My Creative Suite Won't Work!!!

I have CS3 for an ad agency that only takes that version EPS...anyways, I have been using it for 2 months while working here and now it's suddenly not working. I try to open it up, a blank POP UP box arrives and the whole menu bar is greyed out with no active links accept "hide illustrator" or "hide photohop". Thats it. I have a ton of ads to do and LIVE CHAT can't help because Adobe does not support CS3 anymore. ;( PLEASE HELP! I have a new MAC.

If you have a higher version of Illustrator you can save back to older version format. Screen shot of Save options in Save as dialog.

Why won't my creative suite work anymore since I have upgraded my Mac system? I used it all the time. I cannot afford to buy more softward. I am a Senior and also a teacher. How can I use my Photoshop CS. It won't even open or give me a message.

You have not provided any relevant technical info. Beyond that Adobe can't fix what Apple don't provide - the last version of OSX providing PPC emulation stuff is officially 10.6.8 and an existing Rosetta install will be retained up to 10.7.5, but any version after that will not be able to support this workflow. They work just fine. whatever issues you have are specific, but without proper system info, browser info and other details nobody can even begin to guess.

All is right with my subscription. I just install the suite one time on my old mac.

Was the FCS on your old machine an upgrade? You will need to enter your original, full version serial first, and then you will be prompted for the upgrade serial number.

You have a few options: restore back to Snow Leopard from the backup you made before you installed Lion; upgrade to Office for Mac 2011; install Pages from the Mac App Store; use TextEdit; install one of the many open source Office replacements that can found.

Creative suite 4 not working

Hi, my name is Yehudis Kleiman. I am having trouble with my Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium. I've been having trouble with it ever since I got the programs. I was on the phone many times with adobe and nothing was ever fully solved. I though in the beginning that the problem was coming from my graphics card so I went out and bought a new one (which Adobe told me which ones were supported by) The graphics card is a GeForce GTX260 Core 216 896MB. Once I got this card things got a little better for a short while. Now my photoshop just tells me all the time NOT RESPONDING....... It takes a really long time for it to do anything and it shuts off on me a lot. Illustrator doesn't always open up for me, and when if does open it gives me problems. I also should mention I tried my programs on another computer to see if It was my computer that was causing trouble and no It didn't work either on the other computer. I really need my programs I am a trying to be a graphic artist and I am loosing out on money from all the problems here.
My customer id# is 196302032. and my case No. from last call is 204622736.
I think that this is crazy and if it is not resolved soon I think Adobe should send me a free upgrade of CS5.

You put nothing in here for anybody to help you with anyways.
What operating system? 32 bit or 64 bit?
How much RAM?
How much hard drive space remaining?
Go to the Nvidia website and update the video card drivers from there?
What does Windows event viewer say about errors? You need to post the errors here for people to look at.

Photoshop on creative suite 2 not working

I have creative suite 2 and everything is working fine except photoshop. When i click on photoshop icon, a questionmark appeared on the icon and would not open. Is there any plug in missing, can that be fixed? i still have the software do i have install the whole package (4 installer discs) or a particular one?

I think i found the problem. i went to every single folder on creative suite. each folder has own app file which meant that indesign folder has indesign.app while photoshop has indesign.app instead of photoshop cs2 app. i think those files are mixed up and can that be fixed? i add screen shot.

My Creative player won't work on my somewhat new Gateway

I bought a brand new all in one gateway in Jan and my Creative player has never worked on it. It wasn't too big a deal because it worked great with my laptop but now my laptop is dying. The gateway won't recognize it. Both the gateway and laptop are running Windows 7. is anyone else having this problem? Thanks in advance.

Why has my CS2 Creative Suite suddenly not working?

I have been using my Adobe Creative Suite CS2 on this computer for a couple of years now, but I recently got a message stating a serious error had occurred and I would need to reinstall. I have tried to reinstall twice, but still get the same message. Why can't I reinstall this program?

I do not remember there being an uninstaller for CS2, just toss into trash. You can try the cleaner app:

and then re-installing. I think CS 2 did not have universal applications nor universal installers. There have been many complaints about CS 2 installers on modern Mac OS computers. The installers and applications were not designed with Snow Leopard in mind. You might have to switch to an older OS, install CS2, then update to Snow Leopard again.
If you want to try something less drastic, you could try to Archive and Install Snow Leopard, but don't hold up much hope for that.
Of course you could update to the Creative Cloud.

