My .dbx files were crashed. How to make outlook express repair?

My Outlook Express 6 repair basic kit, didn't help.

Hey!
The solution to repair DBX files of Outlook Express consist of importing the corrupt files to Outlook Express and then accessing it again.
The very first step is to locate the corrupt DBX files by Registry Editor. After that, follow the instructions given in this post:
nalavadebela.wordpress.com/2014/04/25/feasible-technique-to-repair-damaged-dbx-files-of-outlook-express/
You can also use Outlook application without losing your DBX files by converting all your DBX files to PST format.
SysInfoTools DBX to PST Converter helps you to process this conversion in batch, i.e. you can convert multiple DBX files to PST at one time.
Thanks.

    Max,
It really can take very long to import and process so many images - I would not dare to make a prediction.
Can you open the Activity Viewer?
From Aperture's main menu bar: Window > Show Activity.
This window will tell you the filename of the image that is currently being processed.
if you are seeing, that the import is still far from being finished, you might to pause certain tasks directly from this panel, like the generation of previews or scanning for faces. I'd let the import run, if you see that it is making progress.
Have you enabled very time-consuming options, like the generation of high resolution previes or scanning for faces and places? if yes, and the import is not making any progress at all, I'd disable thes options in the Aperture preferences for the initial import. You can add these later for the projects where you want to use these features.

  • How to import Outlook Express WAB into TB

I copied a WAB file that was exported from Outlook Express in a Windows XP machine onto the desktop of a different computer running Windows 7 Home Premium. I then clicked on import > address book> Outlook Express file. It says done, but it never finds the WAB to import and the new address book it created is empty. Where do I need to place the old WAB file for TB to import it? Or, am I doing something else wrong?

  • How to make Outlook 2010 confirm exit?

I often have a bunch of e-mail windows open with items that need to be followed up on. Sometimes I click the Outlook "X" exit button instead of closing an email by accident, and all those mail items are closed. Sure I can open outlook back up, but which
of my 50 email items from today were the important ones? Arg.
How do I make Outlook prompt "Are you sure?" when the exit button is clicked?
    Thanks!

    Hi,
Thanks for using Office IT professionals forum. I will forward this suggestion to product group and hope they can improve this in next version.
Now, You can try to use an addin for this called OLKeeper.
    See http://addins.howto-outlook.com/vboffice_olkeeper
In addition, if you are using POP3/IMAP email account, you can try this method:
Create a new message without an address in the To field and save to Drafts then drag it to the Outbox. Then when you exit Outlook, you will get a warning.
    Hope it helps.

  • How to make Outlook stop asking for a password when you no longer have a valid password?

Many people have asked how to get Outlook to stop prompting for a password, but the answers given are for people who have a valid password. My question is different. You've graduated from school or left your job. You no longer have access to an Exchange
server. Within Outlook, you have an historical archive of your emails messages and you need to keep them. You can't send email because you no longer have access to that Exchange server, but you have a local cache of the address book in Outlook, which is valuable
to you and you want to continue to be able to use.
How do you keep the account in Outlook but have it stop prompting you for a password in this specific case? Remember, you never will have a valid password to this Exchange server again.

Well you can manually recover your lost PST password with the command Pst19upg.exe -i filename.psx then press enter. After using this
command your pst files will be free from password and you can easily again use your outlook files. You can also recover pst password with the assist of pst password recovery tool.

  • How to make iBook keyboard repair?

I got an iBook that is missing two of the three tab release keys. I got replacements keys and they came with these very tiny springs. I decided I don't know how to make this repair - how to replace the keys. This is not covered at iFixit.com. Any help out there?

usually the best way for me to replace a key is you pull the white suspension off the key and clip it to the board where it's suppose to be first.
next, look at the bottom of the key. there are four connection points. 2 are clip type, the other 2 are like a slider joint. put the slider joint together first by taking the key & hooking it to the suspension - only one way, any other way & the key would be upside down.
you pay have to hold up the suspension with something like a small tool or toothpick.
pull the tool out while holding onto the key. take the key, lay it flat & push down. hold down & move it around a bit until the other side clips in.

How can I add access to email on my home page?

Outlook Express is a separate program from Firefox, and all Firefox can do is allow you to set your home page. Customizing your home page depends on what your home page is set to.

  • 8.0Gig DVDSP file size.  How To Make Smaller?

Just when I keep thinking I'm "finally" done with my project . . . something else comes up. The file size of the project is presently about 8 Gigs. The duplication house I went to suggested NOT having a project of that size, as the media that they would have to use on it would not be as reliable on certain DVD players. They suggested fitting the project to a single 4.7 Gig disk.
Okay so I used compressor to get the following sizes:
Video only track of the film = 2.5 Gigs
Audio track of the film = 741MB
    Director Commentary track = 741MB
Video only of Deleted Scene = 173MB
Audio of Deleted Scene = 48 MB
    Deleted Scene Commentary = 48MB
The total on all this is about 4.25 Gigs. The problem is that I have to use each video track twice. Once for the commentary and once without the commentary. All and all, and with the necessary menues, etc . . . the project file is at about 8Gigs.
The dupe house said I can use Toast to compress the size of my project, but 1) does anyone know if this compression will constitute a big level of quality loss on the images (it's a DV feature, by the way - not film), and 2) I have Toast Titanium version 6.0. Does this version of Toast even have a compression option?
I would much prefer to be able to minimize the file size in DVDSP itself somehow, rather than doing a blanket compression on the entire disk using Toast (unless some of you know that this would actually work well). Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get my project to squeeze into a 4.7 Gig, single layered DVD? I would imagine that a 70 minute feature with one deleted scene and a couple of director commentaries should be pretty standard fare - if not downright easy . . .
I just don't know how to do it.
Any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much in advance for all the help and support,

Thanks again, Drew. The audio is aiff. It's at 41 Kh. Is there a specific AC3 format that I should export the audio to? I know/imagine that there are various manners of exporting audio to AC3, so I want to make sure that it's the "right" one, so to speak.
Take a look here on setting up Compressor (not sure which you are running, but general idea)
    http://dvdstepbystep.com/qc.php
For AC3 you should set Dialog Normalization to -31 , preprocessing to none and dechecking Copyright Exists and Content is Original also helps prevent glitches and no compression and selections not checked -this description and pictures with the details about 1/2 down page here

In my first post there are examples of the audio and the .dmg is a project you can download and look at to see how it is done (as for jut about anything in DVD SP there is more than one approach )

  • Airdrop, CD transfer, empty file folder. How to make Airdrop work?

I am trying to transfer a CD from MacBook Pro to an Air via Airdrop. I receive an Icon of the CD title, but locked and seemingly no data. How to fix this?

    Hey onlyamonk,
Thanks for the question. There are a few ways to share your music with a second computer, AirDrop being one of them. For best results, you may want to consolidate the CD into a folder and the compress that folder:

After compressing, AirDrop the .zip file to your second computer:

  • How to make Outlook 2013 automatically download all emails?

I have four IMAP email accounts. Currently, my Outlook 2013 only shows new emails when I navigate to the folder they are in. For example, if I navigate to my work email inbox, it suddenly fills with new emails.
Previously, in Outlook 2010, this would be automatically downloaded and the inbox would be refreshed to show a new email. How can I make this happen in Outlook 2013?

    Hi,
    Please check your settings:
FILE-> Options-> Advanced -> Send and receive, check "Send immediately when connected"
Also, you could set advanced option throught clicking "Send/Receive..."
If the issue persists, please repair your OST/PST file through SCANPST tool, then check the result:
