My daughters iTouch won't allow her to send me a message to my iPhone. Has anyone had this problem? It just recently started.
It seems to only be with me on my iPhone, she is able to text with others. I can't find a place where I may have accidentally blocked her.

Dreamweaver 2014 won't launch in Mavericks... has anyone experienced this problem?
I downloaded the new 2014 version of Dreamweaver today & it won't launch in Mavericks... also dowloaded it to my PC & that works OK. Has anyone had this problem?

Looks like this is happening because of some issue during installation of the product.
Can you try the following:
1. Un-install DWCC 2014. Note: Before un-installing, I would suggest you to backup any user preferences files, extensions or site settings.
2. Log out from your Adobe ID login in creative cloud.
3. Log-in back again and then download and install the product.
I am suggesting it since the same process helped one another user. Hence seeing if you are also encountering the same issue.

Hi there not sure what I did wrong but got a message asking if I would allow the application config but was warned by commputer not to now I can't log into some sites and others won't load properly, some sites will log in but only if the stay logged in box is not checked,I'v have cleared my cashe and internet history looked through securtity setting but nothing, anyone had this problem and has any advice?

Okay guys iTunes keeps telling me I don't have enough space to sync the songs and I know that is BS because it clearly says 3 GB free and yet it won't sync. Has anyone had this issue ever? Before a week ago I could fit 900 songs and now I can't fit 300. I know that my phone could fit 800-900 songs and there aren't many apps. There has to be a glitch. Can someone help? Please send me a response if you truly know the answer.

Didn't know an iPhone is capable of "BS"! Impressive. Do the basic troubleshooting steps described in the User Guide: Restart, Reset, Restore.

I have the same problem, but don't expect Apple to help! I rang their help line and explained the situation and that the same experience is reported all over their forum and they would not assist unless I paid for a one year help subsciption.
This company has lost the plot! They create software that universally will not work then expect customers to pay to have it fixed. Technically I should walk straight into the nearest apple shop and ask for a refund, as the device is no longer fit for purpose!

HELP LOGIC WON"T INSTALL!! ANYONE HAD THIS PROBLEM?
I've tried installing Logic Studio 8 three times now with the same outcome...I put in the first DVD, set it to do a complete install (all apps, jam packs etc) and it starts normally. After a while it gets to "...writing files" and just stops working. Disc isn't spinning, it doesn't ask for the next DVD. I left it for more than 12 hours like this to make sure and it's definitely frozen. The funny thing is when I force quit the installer and force eject the disc afterwards, the apps (Logic Pro, Waveburner, Soundtrack Pro etc) are all installed and working! (but without the jam packs/ sound libraries on the other DVDs. Anyone else had this problem? It's really annoying and I installed this fine in 10.5 but snow leopard seems to cause problems...thanks to anyone who can help!
I had the same problem, here's how i fixed it:
Run the installer again, but run a custom install and uncheck the main program file since that's already working. Then just install the other parts.
If it does it again, try doing the other parts one by one---unchecking everything but one thing, and install....then running the installer and unchecking them all but the next thing, etc.

I am not computer savvy. I have a second generation itouch and have never had any problems with it until now. When I try to play certain songs, it will not play the song and skip to the next song selection. When I try to play certain videos, the message "This movie could not be played" appears. I contacted a tech spec who said it was possibly a format problem. How do i fix this?
This might sound weird, but here's an idea which worked for me re music that was newly added to itunes and showed up in my ipod but wouldn't play - I simply played the tracks in itunes first, just a second of time or so will do it, not the whole track, then connect the ipod and sync again and this time they played - hope this helps.

ITunes won't allow me to send purchased movies to my iPad/iPhone
Says my Mac is not authorized.but it plays the movie in itunes and on my atv2. My Mac is authorized. and both the mac and the Ipad are using the same itunes account name. and all devices are authorized.

Here are a couple of suggestions:
1. You probably already know how to authorize/ deauthorize a computer, but in case you don't, you need to go onto iTunes drop down menu under Store-Authrize my computer to ensure that the iPad is authorized to play you're purchased films.
2. You can check your account under the same drop down menu to see how many devices have been authorized already. You can have up to 5, I believe. You view this under "my account" info.
I haven't used atv2, so I don't know whether it too requires "authorization", so you could double check that info. too.
Oftenn times, if your using multiple devices, you might be not be authorizing each device, but as I understand it, that is one of the ways Apple can control the purchases made on iTunes.

I really just need to know how to get it to open. I have created files in CC that now won't open, saying they were created in a newer version... which they weren't. i thought the remedy would be to download InDesign 2014, but i can't even get it to open on my computer. Any advise is welcomed.
The CC installers often fail to set permissions correctly on the preference folders. Are you getting an error message to that effect?
If so, find the folders -- they're hidden so you need to set Explorer to show hidden files, then see Replace Your Preferences for the locations of the TWO folders you need to fix. Start at the Adobe level and make sure both your user and System have full control, and apply it to subfolders as well. -
Frame won't open a file, but will open the MIF file. Has anyone seen this?
With FM 9, I have a 2-page landscape file. The first page is Adobe Illustrator *.ai art. The second page is text with a couple of JPGs. I was able to open the *.fm file for a long time, and then Frame started complaining and crashing. A friend can open it on her machine (64 bit, Windows 7) and made me a MIF file from it. I can open the MIF file just fine, but not the *.fm file. All art is imported by reference. Any ideas what is going on? My machine is 32 bit, Windows XP.

Most likely you are attempting to open a Numbers file created with the ner version using the previous version of Numbers.
Use the latest version (3.x) to open that file. You can tell them apart quickly by observing the icon in the dock (I actually keep both in my dock so I know which one I am using):

I'm told by iTunes store to sign in which I do, but then it takes me straight to billing I enter the correct three digit security code, then what happens it tells me invalid Cvv. Everytime I connect my mini to the Logitech S715i or Logitech Pure-Fi Express Plus speaker a pop-up appears telling me the iPad doesn't recognize the device and the battery symbol shows that it isn't loading. I am using the lightning to 30-pin Adapter.
Is there a way to correct this so my speaker will act as a dock and load the iPad?

Thanks!Since the last update I have noticed the percentage of battery power does increase when my iPad mini has been docked although the actually staus reported on the iPad screen while docked is 'not charging'. This is obviously an Apple recognization problem (not sure about third party as Apple is providing the software).
Will not return my Logitech as it has excellent sound (speakers are higher watt then others in this price range), plus it has a built in battery which means I can take it on the terrace for tea in the afternoon.
As pointed out it requires more power then the iPhone, it does take longer to charge, so in the future if I need a quicker charge I'll do it via a wall outlet.
side note: This problem must also be why my iMac is shutting down all other USB devices when the iPad is plugged in.
