@ Dave, that seems completely inaccurate, I have seen "Beverley Gray" (Adobe Staff) help people on numerous occasions with "account/payment" inquires and either directly assist or be a liaison to the proper channels through to resolution.

It would be best for you to open iTunes, sign in and view your account. If all the purchases were paid already instead of entering your new card information, it will give you an option for "NONE" as a payment method. Again this is not applicable of you have a pending charges with iTUnes

My credit card information was stolen yesterday or today and I notice there were some charges on my card. I would think it would be easy to track who received the material based on my credit card information. I am looking for some support from Apple.

My husband and my itunes have been disabled. Our credit card was stolen and I think there was some theft to our itunes acct too.
I have put our new credit cards in accounts but we still cannot use itunes.

I upgraded my Icloud storage capacity to a higher tier and my Iphone does not reflect the change although my credit card was charged and the device is nor properly backup. How can this be resolved?
It seems to take up to a couple of days for the upgrade to take hold, at least that's the experience of some users. Give it 24 hours before contacting apple.

What process did your daughter use, there is a specific format to redeem an iTunes gift card. The gift card must be redeemed using the Redeem link in the Quick Links on the right side of the iTunes Store in iTunes on a computer or the Redeem button at the bottom of both the iTunes and App Store apps in iOS. Redeeming the gift card then applies the value of the card as an available credit to the user's iTunes account. The credit is used first before any bank card also stored in the account. If the purchases use the entire credit and there is an additional balance due, it will be charged to any bank card stored in the account.

The amount charged to our credit card was greater than the amount on our invoice.

My credit card was charged for two purchases in the amount of 14.95 each. I did not authorize these purchases. The purchase dates were 12/24 and 12/25.

Are you in the US with a US billing address and iTunes account ? All iTunes gift cards are country-specific, they can only be redeemed and used in the country in which they were issued, so US gift cards can only be used in the US.

I'm troubleshooting my roommate's computer and apparently he had deleted Mail (accidentally) before he upgraded to Leopard. He was trying to set up his Mail and found out it's not on the computer. I know I could reinstall it using the Leopard install
