From iTunes, select the iPad and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad.

Connect the iPod to the computer she uses and restore the iPod via iTunes. Place the iPod in Recovery mode if necessary to allow the restore.

Download the yahoo email app, if you already deleted and reinstalled the email account and still have issue.
This is a known issue with Yahoo email account. -

My iPhone 4 screen shattered so I had to buy a new one. I backed up my shattered iPhone to iTunes so that I could restore my new one. When I went to restore it, it said that I had an incorrect password although I know it was right. I tried changing the password and it still told me that I had an incorrect password. So now my new phone has lost all its pictures, its music, its apps.... is there anything I can do to get my phone to restore?? PLEASE HELP!
If you can't get the password correct, you CANNOT restore from that backup.
However, if you've been using your phone as recommended by Apple, there should be minimal data loss.
Your iTunes library is on your computer, so you can synch all your apps, music, movies, ringtones, etc, on to your new phone.
Similarly, contacts should be synched to Address Book, Outlook, or a cloud service for you to easily synch back to your new phone.
Pictures taken from your old phone and not synched to your computer are lost, but you would have been synching those photos to your computer frequently as recommended. Other photos that you synch TO your iPhone are still on your computer.
You won't be able to get text messages back. -

I have a MAC, Apple TV and wifi. My ex gave my neighbor the password to my wifi and now I want to change the password so she can't access my network any more. How do I change my Wifi password so I don't mess up my Apple TV?

You can't do that, you'll need to change the password on your Wi-Fi and then change the settings on the Apple TV to log into your network again using the new password. -

I just got an old Tangerine iMacrunning Panther and when I first turn it on, (I show it a scantily dressed psion) a password screen appears asking for name and password. i know what they are and can enter the details and it works fine but I'd like to either not have that screen at all or have the option to change the name and password to something of my own choosing.
Is this possible?

If you are wanting to change the password or make yourself an administrator (which is helpful at times), I think you need the Panther Install disk. Starting up from it will allow you to change passwords and add users. Might come in handy if you ever forget the current password. If any Panther users can confirm or deny this, please do, as I am a Jaguar and Tiger user and never have used Panther. -

Connect the iPod to its syncing computer and restore via iTunes. If iTunes asks for the passcode and you can't enter the passcode or yu do not have the syncing computer, place the iPod in recovery mode and then restore. For recovery mode see:
