My cousin wants to open her iPhone 5 but she can't remember her password and she didn't sync it to a computer or have an icloud account, what do i do? she doesn't want to lose everything in her phone

My cousin wants to open her phone 5s but she cannot remember her password and she doesn't want to lose everything on it. She didn't sync it to any computers or have an icloud account. What should I do?

If she cannot remember the passcode, then she has to restore the device. If she did not backup the phone before this, she will lose all of her content. The only chance would have been if she had synced to a computer, but you say she did not.
