My creative cloud app comes up with a white screen when I open it

when i open my creative cloud app it goes straight to a white screen. i am trying to use photoshop but it doesnt do anything in the app. any suggestions?

If you have AppleCare and/or iPod Nano is still under warranty, give them a call. If not, take the computer to your local Apple Store or AASP. The staff will tell you what is wrong w/it and let you know if it can be fixed after it is examined.

Help! when i turn on my mac while holding down the option key to swith from windows to mac (i have just installed windows via bootcamp) it comes up with a white screen with a grey padlock asking for a password.

That's the EFI password. If you don't know the password, the only thing you can do to turn it off is to take the Mac to an Apple Store.
If you know the password, follow these steps to turn your EFI password off:
1. Press Command and R keys while your Mac is starting to start into OS X Utilities.
2. Go to Utilities menu > Firmware Password Utility, turn it off and restart your Mac

When I import mp4s only the audio comes through with a white screen?!

I have snow lepard, macbook pro (its 7 yrs old but has intel) and have all the updates! I dont know what to do!! Maybe Im missing a script somewhere or something?

As Karsten Schlüter, says MPEG Streamclip is a great way to make sure the video is as compatible as possible. You can also try downloading to multimedia helpers like DivX (in the case of some Xvid/Divx MP4 formats). I have a Flip mino video camera that requires DivX to be installed to play them back. And once I installed it the videos would be editable in iMovie '11. Something to try.

Windows 7 reinstall and Creative Cloud app downloads

I recent had a custom computer built for Photoshop and Premiere Pro. I purchased Creative Cloud and had downloaded Photoshop CS6, Lightroom 4, Premiere Pro CS6 and AfterEffects. Over this weekend, Windows 7 Professional began to fail and now it has to be reinstalled on the Boot Drive - erasing all programs already on that drive, including the four Creative Cloud apps I downloaded.
My question is: When the new Windows reinstall reformats the C: Drive and wipes it clean, can I re-download the Creative Cloud apps to the same computer without it registering as another download destination? Creative Cloud lets be put the apps on two computers, but this will be the same as the original. How do I get it to register so that I don't use up the second destination?

Yeah, that should work okay. If for some reason you attempt to activate on too many computers it gives you an option to "De-activate All". That may not even be required here.

If you have an Apple Store near you, take it there and have them check it. If you don't, I would send it in for service.

Replaced iPhone5 and my photos haven't downloaded properly, they come up as a white screen with a loading icon. Been like this for 1 month now.

My iPhone 5 was backed up on iCloud, when I got a replacement and went to back it up it seems to have left out my photos. When I try to look at my old photos they come up with a white screen and a loading icon. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Call Apple and asked to be transferred to "Customer Relations." Explain everything to them and the will take care of you. Make sure you have all your documents and case numbers when you call.
