If the switch is set to work as a mute button, you can change its purpose to “screen-rotation lock” by tapping the Settings icon on the home screen. On the Settings screen, tap General on the left side, and on the right side of the screen flick down to “Use Side Switch to.” Tap to select Lock Rotation or Mute to set the button’s function. Even if you set the side switch for your preferred use, you can still mute the Mini or lock the screen. Just double-click the Home button, and when the panel of apps appears along the bottom edge of the screen, flick the row from left to right with your finger. Tap the icon on the far left side of the row to either lock the iPad’s screen or mute the iPad’s alerts, notifications and sound effects. If i understand what you are saying then you are seeing the WiFi indicator after connecting but Apps are saying that they are not connected to the internet?
Your router may not have given your iPod a valid IP address. Go to Settings > Wifi > your network name and touch the ">" to the right to see the network details. If the IP address starts with 169 or is blank then your router didn't provide an IP address and you won't be able to access the Internet.
Sometimes the fix can be to restart your router (remove power for 30 seconds and restart). Next, reset network settings on your iPod (Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings) and then attempt to connect. In other cases it might be necessary to update the router's firmware with the latest from the manufacturer's support web pages.
If you need more help please give more details on your network, i.e., your router make, model and version, the wifi security being used (WEP, WPA, WPA2), etc.

You can not merge accounts.
Apps are tied to the Apple ID used to download them, you can not transfer them.

You can log in to Adobe.com with your credentials .If you do not have any prior credentials ,you need to create an account .Adobe.com will either let you purchase the product or opt for a trial version.

As long as the other iPods are signed into the iTunes account that originally purchased apps, they can just redownload them again and not be charged. If in the USA you can also redownload them by:

What this effectively does is to reset some of your Settings to factory default. It’s not a complete removal of settings. It removes all of your preferences for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Do No Disturb, Notifications, General, Sounds, Brightness & Wallpaper and Privacy. It doesn’t affect your data. All of your email accounts will remain intact, as well as any SMS text or iMessages.

A first generation iPod touch can't be updated past 3.1.3. If it's a newer model, update it from iTunes on a computer, and if possible, the one it normally syncs with.

Using Logic sounds for input and playback in Sibeius

Hi. I've been running Sibelius and Logic on different PC's, and just for fun, I installed Sibelius on my Mac today. I used my Master Keyboard to play in a test song.
So now I'm wondering whether I can use Logic sounds for inputtting AND for playback. Since I also have VSL on the mac, I don't really want to install the GPO which I use on my Pc with Sibelius.

Have you think using IAC ? I.e you set it as a "Midi Out" port in Sibelius so the midi will carry the data to Logic and trigger its Instruments via the virtual midi cables ( the IAC bus ).
Take care to select Software Instruments tracks only. If you select some track which use say Multi, Standard or Mapped Insr. ( which port is set to IAC by chance ) you will cause midi feedback and crash the Logic app.

My question is the my daughter has an ipod touch with alot of music and games on it, but the computer that had itunes in it and all the apps and music is now gone. How can I transfer all her games and music her new computer without loosing her stuff?

My daughter has an ipod touch with alot of games and music on it. The computer it was synced to is forever gone and on her new computer some of the games dont show up along with her music. She is worried if she connects it to her new computer all will be lost. Is there anyway for this to not happen? The ipod is on its last life due to a cracked screen, and as for the games she has spent money on them such as smurf village and others. When i looked at game center on my phone about less than half of that game showed up. Is there anyway to fix these things before its to late and eveything is gone forever?
