My Default T-Mobile settings are not working on iOS 7

I restored my iPhone 4 today and its fresh clean 7.0.4. When I activated it with my T-mobile simcard it automatically loaded up the following MMS settings
APN: epc.t-mobile.com
MMSC: http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
MMS Max Message Size: 1048576
MMS UA Prof URL: http://www.apple.com/mms/uaprof.rdf
However, I am not able to send or receive photos through text messages and my visual voicemail does not work. How can I fix this? I also tried changing my APN to fast.t-mobile.com but it automatically changes it back to epc.t-mobile.com.

If you still can't send or receive MMS messages
To send and receive MMS messages on your iPhone, verify that your wireless carrier supports MMS2.
Ensure that MMS Messaging is turned on in Settings > Messages.
Verify that your phone is able to access cellular data.
Some carriers allow you to edit your APN (Access Point Name), which may prevent MMS from working.
If you are roaming outside your calling area, make sure you have Data Roaming turned on in Settings > General > Cellular to send or receive MMS content.
While on a phone call, you will be unable to send or receive MMS messages when using an EDGE, GPRS, or any CDMA cellular data network. After the phone call ends, you will receive any incoming messages. If you tried to send an MMS message, you may need to send it again.
If the issue persists and your wireless carrier has confirmed that your wireless account is provisioned2 for MMS, restore the iPhone.
If this doesn't help, please reply with any steps you are unable to complete and any additional information such as exact error messages or strange behavior.

Satellite L750 model (One month old). The problem is that every time I start the computer, only works the point device of the mouse synaptics , but retains the advanced settings as pressing with three fingers, turns or you can use the wheel to move up and down the page. The funny thing is that is activated by clicking the mouse icon in the Control Panel. Once I access the icon, the mouse works perfectly and appears in the toolbar.
In Device Management, tells me that works perfectly and that the driver is updated.
Does anyone think of any solution? thanks

To be honest, I dont really understand what you are talking about.
Do you have problems with the USB mouse or the touchpad?
What device does not work correctly: mouse or touchpad?
The L750 series supports an touchpad with additional feature called Gesture (Multi Touch).

Furthermore the settings could be found in control panel -> mouse -> Advanced tab
FYI: You can disable and enable the touchpad function pressing the small button above the touchpad surface (On/OFF).

i Recently Updated to windows 10 Technical Preview SL, Evaluation Copy. Build 9926
I can't access Start neither by Windows Start Window Icon nor by the Key Board Windows Button.
I thought that the problem would be solved by the updates, but the windows updates is no longer in the control panel and the PC SETTINGS is not launching and the window opens only having the Settings enlarged icon.

This is a direct copy from Insider Hub regarding how to check for Windows Updates when Start Menu is not functioning. Hope it also applies to your issue.....
Start menu
When you boot Windows 10 Technical Preview, the Start menu may not appear. Checking for updates may fix this problem. To check for updates without the Start menu, do the following:
Select the Internet Explorer icon.
Type http://update.microsoft.com into the address bar and select
Enter.
If you are prompted to run a control, click
Yes.
This should bring up the Check for updates window. Install updates.
If no update is available, or the available updates don’t fix the issue, restart the device–this should make the Start menu appear. To reboot without using the Start menu:
Hold down the Windows key and select L to lock the device. Swipe up or select
Enter to open the sign in screen. Select the
Power icon on the log in screen to restart the computer.
OR
Hold down the Windows key and select R to bring up a command prompt. In the prompt, type
shutdown –r to restart

my iphone 4s not working,i can't make a call and when i pressed the setting icon it's all come up all white screen.on top left side says only 'searching'

OK everyone - I think I figured it out!
I had the same problems:
- 'Searching' in upper left
- Inability to make/receive calls
- Inability to access the internet
- Inability to access mail
- Setup menu comes up blank
- Cannot shut down/reboot by holding down top right button
Here's what to do:
- Hold down both the top right button and the lower middle button at the same time for a few seconds and you should see the white Apple logo appear on the screen.
- Let go of the buttons at this point and the phone will reboot
- When it comes back, everything should be OK
Only other thing I notoced is that I actually watched the battery drain fromm 80% to 10% when it came back online! Very strange!

My privacy settings are not working properly!

I had to block more than 20 people today! Everytime I hit "people in my contacts only" and then click save, it goes right back to "anyone"! This is seriously getting out of hand, please help!

not sure of the logic behind this procedure, but it seems to fix the such problems in many cases. switch to offline status for 5-10 seconds, then revert back to online. Then try to change your privacy settings afterwards.

Whenever I push "settings" icon, it just shows twitter log in screen. What should I do?

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

Might be corrupted preferences.
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following:
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.screensaver.plist
Click Go then move the com.apple.screensaver.plist file to the Trash.
Restart your Mac then reset your screen saver.

Well that still didn't make any kind of difference. I would just do without it but I've becomes really use to it with Avid for so long. I have to admit there are a lot of small moments like this that makes me miss Avid. Any other suggestions? Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