Creative Suite won't install Illustrator

I had a registered copy of Illustrator CS4 on my Mac and deactivated and then uninstalled it because I wanted to install Creative Suite CS4. When I uninstalled Illustrator I specified that preference files and the serial number should go away. I assume that Creative Suite would install a new version of Illustrator and that the serial number of Illustrator would be that of Creative Suite.
I also had InDesign CS3 on my Mac and also deactivated and uninstalled it.
So when I tried installing Creative Suite CS4 Design Premium, the installer dialog showed all apps it would install but Illustrator was grayed out. I went ahead and installed the Suite. Installation required that I register it with the Suite's serial number. When installed, I dug out my old Illustrator CS4 disk and installed that. To my surprise, it did not ask for a serial number. When Illustrator came up the initial dialog box listed all of my recent files--telling me that my previous uninstall was not complete.
My preference is to uninstall and not use the standalone version of Illustrator CS4. I want all software to come from the Suite and share its registration serial number.
My questions are, how can I totally delete it off my system and force the Suite installer to install its copy of Illustrator? And do I even need to worry about this as maybe the Suite has overtaken the standalone Illustrator and given it the Suite's serial number. (I can try to uninstall Illustrator again but despite being loaded as a standalone copy, I get a dialog about uninstalling the whole Suite.)
Any suggestions?

Thanks, guys. Yes, the problem was an incomplete uninstallation. Although I used the application's deactivate and uninstall, the Utilities > Adobe > Installers folder still had uninstallers available that cleaned up everything, including sending the app folder to the trash. I had manually trashed the app folders previously.
When I ran the Cleanup app, it didn't find anything for CS4. After restarting, I began installing Creative Suite and there was Illustrator CS4, available for installation. FInally!!!

Adobe CS 6 creative suite suddently stopt working.

I have bought a Adobe CS6 creative mastersuite in april 2013 and activated the suite with the serial I got with the DVD's, it worked nice all the time till on a couple of days ago telling me that the serial number was invalid.
I have tried in several ways to activate the suite again but that was impossible so I dont know what to do now. Who can help me. I am from the Netherlands and Adobe brings me to this side to get help.

Stupid Creative MP3 won't work

Like 6 months after I got my Creative MuVo Tx SE, it just stopped working! When I turn it on it says "no music", but when i insert it into the computer it shows no problems and seems to be full of music. I can't afford to throw $00 bucks down the drain, funds are really tight as it is. Can anyone help?

it won't even let me delete/remove files, and customer service has been totally useless. I'm telling everyone i know to steer clear of anything Creative!

All Adobe Creative Suite suddenly stop working

One day, I had Illustrator CS, Acrobat CS and Photoshop CS open and then suddenly, when I dragged a file onto PS, it said 'cannot open - program error' or something like that. So I tried a different file and it said the same thing.
I quit Photoshop and tried reloading it, and it started bobbing up and down and then stopped. Ie it quit after 1s of loading. I restarted the computer, thinking that might solve it. Now every Adobe application quits after 1s.
I’ve deleted the whole suite and erased trash, etc and then I've reinstalled it, from fresh but it still does the same thing.
I’ve tried trashing the preferences. I’ve used Font Finagler to delete corrupted font caches and any other ‘AdobeFnt.lst’ files, etc. No luck.
I can't think of absolutely anything left to try.
All the programs quit almost immediately. When I try to load them after trashing all the preferences, they do not have time to put in the new default preference files. Also, before it all went wrong, Photoshop complained that it couldn't open a file because of a program error.

I think you can get more help at http://www.adobe.com/support/forums/main.html than you get here, but let me have a stab at it here anyhow:
Have you created a new user, and tried running Adobe with that user? If that works, there is something wrong with your current user.
Check ~/Library/Caches/Adobe . My guess (I have not tried this myself) is that you can trash anything there, and then retry.
Check ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe . If you trash those things you may have to reinstall CS, but if you're lucky it is recreated automatically, when you try to restart CS.
Check /Library/Application Support/Adobe . It is very unlikely that anything there should be corrupted, as CS worked before, but it is not impossible. If you try to uninstall CS manually for a reinstall, you should probably delete these files as well.
