My CS6 installation key isn't recognised when I want to re-install, what should I do?
I occasionally use CS6 Design & Web Premium. I've had problems logging on so I uninstalled on my two computers, and tried to re-install. Each time I try, I'm told the key is not recognized. What can I do?

You cannot use that ID without a credit card. You did not create your account correctly. There is very specific way in which you must create your account if you do not want to use a credit card. If you don't have a credit card, you will have to start all over again.
1. You will have to sign out of that ID before you can create a new one. Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID>Sign out.
2. You cannot use the email address that you used for the first ID that you created. You will need to use another email address now
3. You have to download a free app in order to start the new Apple ID process.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I sprayed it a year ago i really like the keyboard and i really need it can it be recovered??? There is almost no chance it can be recovered, except at a cost far greater than a new keyboard. Once wet, spraying with a cleaner will not do any good and most likely will make the situation worse.
Best thing at this point is go to your Apple store, or the on-line store, and buy a new keyboard. Water damage is not covered by the warranty or AppleCare. -

That error often indicates a hardware failure.Try restoring a few more times. If it consistently gives you that error, make an appointment at the genius bar to have it looked at.

The install DVD's are specific to the model they shipped with.....if your friends Mac is not the same exact model it will not work.....plus I do not think it is totally legal.....

Let your ipod die. Then when it is dead charge it adn turn it back on. After that it should be fine.

I was on the phone earlier with apple care for some questions regarding safari, and I mentioned to him about all the problems people are have with the 6.1 upgrade, and asked what could they do if their ipad is out of warranty. He said anyone with an ipad that has problems with a upgrade, has up to 30 after it was released to call apple support for help at no cost.

A lot of times, it is the cable. However, I had a problem similar to this a while ago and actually had to re-install itunes. See if your cable works with other devices, and then check itunes for needed updates. Hope this helps!
