My CPU usage only goes to 90% when I go on Facebook,no other site,how do I fix this problem

Using Win,XP,this problem just recently started within a couple of months. I didn't change anything.
I can be on other sites, no problems, as soon as I go on Facebook,within 3 minutes my fans come on
and my task mngr. says my usage goes to 75 to 100%.
I've also gotten a lot of "Unresponsive script" warnings as of late...never had that before either.

Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox (you need to close and restart Firefox).

I listen to my iPod Classic at work and it kept cutting off today out of nowhere and this hasn't happened before. I have it in my pocket so I have the HOLD button in the lock position so the wheel won't get pressed while in my pocket. I figured it died on me but I had just charged it last night so I took it out and unlocked the HOLD button. Well, the music immediately came back on. It happened a few more times and i figured maybe it was the song or something so I changed albums and it kept happening. I'm having a hard time finding an answer to this too. This is what is going on. Sometimes the iPod (iPod Classic 160GB) does not "like" the songs I've downloaded from cds. Sometimes it does. I think it always plays whatever songs I've purchased on iTunes though. The other day I synced it to add two new cds and somehow the iPod was wiped clean--no songs, no pictures, nothing. I did a reset and the songs came back but now these problems:
1. The song will play for a few seconds then it either skips to the next song.
2. The song won't play, just skips to the next song.
3. Everything just stops, the iPod is still 'on' but won't play anything.
4. Right now it's playing an Aimee Mann album that I downloaded but it wouldn't play the Joni Mitchell album just before. Is the iPod making a comment on my taste in music?
Flipping the lock back and forth helps sometimes, but not always.

Thank You Eric, I contacted Cisco, they have nothing for Maverick OS.. too new for them.. It still works fine but I can't access my router settings If needed if I needed to view my settings, to change a password or add more guest access. Right now if I had to do something, They said they would have to make the changes locally through their website and there would be a fee because I'm out of warranty.. Since I'm able to still connect since upgrading to Maverick, I assumed Apple included a patch or something in the Maverick upgrade..

Referring to your previous message when you said you'd converted via Acrobat and not Acrobat.com, I'm converting via Acrobat.com because that's the only option that is shown (how do I convert via Acrobat? - perhaps that would be more successful). I'm using the Export PDF website, and the OCR is enabled to "Recognize text in English UK". However, I've just tried converting a different LPA pdf form, this time for Health & Welfare https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/245571/LPA114_He alth_welfare_LPA.pdf and again I have the same problem as before. I've altered it from "Read only" and thought I'd then be able to enter text, but "Drawing Tools" is shown in the pane and I'm unable to enter anything onto the form - everything appears to be in images. Also, the lettering on the heading of' page 1 has become jumbled, with the word "Public" overlaying the word "Guardian." Any suggestions as to what it is I'm doing wrong would be welcome - I don't like to be beaten!

in SDIXML_DATA_TO_DOM you can only pass the name of root node, so you can not assign attribute xmlns to root node (<Data xmlns="ServiceNet">) ... unless you build the xml document from scratch (without SDIXML_DATA_TO_DOM)

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:

First and foremost, I have to remind you that the version of Firefox you are using at the moment has been discontinued and is no longer supported. On top of this, it has known unpatched bugs and security problems. I urge you to update to the latest version of Firefox, for maximum security, stability, performance and usability. You can get it for free, as always, at [http://www.getfirefox.com getfirefox.com].
In any case, and since you seem to be in the process of updating (you should have done so a while ago, since Firefox 2.0 has been discontinued years ago, I believe), your problems may exist because you may be having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?
Whenever you have a problem with Firefox, whatever it is, you should make sure it's not caused by one (or more than one) of your installed add-ons, be it an extension, a theme or a plugin. To do that easily and cleanly, run Firefox in [http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode safe mode] (don't forget to select ''Disable all add-ons'' when you start safe mode). If the problem disappears, you know it's from an add-on. Disable them all in normal mode, and enable them one at a time until you find the source of the problem. Make a temporary, backup copy of your library if you don't already have one (Control-click on the library and select Duplicate from the contextual menu) and apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Select the options identified in the screenshot.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
Click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.
