My curve just stopped working and is under warranty, how do I go about replacing it?
Was charging in the wall and checking texts and the screen went white and then off. Phone won't charge or turn on. It's never been wet or abused and worked perfectly up to that point. I was able to find the Warranty PDF on the website, but it doesn't seem to include actual steps to take to move forward and get a new phone. Can somebody please help?
if you paid via credit card , atleast in my country, you can still claim the warranty because your credit details along with the phones imei number should be on their system. This warrantt slip **bleep** was fine in the 80s.

My remote for my Apple TV just stopped working and I have tried putting in a new battery, re-pairing the remote, resetting the device by unplugging it, and I checked the infared coming from the remote is working. The light just blinks at me 3 times what else can I try to fix it?
Have you tried unpairing the remote? You do this by pointing your remote at the Apple TV and holding the MENU and Left buttons down together for 6 seconds.

thanks paul, i just had a similar problem, had to hold it for 30 seconds and the apple sign has come up, my phone was vibrating for over two hours completly unresponsive, now my lap top seems to be comunicating too, oh hello, its back on again...thank you!!!!

My IPhone 5's Imessages just stopped working and I tried restarting and then turning them off and turning them on. It now says "Waiting for activation" and has said this for 15 minutues.
At the time of this post, there seems to be a problem with iMessage and Facetime but only some users are affected.

On both my desktop and notebook, sync just stops working and needs to be set up again! Although my account is still there ?
I have windows 7 on both computers and I use the paid version of Roboform (which does not encounter any problems!) So, I really need my sync to work and keep working. Please help......Do you mean that after closing the browser your Sync set up is gone and you need to Set it up again?
This is, generally, because your privacy settings are too restrictive and you are deleting the password of your Sync account.
You can modify this in the Privacy tab of your Preferences/Options window. Select Remember History or Use Custom Settings in the drop down to configure the level that you want. -

It's under warranty for a year.

All the devices in my itunes account just stopped working they all are asking us to activate, once we unlock phones and type in the information to set it up and doesnt do anything. i really need help, please.
Please plug the iPhone with the original doch-connector & USB cable into a USB plug in the computer (directly into the computer) and restart iTunes. It should register. Please do not stop the registration!!! You may need to press power on iPhone.

Photoshop Elements 5 just stopped working and will not open my catalogue.
I have Photoshop Elements 5 running on Vista 64 bit. It was working fine, but just stopped working out of the clear blue outside of regular Microsoft patches.
The intro screen opens but when I click on Organize my photos it starts to open the next window but just sits there trying to open my catalogue file of pictures. I've left it there trying to fully open for hours and nothing progresses beyond that point. Any suggestions?Please re-post your question in the correct forum.

I unplugged my iPod Classic without ejecting it first. It played for many hours(about 8) after that but then suddenly stopped working and it has a blackend screen that seems to say paused. Wondering if there is a way to get it to work again.

Make an appointment at the genius bar. An out of warranty replacement will cost you $269. If Apple refuses because the damage is too extensive, buy a new phone.
