I received a do not reply email from skype that my credit purchase was unsuccessful on 29 April 2013. However, my credit card statement shows a debit in your favour. Are you going to refund me the money or credit my skype account?

Again, Apps will always be tied to the account from which they were purchased and will always have to be updated using that account.
Always, mean exactly that, always.
If you want them to be on your account then you need to buy them using your account.

You should receive shipping info today. When your card is charged your device has either already shipped or is shipping soon.
One thing I found odd is that my card was charged too and I don't have shipping info yet. Stranger still is that my receipts say FedEx 2 day shipping... Found that odd since Verizon is offering overnight shipping for free on orders right now... Oh well, anyway. That's the only rant I can give. We are getting our phones and that's what's important.

Thank you for clarify I'm supposed to read the ENTIRE article. I thought I was just supposed to read the title and magically everything will fix itself. I appreciate you taking the time to help me however I do not appreciate the caps and the way you have addressed the situation. If you are not going to kindly help people/make suggestions just don't try! And for the record my conclusions are not illogical, the iOS7 thing is on the website in small font (which I got by reading the ENTIRE thing) and you should really find a new hobby because your socialization skills need some help! My card was declined but purchase is still processing/pending. why?

I recently tried to purchase a pair of $100 shoes from nike.com and I went through PayPal to keep track of my orders. When I pressed submit order Nike had a message saying my card was declined (even though I don't know why) . But PayPal still processed the order and it shows $100 is pending to be taken off my credit card. So my question is am I going to get a message saying I get a refund or something? and will this show up on my credit card statement even though Nike didn't process my order?

My credit card was charged, but I'd made no purchase

I had to change my Apple ID e-mail to a new one I'd created earlier today. Everything was okay until I logged into Games Center and found out my Phone had logged me in through a very old Apple ID I'd deleted ages ago. So, I switched my account info to my new ID and everything was back to normal.
Shortly after, I recieved a text from my bank servise, telling me that I'd been charged 1,98 Euro for a purchase from Apple iTunes st. As you might have guessed, I made no such purchase. I contacted the bank and they informed me that the purchase hadn't actually gone through yet, so there was nothing they could do for now.
On another discussion I saw that somebody had been charged money for changing their credit card information for their Apple ID, but there was no actual solution or explaination offered for this. I also had to enter my credit card information all over again, but the card itself is still the same.
Basically, have I accidentally done something to be charged myself, am I missing something incredibly obvious, or is this not my fault? If it's the latter, how can I contact someone about it?

If a retailer charges you for a purchase, and doesn't deliver the product, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
Contact iTunes Customer Service and I am sure they will resolve it.

I have tried to contact bellshare but still no answer.
I have previously bought bebuzz 4 on mobihand and since i cannot pay an updrade I bought bebuzz 5 from app world.
When i clicked purchase i got this error "There is a problem with your credit card authorization. Please try again or visit blackberry.com/appworld/support for more information. (Error ID: 10000)"
But 2.99$ were charged on my credit card. My bank cannot cancel the order unless them a cancellation email was sent from the buyer.
Can you please help me with this issue?
