wireless gift card mailed out to you. If you pay for the devices with a credit card on pre-order the card will not be charged until the devices are shipped.

No app on the iPod is required.
- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected, on a computer browser go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up or continue to show off-line.
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have the iPod play a sound via iCloud.

Follow these steps to restore your device:

of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.

If you cannot turn off the device using the slider, press and hold the Sleep/Wake
and Home buttons at the same time. When the device turns off, release the Sleep/Wake
and Home buttons.
3. While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device.
The device should turn on. Note: If you see the screen pictured below, let the device
charge for at least ten minutes to ensure that the battery has some charge, and then
start with step 2 again.

If the device has the same Apple ID signed onto the iTunes & App Store, then you can download any apps purchased under that Apple ID to that device.
I thought you were asking about a game and game statistics being shared between two devices with two separate players. What I said about that is that if it is under the same ID, then the game is going to have the same statistics on both devices, and any updates to those would be reflected in both places. So, two different players wouldn't be able to have separeate statistics if they were playing under the same Apple ID.

i have a Iphone 4s and a ipad mini. the ipad mini recently got water damage, tried the rice trick...nothing. I have apple care plus on my iPhone, does that work on my ipad too? if so that would be great bc defintally can't afford a new one ,lol
Welcome to the boards.
First, what kind of liquid was it, and was it fully submersed? For how long? Do you see water droplets or moisture behind the screen? How long did you leave it in rice for? Etc. More data please.
And the short answer is no, apple care does not extend from your iPhone to your iPad mini. Both items require separate Apple Care plans to be covered. Furthermore, I don't think water damage is covered under Apple Care. Only manufacturing defects.
If you bought it on a Credit Card, you may be lucky enough to call them and ask them if they have a replacement program as a benefit for being a card holder. I believe AMEX has one on their Platinum cards, and worse case scenario, you can always try to file a claim with your home insurance or renters insurance (check your policy). Just beware, if you go the Insurance route in filing a claim, you might have your premium go up in the next cycle.

You can with the Personal Hotspot feature located in Settings>General>Network. This might bring additional monthly costs, so ask your carrier first. If the Personal Hotspot feature is not visibily in Settings, then it is either not enabled by your carrier or it has to be enabled by your carrier first (probably also accompanied with an additional monthly fee).
