My creative cloud one year membership is not recongnized: All softwares are in trail version!
Recently my imac died, the hard drive somehow failed and never worked again, so I changed the hard drive completely. So when I reinstalled all my softwares, I download the creative cloud desktop app and started downloading the softwares and then noticed that everything was in TRIAL VERSION, I revise that my membership was not finished, and it was not, it ends in july but my creative cloud one year membership is not recongnized, even that I am logged in. PLEASE HELP
I place the solution for the community since it took me almost 25 days to get it resolved, I really hope that this will be able to save you some time:
My case> I logged in perfectly in my CC desktop app, the softwares recognize my account but not the one year suscription, so I was allways on trial version. This work for me>
I had a chat conversation where a really nice Adobe helper that made me change my /etc/host file, and change it's content to something I would never understand, this:
### Host Database## localhost is used to configure the loopback interface# when the system is booting. Do not change this entry.##127.0.0.1 localhost255.255.255.255 broadcasthost::1 localhost fe80::1%lo0 localhost127.0.0.1
And also erase all the files in the Library/adobe/SLStore folder .
That worked for me! hope that this will make your day a brigther one

I too am having this problem. I believe I have verified the licence, but still keep getting the same error message:
I've also been locked out of Acrobat, as described by the last user.
I have the CS6 Cloud subscription and am running Windows 7 professional.

After using the trial version of Photoshop CS6, I decided to purchase the one-year Photoshop cloud version.
I was told by a friend to do a "clean" download, so removed the "previous version".
Now when I click the "download" tab, nothing happens.
Can you help?Please download/install CC desktop : https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and try downloading Photoshop. If still the same issue then as suggested by Mylenium run the cleaner tool and try downloading again.

If i purchase the "Creative Cloud single-app membership for InDesign (one-year)" package, will i be able to create unlimited ipad apps using the application or only one?
If you're referring to the Digital Publishing Suite, Single Edition benefit for Creative Cloud members, I believe that only applies to an entire Creative Cloud subscription (all apps), not a single app.

I would love to renew my payment since I couldn't pay for September due to insufficient funds in my band account. How do I renew my payment?
What MAY work is to go to the credit card page and do an update of your card information... even if it is the same information, that MAY trigger a payment

Hi, my current plans and products include Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year) and Creative Cloud single-app membership for Photoshop (one-year), I only use photoshop occasionally and for very basic things, are these two plans required for basic photoshop use or am I able to go with one or the other ?
PS is part of the photography plan, so your single app plan is redundant.
