My Credit card was charged twice when I bought the new iMac.
I ordered the new iMac, and I was charged 1400 twice on my credit card. What am I supposed to do about this?
I have had the same problem today. Bought a new iMac and iPad Mini on 11/02/2014 and it came to just over £1300. Today (13/02/2014) I checked my online banking to find that I had somehow gone £941 overdrawn. Looking at my bank statement, Apple had charged me ANOTHER £1300 again today! I will be charged hundreds of pounds for going so far overdrawn.
Will be visitng the store tomorrow to bring **** upon whoever I talk to first. Expecting them to refund the £1300 taken from my account for the second time, pay for the fine for going overdrawn and I will also be pushing for some sort of freebie for the grief this has caused me.
It meant that today I could not pay for parking after I left uni which made me over an hour late for work, making my manager angry and loosing me out on an hours pay.
Not a happy customer.

Have you downloaded any apps on an iPad/iPhone for kids? If so you may have in-app purchases enabled for free games or similar, and they've racked up charges for you. -

I have tried to contact bellshare but still no answer.
I have previously bought bebuzz 4 on mobihand and since i cannot pay an updrade I bought bebuzz 5 from app world.
When i clicked purchase i got this error "There is a problem with your credit card authorization. Please try again or visit blackberry.com/appworld/support for more information. (Error ID: 10000)"
But 2.99$ were charged on my credit card. My bank cannot cancel the order unless them a cancellation email was sent from the buyer.
Can you please help me with this issue?

I just renewed my unlimited world subscription. But for some reason, Skype subscribed me twice, meaning my one account has two same subscriptions, and my credit card was charged twice. Would you please cancel one and refund me? It just doesn't make sense at all to have two same susbscriptions in one account. So rediculous. Please respond. Thanks.

Best Buy Gift Card was charged twice.
I recently placed an order on Best Buy.com and it said there was an error. After I tried again, it went through, but I noticed that I had only $3.28 left on my gift card. My gift card balance before the transaction was around 77 dollars. I thought that was peculiar. The trade-in I made a couple weeks ago on 12/26/14 gave me 77 dollars for trading in Assassin's Creed Unity and Call of Duty Advanced Warfare on the PS4 for 26 and 21 dollars respectively. Additionally, there was a 50% bonus trade-in that week for video games and on top of that I have Gamer's Club Unlocked, which gave me an extra 10% on video game trade-ins. All that would have came out to $77.55.
I think that BestBuy.com charged my card twice, but there is no way to confirm it. Either that or Best Buy had given me less for my trade-in.Hello lucknotluck,
