My country is not listed for apple ID, and I have problems to download free apps from itunes?
every time I try to dowload something, im asked for country, I even tryed to set that im from US, canada, Hrvatska... but it ask me for visa, and then i try to find "none" option, but there is eny. please help! From Serbia with Love
If you have an existing ID, & you don't want to use a credit card, you'll have to redeem an iTunes gift card. If you don't want to do that, you'll have to create a new ID by following the directions here, EXACTLY:

everytime i try to download an app from itunes, or to 'view all' the apps listed, the error says; 'We could not complete your iTunes Store reuest. The network connection was reset' I used both my desktop and laptop both on Windows 7 Pro, & net is fine. please help. is there soemthing wrong with apple store temporarily?
The latest message is: 'We could not complete your iTunes Store request. The network connection was reset.'
In between, I got a messge about verifying my payment method. When I tried to submit the details, I kept getting a mmessage stating that my payment method was declined (my card is not near it's expiration date, and works fine).

what do i do when a audio book i purchased is not in purchased menu for re downloading for my account, or why cant i re download the book from iTunes store with out paying for it after support they told me i could.
i tried to re download a purchased audio book after i contacted apple support team for iTunes they said it would be ready for re download or they said id have to re download it from iTunes store i cant remember, so i tried both couldn't re download it from purchased menu and the book id have to re download from iTunes store costs money as if i have never purchased what do i do? I have bought 1 MacbookPor 17, 1 Macbook air, 1 MacbookPro 15 , 2 ipads, 3 iphones, and this iMac27 and 2 of iMAC24 or 20 not sure but I do not recall ever doing what you are telling me in your reply. When you get a extended car warranty, you don't sign up for it.. it is just there and is included in the sale. You don't buy this warranty to use it.. You buy it, in case something happens. Here a perfect iMAC with minimum 100 hour useage has a dead drive. That is not normal and I should not have to even be requesting anything since most MFG offer a 3-5 year warranty on their disc drives and I believe that is probably passed on to Apple regardless if an extended warranty is purchased or not. Customer service dictates a more flexible approach to make sure the lifetime value of a customer is not lost due to some misunderstanding.
I was in the MacStore that I purchased the unit..and they found and pulled the invoice and confirmed
the purchase of it in front of me. I had paid with credit card and fortunately it was there in their system. I do not also recall recieving any box or paper although most everything I ever get remains sealed.. I am not in the habit of opening anything since I have never encountered any serious issues before.
I have used my Macbookpro warranty 1 time and that is all throughout the years I have been investing in Apple equipment.
I just recieved a letter from the store asking me to get the paper to them so they can register it... I don't recall getting any paper actually. But I do have several boxes sealed here.. On this iMAC27, it was a hurry up and get it done thing and I don't remember taking anything extra with it. Regardless, my request does not seem unreasonable.

I have the most recent version of the Kindle app for Mac from the Mac App Store (MAS) v. 1.10.6 and it works fine. Look again in the MAS for the Kindle app, does it say Get or Open on the button?
Are you confusing Kindle for Mac with Kindle for iOS. The iOS version won't run on your Mac. -

first create apple id
fill credit card details
and complete your account creating process.
than go to app store or itune store
login your acount
click right side - account button
than again login for account setting
next go to payment information and click edit button
when u enter payment infomation
click none button in payment method and click done button.
than ur credit card has been removed.
but rs. 60 will deducted in your account when u doing this process. -

I have an apple id which I have been happily using to purchase from iTunes and it appears magically on iPad and iPhone, MacBook and partner's iPod touch. Now I have done something wrong in iCloud and my mobile me Id comes up on iPhone and iPad so I can no longer purchase using this and i can't find a way to reset What should I do? I want to be able to buy apps from iPhone and iPad from this same account and still synch with my mac book and share with my partner's iPod touch.

Please change every password you have. Posting your email addresses and Apple IDs on a public forum is insane. Hopefully a Mod will edit them out for you. -

Than I wanted to download FREE application from AppStore and I was invited to confirm my creditcard informations due the security reason. When I have done it, it automaticaly withdrawn from my creditcard 1.89 EUROS!! Today two times!!! WHY????

Not going to happen the way you want it to.
When you add a gift card balance to the Apple ID, it's available for the Apple ID.
Probably best to create unique Apple ID's for each... this will also make things easier in the future as purchases are eternally tied to the Apple ID they were purchased with. -
I'm not able to download free apps from App Store. Every time I try a message encounters me showing some billing information. That doesn't make any sense as I just need to download free app. What should I do? Please guide me someone.

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.
You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free apps without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)

How did you create the account ? Unless you followed, exactly, the instructions on the HT2534 page that you posted from when creating an account then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store.
