Hi I have Adobe Creative suite 3 design premium, student edition.
I am a student photographer, however over a year ago my laptop broke and it died completely apple replaced it now it won't let me register cs3 on my new laptop as it says I have to delete it from my previous laptop

Accidents happen, and apple can certainly assist you with replacement of said device. Most manufacters would tell you to buy a brand new retail unit, apple will charge you about half price for a replacement unit. I agree its unfortunate that it happend, but expecting a free replacement is just going to lead to disappointment

This has nothing to do with iPhoto. When I have this type of problem I call tech support for my email service. They probably are the only source of the correct settings

first, head into your Add/Remove programs and uninstall your QuickTime. if it goes, good. if it doesn't, we'll just attend to it when we attend to itunes.
next, download and install the revo uninstaller http://http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html. use it to clear any existing itunes and/or QuickTime installation configuration information from the PC.
next download itunes. it worked for me hope this is helpful!!
oonce you get into the revo uninstallergo thru to delete itunes hit uninstall on the itunes icon then you will go thru to it will tell u the same nmessage about the feature and network hit cancell then go thru and hit scan (make sure bthe advance scan button is pushed) this will take awhile but go thru the list and hit everything associated with itunes. hit delete then install itunes again. it worked for me hope it works for you!

If you can't install or update Flash, follow these instructions.

this has been an issue with Quicken for a long time! Quicken was initially a Mac only application and then they got greedy! i beta-tested Quicken for Intuit for years and when they announced they were not going to support it any more the screaming was loud but not heard!
Quicken Essentials is a crime! i wasn't even asked to beta-test it; probably because they would have gotten an earful!!! it is not essential; it is stupid.... AND, of course, their online version was a disaster. i use Quickbooks Online for business and it works like a charm; i mean it even downloads ignominious PayPal transactions now!
i am also stupid for not really checking out if it would work with Lion - ALL of my financials are on it. I am going to have to do what @cwiens suggested above and either pull out an old Macbook I have or my well stored original Cube in its original box! thank the fates for the double backup i've always done with Quicken - Time Machine & its own key drive!
btw, this is an old Microsoft trick - not having older versions of apps work on OS updates so they force you to buy the new versions.

Is there a log file in the document folder indicating what the problem was. There are a number of reasons that PDF creation may fail. You can try to print to the Adobe PDF printer to see if there is any indication in that process. The processing is different, but the same problems may show up with both processes.

To change the iCloud ID ("email") you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. When you do this you may find that the password for your old ID isn't accepted. If this should happen, and if your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, you need to temporarily recreate your old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. You'll have to read the terms of your warranty for India and see what your availalbe options are.
There are plenty of service providers in India, so that's not a problem.
Your location isn't a problem, what likely happened is your out of warranty period or you purchased the machine through another country and it got registered with a different warranty period. Once Apple discovered your in India, the warranty for that country is applied.
For instance in the EU the warranty period is 2 years by law, so Apple has to honor that. But elsewhere it's 1 year and perhaps that's why you were denied replacement. Not because your from India, that the warranty period for machines in India is one year, like it is for everyone else.
I guess you could fly to the EU and then make a warranty claim from there, but it's already too late, your machine and conversation with Apple was already recorded.
Now if your indirecting asking folks here to service your machine by shipping it to the EU, you better watch yourself around here.

Launchd - RunAtLoad won't work if I log out and back in

The plist that I have configured to "RunAtLoad" won't work if I log out and back in. The only time it will run again is if I restart the computer, is this supposed to happen? I have a plist that runs a script that I want to have loaded everytime a person logs into a computer. Since this computer has many users I thought it would be practical to use launchd instead of putting it in eveybodys login items. If there is another way to run a script at login that would also be helpful.
