My data plan has been abrutly changed

I have a family plan that I share with my mother.  We have been Verizon customers 10 years.  Today, I received a text that my plan had been changed.  I quickly rushed to the computer to login to our account on My Verizon.  It showed that my mother had added a line to our plan, my step-father has just returned from Afghanistan a few days ago and needs a phone for employment-seeking.  I wish they had told me, because it seems the workers at the Verizon store has screwed us out of our unlimited data.
My step-father and mother purchased the new phone at full price.  They were led to believe by the Verizon employee that no changes would be made to our account aside from the additional line.  Now, I login to find that not only are my eligible phone upgrades gone, so is our unlimited data.  As my mother lives 1500 miles away, I cannot go into the store and assist her in this matter.  I was wondering if anyone has insight into this situation.
I was under the impression that we were 'grandfathered' in to the upgrade program as well as unlimited data, so long as all phones were paid at full price with no subsidy.

  Who is the owner of the account? If they return the phone, they "should" be able to reverse everything, and then you could add a line with a basic phone and keep everything the way it was. People have a tendancy to listen too much to salespeople, when they need to go in with a plan, and not vary from it, even if they are urged to.

    Hi,
    I noticed that there are some third-party devices used to sync and manage Exchange calendar. Usually, some issues may be caused by some devices used for Exchange ActiveSync service. We can try to disable the devices and check whether the issue persists.

    If the issue is not caused by any third-party programs, please check the time zone from Outlook client, local machine, third-party devices and Outlook Web App. Please also change a computer then send test meeting updates to check if the issue continues.

    Hello: following computer malfunction,I purchased a new computer and downloaded itunes. when I try to sync my purchased data on my ipad I am asked to delete data from previous library. The first library has all of my stored data. How do I transfer this data to my new itunes library? . I cannot use the cloud as my data plan has a limited band width cap ( I live in rural Alberta , northern).My library may be on my tera drive, but then how do i delete this library once I transfer the files, that is if i am able to locate them ? this is a question for all itunes lovers, I love it when i know how to use it, so far not computer literate to loving it! thanks so very much for considering this problem.

    Copy the entire /Music/iTunes/ folder from old computer to new computer.

    >TECO???
    If yes Go in IW38 select all orders  ,click Enviroment Tab and you can do the TECO but that order should not have Open reservation.

    i have a story about my sister, am talking on her behalf, she got stolen her phone at a caffee when she just come from a horeble exam, she was very mad and having haedace for not doing well at the exam, i ask her if we could have coffee before we go home, once she sate; while i was getting the coffee for her, some one snicked to her pocket and took the phone, immidatly she feelt it and went on to searching, but nathing was hopefull. what makes it more heart braking is that she worked day and night just to buy the phone and pay for her books and so on as a student. she use to work 16 houres a day before she had to start school. 8 houres in one place and then to the other place. and she was always demanding for more houres to work; one day her boss saw her on her other job and she was serprised to see her and saied OHhh my God Milly if you work like this, i wonder if you servive, how could you also ask for more houres, My sis had to do it she has no parents or any thing, well the phone was taken after only two months of having it. the sad thing is she stile dream having it even though she can't think of buying againe. well me i have tryed a lot of things but i know some were out there there is a solution for people like this, it is not always fare for some one who has payed up to 800 to just loose his ......

    I'm sorry, but your sister, unless she had already turned on the "Find my iPhone" feature and the person who took the phone has not disabled it, is out of luck. She should report the theft to local police authorities, including the serial number of her iPhone. While her experience is unfortunate, there are good reasons why Apple cannot do anything else about it.
    I hope she gets her phone back.

    I can't get past the, 'Your Apple ID has been disabled screen.' I have changed my password but this has made no difference. As I can't find an e-mail addres for Apple this is causing me concern. Any help appreciated.

    The inspection plan group counter that was assigned to the inspection lot has been deleted.
    is there a way to assign another valid inspection plan group counter to the inspection lot so that we can do GR with 04 origin.

    Even if the Inspection plan is deleted...you can create a back dated inspection plan with another group counter.system automatically propose next group counter.
    Now lets say that your lot is already created & you want to assign the new inspection plan..
    then go to QA02
    click on reset sample
    save.
    now again go to QA02--->Inspection specification  >click on Inspection specification>click on sample.
    save.
    check the status as REL for inspection lot.
    Now take UD

    I would be concerned too if I was not able to access my Apple ID.  I found some resources that I think will help.

  • Since Apple's data base has been accessed by burglars, why can't Apple track serial numbers?

    If Apple's data base is accessed by people  like this, why can't the same data base be used to track ownership?  MOst Apple users sign on to itunes and share their system information.  Would it not make sense to share the serial numbers with a reporting system?
    If I call into the local Apple store, will I receive any support in locating my systems or will they want to sell me an app to track them?
    The data is available for Apple to promote an independent recovery sytem...why don't they?  Is there no money in it?

    why can't the local Apple store access the national data base and find out where it was being serviced.
    They can do that now, if the system is at an authorized service center. It's highly unlikely that a stolen system would just happen to have been checked into a service center at the time you happen to look, though. I also doubt that Apple would provide that information to you just on your request.
    As to the report you are referencing, is it coinicidence homes with multiple Apple systems were targeted?  In my neighborhood, only homes with more than two Imacs were hit...and only Apple systems were taken.
    Such information would not be available to any burglar, nor has there been even a rumor that Apple's internal customer databases have every been compromised. So yes, it was either coincidence or the burglars casing the premises, not at all hard to do. It's even often possible by doing a scan of someone's WiFi network; few people have theirs adequately secured.
    Apple is not law enforcement. It's not their job to try and track stolen property; that's the job for the police. There's nothing further to be said.

  • STS - Locks lower level nodes when planning has been started

    I have 2 leaf level nodes in my STS hierarchy which for some reason are getting locked with the message 'Locked data through STS', this message usually occurs when they submit, but these users have not submitted and no one above them has done any activity, these leaf level users should be the first to enter data.  It only happens for 2 leaf nodes, the others seem okay.
    Sounds a bit funny I know, does anyone have any ideas?

    I suggest you to check "Define Header Chars for Planning Session", perhaps, there is some selection that you miss where it causes data locking.

  • Is there a way to format text data that has been persisted?

    I am persisting five lines of numeric data in my app.  Each persisted line of data saves and returns perfectly after a ro-boot, except for the text size and color.
    To be clear : If I save 199.55, that is what appears after a device re-boot.  The 'formatting' I am having issues with it the font size and color.
    For some reason, the font sizes have changed and some of the font colors are incorrect.
    Is there a way to correct this or prevent it from happening?

    The date & time that Mail shows in the Date Received column is the date & time that appears in the latest (topmost) message’s Received header (which you can see doing View > Message > Long Headers), and is set by the recipient’s incoming mail server.
    The date & time that Mail shows in the Date Sent column is the date & time that appears in the message’s Date header and is set by the sender’s mail client.
    Isn’t that what you observe?
