My Creative Cloud is blank? What couses this?

So i cant download and update att all....

I get this same issue from time to time. At one point the only fix was to reinstall.  I am keen for a solution also

  • Creative Cloud is blank - I can't use it!

    I've just got my laptop back(windows 8.1 operating system) after repairs and the creative cloud desktop app that was on there now isn't, so no problem; i go to download it but when it's finished downloading and it opens i am confronted by a blank screen on the desktop app, meaning i cannot download any program trials etc. which i desperately need for school. I have looked at many of the forum pages and tried out their suggestions but none of them have worked at all. I don't believe the problem to be anything to do with the repairs because many other people have had exactly the same problem i have where no solutions have worked. This problem seems to be a regular one this month so it would be best if I and others could get the answers we need.

  • Creative cloud update fails on mac OSx. New installation is not possible, even after deinstalling creative cloud desktop. What can I do?

    first, close your cc desktop app.
    then, rename the opm.db file by:

    If your machine does not meet the tech specs for an application, the application will not be listed/offered in the manager.  In this case Premiere Pro CC is a 64-bit application and your machine is 32-bit.

    You can try the steps:
    For Mac
    Go to Applications-->Utilities-->Adobe Installers.
    Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud.
    ** If it says application is running in the background then open Activity Monitor and close the process of Creative cloud.
    Once the creative cloud is uninstalled then follow the below mentioned steps:
    Please go to Library
        1. Click on Finder then Click on Go and Go to folder
        2. Type /Library and click on Go
        3. Go to Application Support and Adobe and then delete OOBE folder.
        4. Redo Step 1
        5. Type ~/Library and click on Go
        6. Go to Application Support and Adobe and then delete OOBE folder.
        7. Go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud?promoid=KLYVF
    Download Adobe Creative cloud, Install it.
    If the above steps do not work. Try enabling root user account and then try to open Adobe Creative cloud.

    This morning when I tried to open my CC2014 Photoshop, it started to open, then quit suddenly. Same with Dreamweaver and InDesign. I am a professional and do not have the time to screw around with this. When I tried to run CC app, I get an error that says "Adobe creative cloud is needed to resolve this problem.     what type of Mac?
    how much free space on your boot drive?
