My Creative Cloud Student and Teacher account was suspended but I was still charged

Hi,
I had a  Creative Student and Teacher subscription while I was employed by a school.
In November 2013 I was asked to submit a proof of eligibility.
The email said:
Note: In order for Adobe to fulfill your order, academic verification is required.
You credit cards will not be charged until your academic eligibility is approved.
I have finished my work with the school by that time. Therefore I could not provide any proof. I stopped using the product. However, my card was charged for December, January and February in the following transactions:
02/03/14 $22.98
01/02/14 $22.98
12/02/13 $22.98
Since these transactions were not consistent with the email I quoted above I was wondering if this issue could be resolved and I can get reimbursement for these stransactions.

  • Submitting academic proof for Adobe Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition

    I was contacted to validate my academic status for a Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition I purchased via adobe.com on May 14, 2014. The Education FAQ page (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing /education-faq.html) states:
    "Submit your proof of eligibility when you place your order. If you have a pending order, go to My Orders in your Adobe account, and click Submit Proof."
    However, when I go to My Orders page, there is no link saying "Submit Proof". I do have my proof readily available, but I am not sure how else I can submit it.
    I was told my subscription would be canceled in if I could not prove my academic status within 14 days (it was sent on July 2nd), and am still awaiting a response from Adobe Customer Support. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Help with Download error in Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition

    I have been paying for the Creative Cloud Student and teacher editions of the Adobe suite. I have two laptops. The cloud application installed fine in both, but I could not download the apps into my preferred machine, receiving a "Download Error" for my pains. The other laptop, with its small memory size, was not suitable for the programs and has recently crashed and passed on! So now I'm still left with half of my year's commitment to go and have still not been able to benefit from the programs. i have tried every which way to get them on my main computer, taking advice from the net but to no avail. This is all I get:

    Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
    If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

    Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

  • Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Limitations

    Hello,
    After trying to figure out the differences between CC Student/Teacher and the regular paid license I thought it would be helpful to document what I have learned so that other people would not have to go through customer service (which I had a pretty painful experience).
    Anyways what I found out was that as a CC Student/Teacher you don't have access to assets in the Creative Cloud Desktop Market. Also you are limited to using free fonts from Typekit and lastly you are given 2GB of free storage (as opposed to 20GB of storage as a paid $9.99/month member). It seems like while the CC Student and Teacher license gives you access to the applications it is limited in terms of actual Creative Cloud features.
    If anyone else has more information regarding the differences or limitations of Creative Cloud Student and Teacher please feel free to add below!

    Ah I don't think I clarified my post exactly. I am talking about Student and Teacher licenses that are provided through Institutional contracts. Not the one that Students and Teachers can buy. I now realize that the license that I currently have is named the same as something that one can purchase. I think there is a bit of branding/naming issue.

    I received a redemption code for Adobe Creative Cloud for ETLA from my school and signed up with the redemption code but now it is saying that I  only have Online Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition (one-year). What can I do to change it to the Adobe Creative Cloud for ETLA that I need for my college courses.

    I do not understand your issue, ETLA is just a educational form of CC, you have redeemed CC using redemption code on Jan 20, 2015, it valid for an year.
    Are you talking about how to use it offline as desktop app, then you can use the CC without internet for up-to 90 days, you need to log in once in 90 days to keep the CC active.

    What means something like:
    "Question: Can pupils/students or teachers continue using the Student and Teacher Editions after graduation or after leaving?
    Answer: Yes. Any eligible person can use Adobe Student and Teacher Edition. The Adobe Creative Cloud can be used for the duration of the subscription."

    You cannot purchase older versions of Adobe software thru Adobe.  If you have a full subscription you can acquire the CS6 version  thru that.  I have had CS6 running on a Vista system for years without problems.

    If you have access to Lightroom 5 via your Creative Cloud membership, then you have access to Lightroom mobile.

    The license allows YOU to install on a 2nd computer... it does not allow someone else to use your license
